"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing happened as last time. They advised that the unit will start to wash, but then will not agitate and will quit the cycle early. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and confirmed the whole basket was spinning during the agitation portion of the cycle. I I gained access underneath and found the cam melted at the top causing the issue. I went to replace the gearcase and found the agitator completely seized up on the driveshaft. I broke off the agitator and replaced the gear case, agitator, cam, and capacitor. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the icemaker was working until the past couple days and then it stopped completely making ice. I took temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 37?F and the freezer at 18?F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue within the unit. I checked all gaskets and found tears on the gaskets and the refrigerator door was seemingly partially open causing cold air to leak out of the refrigerator section. I checked that center mullion and found moisture buildup on the center mullion and the refrigerator door gaskets. I also found that the mullion was not creating a proper seal and was loose causing the doors to have a little play when closed. I also found evidence of lint build up all over the condenser coil. I remove the lint from the condenser coil and Im ordering the gaskets, mullion, and pivot block and will return with priorly sent parts. Arrived on site for a freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit just stopped cooling altogether after they put in some meat. She advised that none of the fans or the compressor were running and she didnt know exactly what happened. I gained access to the interior of the freezer and found the cooling had been turned off. I turned the unit on and gave access to the compressor. I found the compressor pulling .945 A and found the unit cooling. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be that she turned the cooling off at some point. The customer was unaware of how to turn the cooling off or on. I showed the customer how to do that and advised the customer to keep an on the unit case if any other issues persist. I asked the customer if she usually keeps the unit inside and she advised that she keeps it in the shed that is not air-conditioned. I did explain to the customer that the freezer will need to be in an ambient temperature between 60 and 90? per the manufacturers recommendations. The unit is working and operating as designed. I manually ran a slow spin and could hear slight friction as the basket was rotating. I placed the unit into agitate and it failed to agitate properly as it was moving and bouncing the the basket as well as the agitator. I attempted to remove the motor bolt so I could investigate further however, it was so seized that my bit broke and the bolt had become striped. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a metal on metal vibration and was very loud. Customer advised the noise was coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 4. Once the compressor came on, the unit was quiet as designed. I tested the unit several times and forced a short cycle defrost and could not duplicate the noise. I removed the back panel to gain access to the compressor and found the filter drier in a position to where it could be touching the panel and vibrating when the compressor comes on. I pushed the drier, access valve and suction line back away from the panel and found the discharge tubing had come loose from the condenser grommet. I adjusted the discharge tubing with the grommet and retested the unit again and still could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if the noise continues to contact our office Monday morning. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the door out of adjustment and not hitting the mullion good at the top of the door and this is where the condensation was forming. I adjusted the door as much as possible to correct this. "WED5605MC0 Arrived onsite for unit stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival, customer mentioned they use the Normal cycle more often. Tested on both Normal and Timed Dry and produces same temp offset. The offset is 120 to 167 degrees F. Unit is not getting hot enough and might possible need new element or thermostat. Weight call for 2nd man due to unit being stacked (picture attached) . "Arrived on site for gets too hot upon arrival, customer states that clothes shrink and very little lint. Upon arrival test polarity and is 349 from L1-L2. Removed rear panel to inspect element and is good. All other components test good as well. Ran temperature test using thermocouple at end of exhaust tube. Test on high , medium and low setting. Got High 160,117, Med 156,113, Low 152,109. Contacted tech line for assistance. Spoke with Leon. Explained issue and test results. Tech said seems that all is correct with temperatures and thermostat is responding and is only recommending replacing Temperature selector switch and thermostat. SR#7739762725. Ordering temperature switch. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11050715 (Switch)"

Arrived onsite for unit with no power. On arrival inspected unit. Found breaker tripped. Cycled power and tested. In diagnostics ran broil element and energized with no issues. Ran bake element and energized with no issues. Canceled and ran a bake cycle at 400 degrees and cycled with no issues. Customer set a timer for 30 minutes to allow for burn off. If symptoms persist recommend builder replaced breaker with a higher tolerance and less of a nuisance tripping for example GE 40-50amp breaker. No component has shorted to cause breaker to trip. Job complete. No parts replaced.

