I tested temps in the freezer (FC)=18 degrees and tested the deli drawer compartment=48 degrees on settings of 0/37. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and damper control and found the damper control not opening up to allow air into the deli drawer. I gained access to the RC evaporator and the FC evaporator and tested the sealed system in test 4. Once I gained access to the FC evaporator, I found a block of ice in the upper right corner on the cap tube. Once the test was completed, I found the RC evap has a good frost pattern, but the FC evap barely had any frost built up. I advised my customer that a sealed system repair would need to be completed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E1-long fill and F3E3-washer temp sensor failure. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and found no water entering the unit. I stopped testing and gained access to the main control and valve and found the valve harness not plugged in. I plugged the harness into the main control and retested in diagnostics and the unit filled, but the water level was too low (F8E1). Also while testing, when the unit began to ramp up in RPM's in slin mode, the gearcase began to make a loud screeching metal on metal noise. I tilted the unit back and didn't see any gearcase oil, but I found a large amount of belt shavings. Due to the previous error codes, I removed and replaced the valve assembly and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed except for the screeching noise from the gearcase. I checked the condition of the ice in the bin and found the ice quality good. I verified that the doors gasket and ice chute gasket were making good seals. I checked the ice chute door and found that there were small traces of deposits. When the ice is dispensed and falls down the shoot, the small bits of ice that break off and rest near that chute and if that chute is not making a tight seal it can allow water to leak. I cleaned the ice chute door and surrounding area and tested it by pouting some water. The ice chute door is now sealing properly. The customer also reported that the ui control locked itself a couple of times. I reset the fridge and tried to replicate the issue but could not. There were no leaks observed at the end of service. Arrived on-site for breaker tripping. Previous tech already replaced the elements and control. I did a burnout and contacted safety. Unit didn't trip the breaker when I reheated after the burnoutSr#7741776474

Arrived on-site for washer making noise. I verified that the noise is coming from hot water valve. I replaced the valve and tested the unit. Everything is working as designed. Advised customer to replace both hoses due to rust. No leaks while on-site. Used w11210463 nobody is available to sign

Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice. Ice production resumed after initial visit. Found issues with dispensing was motor shaft was frozen preventing coupler from engaging with ice bin. The coupler of and unit worked as designed. Replaced ice bin and coupler any way. Job complete.

MVW7230HC0 Arrived on site for a washer with a strong odor . On arrival verified smell i removed agitator client cleand agitator and i cleaned the inner tub. That took care of the strong odor no parts needed product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.
