"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying the clothing. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised of the cycles they've been trying and I found the EcoBoost selection was on, which can cause clothing to not dry properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and it passed the first test as having good airflow. I tested the unit on Timed Dry with high heat and the unit is heating properly. Upon my arrival, I found the customer had a small load inside the unit. I advised that doing too small of a load can cause the timer to jump downward and lose time as the clothing does not hit the sensors properly to keep the time. As a courtesy, I tested the washer to make sure the unit isnt getting off balanced and not completing the spin cycle and found no error codes and it is spinning properly. I made recommendations for use and care. Unit is operating as designed and no lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section temps set at 42 degrees and the FC temps set at -1. The customer advised that the unit is cooling, but it's not making ice fast enough and fruits are freezing in the fresh foods section (RC). I found the fruits placed in front of the vents which are blowing out sub freezing temps when the RC is trying to cool as the cold air is coming directly off of the evaporator. I tested temps in the freezer at 5 degrees and the ice bin/ice maker area at 7 degrees. When I tested the FC, I found the freezer packed tightly and once I closed the FC door and opened the RC doors, I found that one of the packaging in the freezer was caught in between the FC door gasket and the bottom mullion. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that this could cause temp fluctuations in the freezer section and could cause the ice maker to not operate properly due to higher temps in the freezer and recommended reorganizing the freezer section. I found a small amount of ice in the bin. I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed and filled as well. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, the ice maker began to fill again. I advised the customer that the hv control and ice maker need to be replaced. I am ordering the ice maker and will return with prescreened parts. Verified no gapping or leaking gaskets. Customer mentioned they just had their last unit replaced for the same issue. Arrived onsite for drain pump running randomly. Ran diagnostics and found stored error F3E1 pressure system failure. Replaced control under s-code S153EB. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer displaying F8E1. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F8E1. I ran component testing and found that the cold water valve was starting to seize and not allowing water to flow properly. I replaced the valve and tested the machine. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis and techlines recommendations, I removed and replaced the hv control and Triton UI and tested the water dispenser and once I stopped the dispensing, water began to fill the ice maker. I removed and replaced the side UI and retested and got the same results. I disconnected the J8 connector from the Triton UI and retested the dispenser and no water dispensed from the dispenser, but the ice maker filled. I contacted techline and spoke with Daniel and advised him of the history of the unit, my parts replacement today and results from testings. Daniel advised that he was sending the file up to engineering for review and advised the info was documented to the same SR#7741751736 and advised someone would be in contact with me and the customer. I advised the customer of my conversati9n with techline and advised someone would be in contact with them in approximately 5-7 business days with a resolution. Ice maker was turned off for safety. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the power cord and start device failures, I removed and replaced both parts and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10197428, W11614808"

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer moving / vibrating heavily when in use. Examined unit and didn't see too much movement on an empty load. I checked ths basket and suspension rods/shocks and all were good. I checked level and found the level excessively off, requiring an adjustment of a half inch to keep it from rocking. Tested with unit leveled and verified unit is no longer shaking. I did advise the customer that units on pedestals will make more noise than units planted on the floor. Unit working as designed. No parts needed."

Arrived on site for water in bottom of freezer. Upon arrival inspected unit and found ice maker water dispenser filled extension tube sticking up causing water to spill over and freeze up took pictures. Dethawed unit and inspected evaporator checked out fine. Replaced adjusted fill extension and sealed with sealer gum. Tested unit and called for water unit no longer spilling water over took picture of repair. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

"Arrived on site to test unit for frozen ice maker. Upon arrival customer stated unit has frozen water along the back wall. Inspected unit, found leaky fill tube is causing ice to build up on the fan shroud and evaporator cover. Found fill tube extension was not installed properly. Readjusted fill tube extension and sealed with silicone. Cycled ice maker, leak has been eliminated. Removed all built up ice on the evaporator and fan shroud. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer displaying F3E2. Upon further inspection, I followed the testing procedures for the moisture sensor test 5 on the technical manual. I verified that the main harness from the control to the sensor was good. I measured the outside terminals of the connector and got a high resistance reading. I replaced the electrode and harness due to oxidation. I tested the sensor, and it is now reading correct with little resistance. The dryer is operating as designed. WP3387223 WPW10298258"
