Inspected suspension and it looks to be functioning correctly. I leveled the pedal stool, and advised customer to keep an ion it to make sure it does not come out of level. Arrived onsite for a washer making a hissing and grinding noise intermittently. The customer had a full load in the unit when I arrived. I watched the unit complete the cycle and work as designed. I inspected the lower part of the machine and found the gearcase and slider in good shape. I found a metal coat hanger under the rotor and I suspect this could have been making the noise when there was a heavier load in the machine. I ran a calibration cycle and a service cycle. All test past. I showed the customer that there is a very slow water drip coming out of the valve stem on the hot water wall valve and advised to get it changed. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with water leaking causing ice build up and a door not aligned. I found the actual customers request is water is leaking under the deli drawer causing some ice build up and the deli harness retainer bracket keeps popping off the door. I found the harness in good condition and explained to the customer that I suspect it had been getting ice build up causing it to bind when the door was opened and popping the retainer bracket off. I found the bracket in good condition and reinstalled it. The bracket would not just pop back off. I found the drip pan straight but iced over not allowing it to drain. I found the drain tube restricted with debris causing the whole issue. I cleared the ice and the drip tube. I removed the drain tube and cleaned out the restriction. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noise. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making a squeaking noise during the spin cycle on certain loads. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase and other components and when I removed the rotor, I found a small amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor indicating the gearcase beginning to fail. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had attempted to change the temperature setting on the user interface and that changing the setting by 2? caused the refrigerator not to cool properly. Check the temperature of the refrigerator section and found it at 38?F. Customer advised that earlier in the morning the temperature was at 30?F and only increase in temperature because they opened up the doors to allow things to thaw. Ran unit through diagnostics and found that damper control opening and closing as designed. Checked the thermistors and found then within range. Went ahead and replaced the user interface and advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found water leaking at the top left back corner of the unit where the ice maker fill tube is located. I inspected the tube and found the rubber cracked (photo). Also found the left RC door inner liner dented inward and not making good contact with the left door switch (photo). Inspected the ice maker and found the fill tube chute full of ice and the tube clogged with ice. I tested the ice maker using my jumper wire from points T-H and the ice maker harvested as designed. Also found the right RC door gasket torn (photo). I am ordering the left RC door, right RC door gasket, dual valve, and ice maker fill tube. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Ice maker turned off at the UI.
