I tested the unit without the vent hose attached at the back and demonstrated to the customer and the unit passed the airflow test. I recommended that the customer have the vent checked/cleaned. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven fan noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the cooling fans and convection fan and found no abnormal noises. The customer provided a video of the noise and I could see the convection fan on, in the video, and it sounded like the blades were rubbing. I retested the convection fan and allowed the unit to heat and could not duplicate the noise. Based off the video and the noise I could hear, I pulled the unit out from the cabinets and removed and replaced the convection fan and retested and it sounded quieter than the original fan. I advised the customer of my repairs. Also, when I pulled the unit out, I found the unit plugged into the wall outlet and the power cord was badly crimped (photo) and when I unplugged the unit, the outlet cover fell off (photo). "Arrived on site to inspect washer not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off at the breaker. Cycled power and the drain pump immediately came on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E3, F3E1. Cleared the codes and unlocked the door to get towels out the unit. I found water in the bellow drain area. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. Removed the water level sensor tube and blew through it and it was clear. Removed the air trap and it was clear. Removed the drain pump filter and found a small amount of debris inside. Cleared he filter and then removed the water from the bellow drain area and found the bellow drain ports not centered with the ports on the tub. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed, but I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photos). I removed he bellow and re-installed it as the customer advised that he had previously replaced the part. I centered the bellow correctly and retested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and advised of my findings. They recommended that if the unit fails again to replace the water level sensor, tube and possibly the main control. Also contacted Safety and advised of my findings. Findings were documented on SR#7734725974. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for stove burner not igniting. On inspection saw that the ignitors were working and I could smell the gas. Took the screw out of the burner head and the orifice fell in. Open the top of the stove up and found that the gas line to the orifice assembly had been broken off. Ordering new orifice assembly. Took knob off of cook top so burner can not be turn on. No gas leaks detected during service other then the broken part. Advised CX not to turn that burner on. Left it disassembled in the drawer next to the stove. "Arrived on site for a washer spinning out of balance every load. On arrival the customer stated it has gotten so bad that they cannot run a load. I tested the suspension on the unit and found it bad. I then put the unit into diagnostics and ran a manual spin to find an abnormally loud noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase, cap, and cam bad. In order to repair the unit it will need new suspension, gearcase, cap, and cam. Found a new compressor pulling 12.5 A upon start up and shut off within five seconds. Tested the unit again with a new start device and found the same issue. This would indicate that the compressor is dead upon arrival. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7734728276. He advised to order another compressor and to have the customer contact customer service if they were unhappy with the diagnosis. Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and cooking temperature of the freezer section. Found the freezer section sitting at 19?F. Took a resistance shack at the control for the evaporator thermistor and found it reading 15.5 kg ohms registering 19?F. I went to check the refrigerator for Mr. but found the control box on the unit did not have the pin connectors for the refrigerator compartment thermistor. Took an amp draw of the compressor and found the unit pulling .386 A. Found the evaporator showing a partial frost pattern but not complete frost pattern. Ordering sealed system components as well as the control and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is intermittently not cooling still. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes stop cooling and will re-freeze the items in her freezer. She advised that her meats seemingly stays frozen but that the water in her unit will re-freeze and unfreeze. Checked pressures and found 25 psi at both sides when the unit was unplugged. Attempted to replace the compressor and found the compressor was pulling 9.5 A when starting to run and completely shut off after five seconds. This would indicate a locked rotor. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7734723608. I advised him that this would be compressor number three on this unit and the customer has been without a working refrigerator for three months. Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a leak coming from the left hand side. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found a leak coming from the inlet assembly. Due to this I am ordering the inlet assembly and nut to install. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cool in either compartment. On arrival I found both compartments over 70?F. Upon further inspection I found no ice build up or frost pattern on the evap. I also found all airflow components running as designed. I then gained access to the compressor and found it running. This indicates a faulty SS. Ordering SS components to install. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with a dented panel. I found the outer door panel dented and took a photo. I replaced the panel and took multiple photos of the new panel. The dishwasher is not connected to any utilities at this time and there are no holes punched in the cabinet to run hoses and electrical thru. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not draining properly. Upon arrival CX reported that the dishwasher is etching their dishes and not drying properly. I instructed the CX on proper detergent use and cleaning. I found that the dispenser is not dispensing rinse aid. Dispenser will need to be replaced. I placed the unit into a diagnostic cycle and could hear the drain pump struggling to operate. R/R Drain pump and tested. Drain pump is now operating as designed. Ordering dispenser. Arrived onsite for not producing ice and found valve is operating as designed and icemaker is cycling properly. But found impassable fill tube. Attempted clear ice obstruction but other obstruction preset preventing water movement. Evidence of tube collapse. And freezing due to insufficient insulation. Called techline and spoke with; ordrng 1 W11395429 (Water tube) and 1 W11455388 (Valve)

