"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. When the recirculating pump was to come on, it failed. I continued with testing and found the compressor would turn on for approximately 20 seconds and then shut off and there would be no frost pattern on the evaporator. When removing the sensor, I found the pump harness molex for the sensor badly corroded and the L1 pin missing. I advised the customer of my finding and am ordering the pump harness and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. I tested the unit to make sure there are no leaks at the external drain pump it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and unit left turned off for safety. Customer requested that I leave the reservoir and pump bracket out the unit so they could clean the parts before I return. When I tested the unit, it continued to make the grunting/grand in gnosis wet the beginning of the cycle and then it would stop just as the old motor was doing. I disassembled the unit and retested and the sound is coming from the motor. I tested voltage and it was showing 121V before and after starting the unit. I removed the blower wheel and retested and the noise continues to come from the motor. I advised the customer of the issue and Im ordering two (2) motors and office to schedule return service. I suspect that the switch maybe faulty. I am ordering 1x latch assembly along this the control as the light really may be stuck in the closed position, and the ui for possible button issue. I started the dryer and could hear the clutch In the start grind during initial start up and then stop. I gained access to diagnostics and found fault code f2e1 stuck key error code. Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice properly. I found the ice bin full and the unit dispensing ice correctly. The customer stated it makes ice fine but there is ice developing around the bottom of the ice bin. Temp tested FC 2? idle. I found and cleared ice buildup on the bottom of the ice bin. Tested ice box fan and I got great air flow. I tested ice box thermistor and it passed. I checked the resistance at the control of the icebox thermistor vs the temp and it was good.. I found the dispenser ice door sealing properly. I found the inner ice door with gaps around it causing warm air leaks and the issue the customer is having. Ordering W11171728 ice door. Found no signs of overheating or voltage issues. Call Tech line and spoke with Rich Sr#7734667868. Documented findings and the intermittent issues that the customer was describing and at this time Rich indicated that unit has a possible UI failure that is not allowing the proper cycle regulation or UI input. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I placed my gauges in the sealed system components and tested pressures. I had no pressure on the system. I connected my nitrogen tank and set it at 140psi and tested for leaks and found the pre-cooled assembly in the evaporator pan was leaking (photo) and I also found dye in the pan (photo). I checked for other leaks in the system and found none. While testing, I found the compressor would turn on for approximately 2 seconds and shut off. I am ordering the pre-cooler assembly and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB and will return with prescreened parts. Upon return, the compressor, dye drier, access valve and pre-cooler assembly all need to be replaced. Upon testing I found when opening and closing the door it would click and lean badly to the right. Upon further inspection I found the metal pin that the door hinge rests on had rusted and broke off. This was allowing the door to not close correctly and leak out of the corners. I ran a diagnostics cycle and could not replicate the leak, however, I could see signs of a leak coming from the left hand corner by the hinge. I am ordering the tub to replace. I turned it back on and monitored the evap (fan was running and the heater tested good too)and found no pattern appearing after 10mins. I check the compressor and found that it was not running(the condenser fan was running)I checked if the compressor was still good by using a known good start device to test it and found that it kicked on and ran Steadily. I monitored the evap again fro 10mins and found that there was a good frost pattern this time. I installed new start device and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

I sent them some photos of the liner and question and asked if there was anything we could do to further issues He advised that based on the bows in the refrigerator liner under the drip tray and that shims were not removing the bow in the drip tray, he would send the unit case to review. FC and RC temps were correct. All air flow motors working. Tried to fill ice maker but water did not reach ice maker. Found fill tube was obstructed. Removed water line and ran test on valve. Valve opening and closing as designed. Removed obstruction and ice maker filled properly. Found water pressure at 78psi. Spoke with CS and adjusted temps to recommended 3degrees in FC and 37 in RC. Prior to installation, I found the mullion badly mis-molded and preventing both the FC and RC doors from closing fully at the lower mullion to front border area and the upper FC was gapped as well.
