I found at plugin, the drain pump immediately ran and was able to be stopped by long-press reset, but started up before I could get into service mode. The machine had F1E1, F8E1 and F3E1 as stored codes and I cleared for further testing. I found the pump would engage no matter what was done and all other functions of the machine were present. "WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect loss of power. I verified the issue and then took pictures and readings to be able to provide to the MFG as an ongoing research project. I first allowed the machine to fail within bake preheating and videod the the failure, with the ground wire connected and also with a twisting of the ground. After several breaker tripping events, the circuit breaker would trip at every reset and I suspect it was due to it heating up. I unplugged the machine and then lifted the Ground, after setting the breaker for the final time and then performed a complete relay conditioning, during video. The machine completed as expected and then I allowed a cooling to under 200F, reattached the G and retested to 500F. The machine then operated as designed after relay conditioning and I was able to capture the entire process from start to finish, with no interruption. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. I advised one-two trips over the next month is sometimes possible and not cause for concern and that anymore than that, they are to contact us."

Cleared the code and tested the unit on Bale at 350 degrees and found the blower fan not coming on while the unit is on. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the blower and found the blower wheel slightly bent and not turning freely. I removed and replaced the blower assembly,belt and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11598119"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found that the source of the leak was from the ice maker inlet tube. I observed as the water would spill over the sides and down into the compartment. To correct the issue, I installed a piece of tubing to correctly channel the water into the ice tray. I retested the ice maker and it is no longer spilling water over the side. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service."

States noise is intermittent, couple times a day and at times is for an extended period of time (2hrs). Ran diagnostics and tested all motorized components. All operating normal. No test is duplicating noise. Just as I was leaving the customer called back that noise started. Returned and could hear slight noise in short periods. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had not notified the builder to replace the GFCI breaker since last repair. I tested the unit on Baker at 350 degrees and the breaker tripped. I removed the back cover and inspected the terminal block, main control and all harness wiring. I found no issues with the mentioned parts. Due to previous repairs of performing a burnout on the unit and allowing it to heat for several hours and the unit continues to trip the breaker, I removed and replaced the bake element, broil element and main control and tested. Approximately 10-20 seconds into testing, the unit shut off. I found the breaker had tripped. When I cycled power, the breaker immediately tripped again. I recommended the customer contact their builder to have the breaker and outlet wiring checked/replaced. Breaker left turned off for safety, job completed. W11696067, W10856603, W11182108"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Have a thorough examination of unit for any items that could cause the unit to stop / skip spin cycle. I checked the basket for any play / wobble and found none. Balance ring is intact. Suspension checks good and has no abnormal bounce. I found some resistance in the pressure line, but nothing else on the top end. I checked the bottom end and found actuator working properly, capacitor working properly and no damage to the motor. Could not see any obviously broken wires. I replaced the cam pulley due to belt marks, and also replaced the lower harness per tech line rec. Found less pressure line resistance. Ran unit and found it working properly. Unit was calibrated on a previous visit, along with replacements of the control, capacitor, shifter, and valves. Customer was not able to see any correlation between cycle selection and options set when issue happens, nor number of loads run / temps. If issue returns tech line needs to be called before we return, and call should be handled DZO. At this time everything appears working as designed. Parts used - W11591637, W10721967."

Upon further inspection, gained access to to the rear of the unit and found that one of the shipping bolts had still not been removed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp and the evap and condenser fans operating. I pulled the unit out to test the compressor and customer advised that they keep hearing a clicking noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and heard the start device make the clicking noise the customer described. Using my tester start device, I retested the compressor and found it locked up. I advised the customer the unit would need a new compressor and would have to order parts. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, CNOTE-2HR JOB, CNOTE-COPPER CAP TUBE, NITROGEN, R600. Unit was left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. There was standing water within the tub and the drain pump would only hum and could not be jostled free. I vacuumed the water from the machine and then inspected the pump, finding debris within it that had also scored the inside of the housing. I removed and replaced the pump and then found the gear case had lost oil, that was then flung around the inside of the cabinet and in the rotor. The machine will require the gear case and slider. A drain safety strap will be required as well. No leaks observed during service. I gained access to the drain pan and float switch and found the tea had somehow gotten inside the pan and caused the float switch to engage. I removed the pan and switch and cleaned the pan and replaced the switch and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11545764"

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed part. I replaced the heater and tested the unit. Unit is now heating and I confirmed by seeing the heater sizzling when water dropped on it. "WRS315SDHM01 Arrived to complete service. I found the machine still cooling with the deactivated defrost element and proceeded with testing. Plugging in the replacement element, which had similar resistance testing results as the existing, did not trip the breaker. Re-testing the original element, still in the machine, also did not trip the breaker. I discussed the issue with the customer and advised they will need to pay extremely close attention to any items that are plugged in, or unplugged from any other outlets within the home, if the refrigerator trips the breaker again. I advised this due to the prior information about several other items tripping breakers within the home and that another part of the home had lost power as well. I also advised the circuit breaker should be replaced, as others that were affected, to prevent future issues. No further service required and the machine was fully operational. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the top door switch has failed preventing the the microwave from heating. Parts for this model cannot be ordered due to 1 year replacement warranty."

Arrived on site tomorrow inspect unit for not heating and loud noise. Upon closer inspection found fan is noise issue also found unit heated inspected fuse found fuse jumping from open to 89-150 ohms. Will need to order fuse and return. Rescheduled for 10/30; ordrng 1 W11707984 (Fuse)

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was making a grinding noise when in use. Tested unit and confirmed grind / slip of a motor when running. Narrowed down noise to drain pump. Removed drain pump and found one of the upper rack time supports had come off and ended up in the pump. Removed support and reattached to top rack. Tested unit and verified all working as designed. No water leaks found. Call completed, no parts needed."
