With the water on the floor at the front left corner, I tilted the unit back and inspected under the unit and found no signs of a leak on the left front corner of the cabinet or tub assembly (photos). "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher heating element issues and door not latching. Upon further inspection, I found the door would not close and the element bushings were deteriorating (photo). I verified the unit was covered under warranty by the manufacturer for the faulty element per Service Pointer W11540964 and removed and replaced the element. When I went to close the unit door to test, I found the door was hitting the upper rack due to a bowl blocking the upper spray arm manifold from locking into the manifold at the back of the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer thought the noise might be from a loose belt. I advised the customer that the unit does not have a belt, but has a rotor, stator and clutch. From what the customer was describing, it sounds like the drain hose is tapping against the wall or back of the unit during the spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. Cleared the code and continued with testing. During spin cycle, I could hear a rattling noise that sounded like it was coming from the drain pump area and the customer advised that it was the noise theyve been hearing. I tilted the unit back and removed the drain hose thats connected to the bottom of the tub to the drain pump and found a broken drill bit inside (photo). Cleared the remaining water from the tub and drain tub and inspected the drain pump and found it was clear and in good operational standing. I re-attached the hose to the pump and secured it (photo) and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not producing ice. The customer stated it makes ice but its all clumped together. I found the cubes not breaking away from the mold due to the mold being rough and this was causing the mold to overfill and cause the issue. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the center burner not igniting. After talking with the customer I found out that it will ignite but when the outer burner tries to light it will explode. I found the mounting screw loose allowing the burner head to tilt and leak air. I removed the head and removed the screw mount from the screw. I screwed in the mount to the orifice holder then remounted the burner with the screw. The burner head is now tight and does not wobble. I tested the burner with the customer and it lights correctly now. The customer stated the right front burner is also exploding now. I found the burner cap not on the burner head correctly causing the delayed ignition. I showed the customer how to install the caps correctly and explained to not get the caps swapped. All is working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for washer not starting. On inspection found the latch not working. Installed a new latch and it worked on the first time then went back not latch. Checked there was no voltage to the latch when called for. Installed the new control board and now there is voltage to the latch when call for. The factory condenser to Yoder connection clearly had oil from the system on it and I cut the failed joint out and replaced with a sleeve. I vacuumed and then charged after the system held below 460 microns. The unit started cooling and I adjusted the cabinet and doors. No leaks observed during service."

Got back in diagnostics to run both hot and cold valves. Confirmed the supply is backwards. Spoke with Maintenance department. He said they Will correct supply issue. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed control causing excessive hi heat from out of range temp reading. Replaced the control and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. W11620570

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Replaced actuator (W11481722), cam (W10721967), and belt (W11239857). When running diagnostics drain pump started turning on and off intermittently. Inspected harness and found black wire is start to break. Installed wago clip and secured connection, tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit had tripped the breaker due to breaker/appliance incompatibility. Advised customer on solution of heat priming and started a broil for 30 minutes. Gave instruction for unit to be heat treated for 1 hr on bake 500 following the broil priming. Customer to follow through.

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the basket that fell under service pointer W11684122. I replaced the tub ring due to the damage caused from the basket. Arrived on site to test unit for FC door making popping sounds. Customer also stated water accumulating on the floor between FC and RC doors. Found condensation spots on vertical mullion. Disconnected condenser motor and allowed Yoder loop to heat for 15mins. Documented before and after temps with Techline. Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and tested all heating components. I found the thermal cut off open. I replaced the thermal cut off as a part of the high limit thermostat kit and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. 279816.