Arrived on site for a dryer with vent hose concerns. On arrival the customer stated the real issue was they ran the dryer and it set off the smoke alarm. I test the unit and found no heat. I gained access to the inside and found the ignitor and thermostat bad. Upon going to order parts I found the thermostat. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud squeal. I test the unit and found as soon as it begins to spin it makes a loud consistent abnormal squeal. I found it to be coming from the gearcase. I replaced the gearcase and slider then ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit now running as designed with no abnormal noise. No leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer with no heat. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block to find it good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the element bad. I went to install the element and found we had the incorrect one. I am ordering the correct one and the office will reschedule to install ; ordrng 1 WP3387747 (Element)

"Arrived on site for a range with the back left burner not igniting at all. On arrival the customer stated a few concerns. First that the back left burner will intermittently not light, will only light half of the burner, but most of the time works. I found the burner as designed and explained to them that if the burner cap ever gets mispositioned then this can happen. They also found a similar issue with the large middle burner. I test the burner and found only a portion of it igniting. Upon further inspection I found significant food build up in the burner head. I cleaned it then test it again several times to find it working as designed. Lastly, the customers main complaint was they cooked cookies and found when they took them out they werent cooked all of the way in comparison to the last time they cooked them. I preheat the unit to 350?F and monitored temps. I found the temp to average at 330?F and the sensor in diagnostics mode reading 360?F. Due to this I am ordering the sensor and control to replace; ordrng 1 W10833885 (Sensor) and 1 W11159621 (Control)"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not starting and door not closing. Test unit and found burners out tod and control board and also found racks rusted and ui not working.

"Arrived onsite for replacement of the modules under the special provision. Replaced all lights and tested.

"Arrived on site for DW, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that unit makes a grinding noise during drain and water remains in bottom of unit. Inspected unit and found drain pump screen and filter removed. Also, found plastic holders from racks inside drain filter housing. Removed excess water, plastic parts, and put unit back together as designed. Entered diagnostics and tested all functions. Unit is working as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Job complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found right hand side door is sagging. Removed door and found lower structure has collapsed, took pictures. A new door would be needed to correct the issue

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer temperature is 2-3 degrees fresh food temperature is 51, Set refrigerator into a test cycle and ran fresh food Separator fan test and fan is not running. Installed new evaporator fan motor and new one is running properly.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit off. I powered the unit on and after 10 minuets found no cooling. I gained access to the compressor and found a piercing valve on the low side. I used a bubble solution around the valve and found no bubbles. I hooked my gauges up to it and found the system pulling into a 20 inch vacuum. Indicating a leak. I found the evaporator, condenser, and heat pan are all disconnected.

"Arrived on sitw to follow up on refrigerator losing cooling. Found compressor running and temps normal, RC was acyally at 33. Corrected the thermostat wire behind the cover per service pointer. Called tech line and spoke wirh Adrian, SR 7734714813. Adrian advised monitoring Temps in the unit and data logging, also recommended checking evaporator for frost pattern. Amp draw on compressor and thermostat within spec. Removed evaporator cover and found condensation dripping off the suction line, and found suction line was folded and pancaked almost completely shut. Cap tube was folded at a 90 degree or sharper angle and was driven into the liner, causing restrictions. Called tech line again. Provided photos of lines.
