"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is bouncing around on time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had washed and load of shoes and a blanket and had thrown in about three pods to get them clean. She advised that at the end of the cycle, the unit was just running and running and running. She stated that she had to unplug the unit in order to get the machine to stop. She also stated that fabric softener does not dispense fully and her agitator was loose. I did confirm all three complaints and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F9 E2 (water ring detected/drain pump issue), F0 E2 (oversuds), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I did advise the customer that the the issue with her previous load appeared to be that she had used too much soap, which was causing the control not to be able to determine when the unit had completely drained with the excess suds. I also explained to the customer that the time that she is reading on the user interface is an estimated time and can change depending on certain factors (off balance loads, long fill times, etc.). I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I tightened the agitator onto the drive shaft and found it seated properly. I also found that the detergent dispenser was clogged with semi dried residue all over. The customer cleaned out the dispenser drawer, and we retested the unit. We found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I ran the unit through a little quick wash and found the unit counting down and working as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently leaking from the door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes this unit does not leak but other times it does. He stated there doesn't seem any rhyme or reason for it because it happens on different load types and cycles. The customer showed me where the unit was leaking in appear to be leaking from the bottom side of the bellow. I checked the bellow itself and found the bellow in good condition without any tears or defect. I checked the door and found a clumped of dog hair stuck to the bottom of the door, causing the a gap in the gasket seal. I removed the hair debris and ran the internet on heavy duty with some towels and a blanket. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. I did advise the customer that he will need to make sure that his gasket and door are free from hair debris in order for the gasket to make a proper seal. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Freezer wasn't cooling at all I checked for any ice buildup in the RC frost pattern was good and then I looked at the FC that's when I noticed a large amount of ice I uploaded photo. I checked the heater and readings were correct I tested evaporator motor in both apartments both ran great. Before I was going to remove ice client stated that the door wasn't closing and it had a large gap I uploaded photo. I removed all the ice on evaporator cover and put all parts for FC door . No more gap door closing as its designed. Client is going unplug product and defrost all ice build up i was unable to remove all ice my steamer isn't working at the moment. The customer showed me the interior of her fridge, and I found all items in the refrigerator frozen. I checked resistance at the refrigerator thermistorand found it at 9.65k ohms (29 degrees farenheit) indicating the thermistor was within range. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the freezer section but found the freezer setting at the minimum setting. I adjusted the freezer setting in the freezer to the maximum setting for now while the food thaws but advised them they can move it back to the recommended setting thereafter. Spoke with owner of property in regards to off balance occurrences and stated the unit did not ring all the wet clothes due to unbalance. Owner agreed with assessment. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

Arrived onsite for icemaker clumping ice upon further inspection found plastic broken on icemaker causing it to clump up in icebin replaced icemaker W11626124 tested icemaker unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived onsite for unit not going into cycles upon further inspection found service pointer W11766193 drain pump running continuously replaced control W11608056 ran calibration & test cycles unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived onsite for unit not spinning out clothes properly upon customer stated the clothes are still dripping at the end of the cycle ran diagnostics no errors found did find the fast spin was off turned on fast spin ran test cycles unit is working as designed customer also had questions about the wifi advised he on the wifi team & # no leaks observed during service

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. I found the voltage to be good. Wiring checked good on the terminal block. Customer stated after every cycle they have to flip the breaker. Unit is operating as designed but i could feel the outlet starting to get warm. Indication of a loose outlet is present and customer will need to have the outlet checked as the unit will trip the breaker right away if it was the problem. I opened and shut the door multiple times and no tripping occurred. I also kept turning the dryer on and off and would not trip. Filled the voltage checklist. Couldn't get unit to trip while onsite. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power, tested unit found no power in junction box, no loose or burnt wires, inspected breaker and found it tripped, customer was not aware that the breaker is located on the outside wall, reset breaker and tested unit is now running as designed advised customer that if it starts to trip more often then then breaker will need to be replaced job complete no parts installed"

Arrived onsite for unit not working. I found the unit to start but no display is present. I verified correct voltage being sent from the control indicating the leds on the panel ha e failed. I replaced the control panel and unit now shows time and cycles as designed. Call complete. Installed W11378949 CONTROL PANEL.

"Arrived on site for unit not draining. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F9E1 no drain and F0E5 unbalance. Ran diagnostics and unit did not drain. Proceeded to tilt unit back and immediately started draining. Dropped unit back down and unit stopped draining. Upon closer inspection, found severed harness to the drain pump connection (picture attached). Proceeded to replace W11513246 control, W11755726 clip and W11643701 harness. Service pointer for unit no drain applied. Ran diagnostics and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."
