The customer advised they attempted to perform a cleaning cycle on the unit, and it showed the same error code F7E1-tach missing, so they stopped the cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1 and F0E7-load in the unit during the cleaning cycle. I cleared the codes and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics, and the unit operated as designed. I checked for further error codes and found none. Arrived on site for dryer taking a long time to dry clothes. Has to run several cycles. I found lint building up on door. Opened door and found door switch has broken. Will need new door switch. Removed filter and found air blowing back towards me instead of being tucked outside. Pulled dryer away from wall and confirmed vent hose from dryer tonwas was restricted. Dryer now pulling a good draft. Found support wheels are noisy. Ordering kit and switch. Advised customer dryer cannot be pushed all the way back. Reset for 8th. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran test 57 and the test was successful however there had been no water in the tray. I ran test 45 and no water came into tray. I also had no water at the dispenser. I pulled the refrigerator out and found that the water line had been kinked, preventing water from making it to the vakve. I unhinged the water line and secured it so it would not become kinked agin. I evacuated the system and found that not much refrigerant came out of the system signaling a possible leak within the system. I cleared it with nitrogen, then removed and replaced the mentioned parts. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and pressures held for approximately 20 mins. I installed 56g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and unit is beginning to cool/operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I verified that the unit was wired correctly and that there was no visual damage to any wires or components. I both elements and I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection at the terminal block and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I reattached the ground connection and tested the oven. The oven is no longer tripping. Upon arrival customer stated one day she saw the power button on and the clean washer cycle selected but she could not power down and buttons would not react to any inputs. Applied power to the unit, power button does not react to input. Entered diagnostics successfully, found F6E2 UI cannot hear ACU error code stored. Would not let me enter test mode and when code was cleared, it appeared immediately after. Replaced UI (W11112656) and applied power, all buttons now react to inputs. Entered diagnostics and ran a test cycle, unit began to progress but the drain pump would not engage. Receiving proper power. Resistance reading 20.3 ohms out of range. Supposed to be 12-15 ohms. Inspected drain hose and found it inserted into the standpipe 2 feet deep. Unit began to siphon when it was draining and eventually took out the control and console. Also found F6E3 ACU cannot hear UI error code stored. Replaced drain pump (W10876600) and ACU (W11400681). Applied power and ran a test cycle with all components properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Read switches were connected, but found one of the connectors up on top.That plugged into the refrigerator was not connected. "Arrived on site to follow up on icemaker getting water freezing in the bin. I found the ice bucket had a good amount of frozen water, which i traced to a frozen fill cup. I cleared out the cup and removed the ice buildup. Cup was either not cleared last visit, or had debris in it. I added some silicon around the fill tube to make sure no other debris can drop. I ran a harvest cycle and watched the fill, and found fill was good, nothing was leaking and there is no valve dripping. Advised customer to follow up if they run into any other issues. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for gas smell when the oven is in use. Tested the unit and found that only half of the bake burner was igniting immediately, while the other half was delayed by approximately 6 seconds. Removed the bake burner and adjusted the air shutter (choke) to correct the gas-to-air ratio. Reinstalled and secured the bake burner. I replaced lint trap parts, and then I found that the belt was off. Further inspection I found the motor broken . I ordered parts and rescheduled for 7/8/25 -that was the next available date. Also I recommend client to contact home owners so they can clean the ventilation to the home lint is backing up again. ; ordrng 1 W11549461 (Motor) and 1 WP488729 (Screw) and 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel)"

"MED5430MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer not starting. On arrival I verified dryer had power but no operation. I pulled dryer away from the wall and noticed vent was smashed. I removed the back cover and tested the thermal fuse part, which had failed. I replaced part and tested the dryer is working as its designed. I tested ventilation to clients home and it's in poor condition I recommend for client to clean vent to her home. No water leaks visible from main water supply dryer had water connections."
