Arrived on site for washer needing replacement of drain motor. Upon arrival customer provided part needed for repairs. Installed part then reassembled and tested u it. Found no leaks and unit cycled through normal selections mode as designed.

BT arrived on site to inspect washer. I ran the unit through diagnostics and error code F9E1 showed. I removed the service port next to the drain pump and found it clogged with debris. I cleaned the port out and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that was not draining nor spinning. On arrival the customer stated he was washing heavy mats on extra fast and the unit would not spin and they came out soaking wet. He stopped the cycle and put it on a drain & spin on the fast setting, but the same thing occurred. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E4 for door not opened between cycles, F5E3 for for door unlock error, F5E2 for door lock error, and F8E3 for overflow condition. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and a drain & spin cycle to find the unit running as designed. I informed the customer he may have overloaded the unit and I found the unit running as designed at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine showing a maintenance error on the UI. On arrival the customer stated it appeared to be some sort of error code on the screen and they were unsure what it was. They also found the unit walking forward and shaking excessively. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil indicating a failing gearcase, which is most likely causing the excessive shaking. I checked the suspension and found it fine. I found the unit had a 5 year Home Depot warranty and advised the customer to reach out to them for the repair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is not lighting the oven. Tested unit and found voltage coming from thermostat going to igniter. Chrcked igniter and found resusgence good, indicating failure in the safety valve coil. Got approval from Jeanette for repair. Replaced safety valve and tested. Verified unit working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that will only run on one setting. Attempted to change settings and panel just beeps and resets to the same setting, likely indicating a failed button in the console membrane or ribbon cable.

"Arrived on site for washer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further testing found unit receiving proper voltage but had not control response. Found no shorts in drain motor, or other hardware. call complete"

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit powered up, but there was no compressor. The UI would respond to single button presses, but not to two keys at the same time and would not go into service mode or change cooling status. After unplugging for 30 seconds and re-applying power, the unit started up and operated as normal. It had been off in the prior condition for several days and was fully warm. I suspect the control issue due to excessive moisture within the chassis and the MFG tech agreed with the possibility. The compressor only drew .85 amps after five minutes and should have been higher, however, cooling was apparent. The compressor was loud, but there was a much louder vibration from within the cabinet and I found the evaporator fan shaft bent enough to cause the issue, even with the blades removed. I suspect ice in the evaporator as the cause for the bent shaft. Further inspection revealed the lower mullion area was gapped due to mis-manufacture and I contacted MFG tech Andrew. File# 7734721362 and advised of my findings.

"Arrived on site for freezer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that freezer stopped freezing. Retrieved temps at 23?. Inspected unit and found ice buildup on evap. Ohmed heater out at 32ohms. Entered diagnostics to force defrost and found control shorted. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for burner not working correctly. On inspection the left front burner on high would come on then shut off for 45sec to a minute at a time. Replaced the burner and tested the unit again. When on high the new burner would turn off for 10 to 15 seconds then come back on. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for for a refrigerator that is having ice production issues.Upon inspection I found that the freezer not sealing properly. I adjusted the door and gasket then I sealed up and any gaps that I could find. I check that the icemaker was operating properly and found that it operated as designed. Job complete.

Using my vent tester kit, I tested the airflow in the unit on Timed Dry with no heat (air dry) and the unit failed two tests (photos). I tested the unit without the vent hose attached at the back and demonstrated to the customer and the unit passed the airflow test. I recommended that the customer have the vent checked/cleaned. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven fan noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the cooling fans and convection fan and found no abnormal noises. The customer provided a video of the noise and I could see the convection fan on, in the video, and it sounded like the blades were rubbing. I retested the convection fan and allowed the unit to heat and could not duplicate the noise. Based off the video and the noise I could hear, I pulled the unit out from the cabinets and removed and replaced the convection fan and retested and it sounded quieter than the original fan. I advised the customer of my repairs. Also, when I pulled the unit out, I found the unit plugged into the wall outlet and the power cord was badly crimped (photo) and when I unplugged the unit, the outlet cover fell off (photo). I placed the cover back on and secured it with the screw that had fallen off of it (photo). Job completed"

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E3, F3E1. Cleared the codes and unlocked the door to get towels out the unit. I found water in the bellow drain area. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. Removed the water level sensor tube and blew through it and it was clear. Removed the air trap and it was clear. Removed the drain pump filter and found a small amount of debris inside. Cleared he filter and then removed the water from the bellow drain area and found the bellow drain ports not centered with the ports on the tub. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed, but I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photos). I removed he bellow and re-installed it as the customer advised that he had previously replaced the part. I centered the bellow correctly and retested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and advised of my findings. They recommended that if the unit fails again to replace the water level sensor, tube and possibly the main control. Also contacted Safety and advised of my findings. Findings were documented on SR#7734725974. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer thats flashing a PF (power failure code) and wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are kept getting these power failure error codes and kept clearing them but would have the same issue later on. They advised that after they cleared the last time, they have not had any power to the unit at all. Check voltage at the terminal block and found no voltage on the line one to neutral side. Found 120 V from line two to neutral and 120 V from line one to line two. I rechecked voltage at the plug and confirmed the issue is with the power supply. I advised the customer that They would need an electrician to repair the electrical supply for the unit to work. Call complete."

Once I unplugged the connector at the board I can see heat damage on the control board. "Arrived onsite for TRIPPING the breaker . Upon arrival inspected unit and is operating. Checked polarity and is correct. Checked voltage at control and is 121v. Ran diagnostics to force compressor, all fans, and heater several times. Unit is functioning without issues. Contacted Techline for assistance. Tech Advised customer to connect unit to another outlet for a couple of weeks to see if breaker tripps. Tech said unit is functioning correctly and there is no repair to be made at this time. Tech gave SR# 7734731443. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for stove burner not igniting. On inspection saw that the ignitors were working and I could smell the gas. Took the screw out of the burner head and the orifice fell in. Open the top of the stove up and found that the gas line to the orifice assembly had been broken off. Ordering new orifice assembly. Took knob off of cook top so burner can not be turn on. No gas leaks detected during service other then the broken part. Advised CX not to turn that burner on. Left it disassembled in the drawer next to the stove. Arrived onsite for a rang that has dents in it.Upon inspection I found that there was damage to the right side of the unit (dented inwards) and on the left side downed out words which could cause het to leak fro the oven when in use. "Arrived on site for DW, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that console is not working. Entered diagnostics and found console not responsive. Opened console and found corrosion. Ordering new console and will return with parts on Friday, 10/07 AM. Unable to test any components due to console not responding. No water leaks present at time of service.