Arrived onsite for unit not reaching temperature above 375 and not maintaining temperature. Ran cycle at 400 degrees. At402 degrees the internal light turned on and door opened slightly. Door would not close without a push until temperature was under 400 degrees. Called tech line and spoke to Jake SR#7739763037. Recommended replacement Latch assembly. Also found door opens past 90 degrees. Also ordering hinges. Set to return Aug 27.; ordrng 1 W11029221 (Latch) and 1 W11568941 (Lef doo hinge) and 1 W11568813 (Right door hinge)

Arrived onsite to replace leaking tub. Replaced tub and transferred over parts. Also gave mod/sn tag to owner as it would not directly stick back onto the new tub frame. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not starting cycle. Upon further inspection placed unit into diagnostics and observed error 3-2 and 8-1. I found that the unit did not have incoming water. I cleared the codes. The customer informed me that he had to shut off his hot water in the previous days. I was able to verify that this was the direct cause for the dishwasher not starting a cycle by turning on the cold water supply to the dishwasher. Dishwasher is operating as designed and customer is going to get his hot water supply fixed. No parts used no water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect gas range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they had left the home and forgot to turn the oven off and when they returned, they could smell a gas odor in the home. Customer had the gas company check the home and was told the range was the problem. Using my gas leak detector sniffer, I tested the cooktop burners and found no gas leaks present. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and allowed it to cycle several times and did not find any indications of a gas leak. I pulled the unit out and placed the sniffer at all gas lines and connections and no indications of a leak. Using my liquid leak detector, I tested all connections including the gas line connection at the wall and found no leaks. I checked the gas shut off valve in the cabinets to the right side of the unit and found no indications of a leak. I tested the sniffer by turning the front left burner on without flame and it indicated gas odors being emitted from the burner. Once I turned the flame on and allowed it to burn off the gas, there was no indications of a leak from the sniffer. Customer was present during testing and I advised the unit is operating as designed and no leaks were found. I recommended the customer use the unit as it is safe for use. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning and not draining all of the water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E1-long fill and F2E3-control failure. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I found the unit would not stop filling with water and once the tub reach approximately 1/3 full, I cancelled the test and the drain pump came on,but failed to drain all of the water out. I gained access to the main control and found the water level pressure tube not connected to the main control (photo). I reconnected the tube and attempted to calibrate the unit and the drain pump came on and when the unit went to calibrate, it shut down and the panel flashed the F3E2 error code-water level sensor failure. I blew through the sensor tube and attempted to recalibrate and it continued to shut down and show the code. I removed and replaced the main control (F2E3) and blew through the sensor tube again to clear it and calibrated the unit. I then placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11513246"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the recirculating pump not functioning. I removed and replaced the pump and retested and the new pump is defective. I tested voltage to the recirculating pump and found 12VAC. I am ordering the recirculating pump and scheduled return service for 08/27/24. Unit left turned off and no water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump) and 1 W11034363 (Main control) and 1 W11126268 (Pump harness)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door with rust. Upon further inspection, I found rust around the vent opening (photo). I removed and replaced the outer door panel and unit is operating as designed as customer had a wash cycle going when I arrived. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11613483"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel display showing error code F6E1-UI/ACU communication error. I cleared the code and tested the unit and while testing, I found some of the selection indicator lights on but the selections werent being used at the time. Also found a large amount of moisture inside the control panel display (photo) and indicator lights. I removed the top panel and found a large amount of moisture built up on the underside of the panel (photo). While testing, I attempted to cancel the cycle and the UI failed to respond and after several attempts, it finally turned off. I found a large amount of moisture inside the unit and on the inner door glass (photos). I retested again and found the unit heating, but its not getting hot enough and I could see the element illuminating, but not as bright telling me the coils are not getting properly energized. I tested airflow to the unit and both tests passed. Due to the amount of moisture built up inside the control panel UI (photo) and it not responding properly (F6E1), I am ordering the control panel and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 08/27/24. Returning tech to replace the control panel and element and clean out the inside of the unit from lint and any water inside. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 W11351728 (Console)"

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripped. I found the breaker tripped only at the point the oven was turned on. Removal of the lower cover and accessing the terminal, I found the cord had the ground wire wrapped around all of the other conductors several times, likely causing and unwanted electrical interference, causing subsequent breaker tripping. I corrected the issue and performed a complete preheat to 500F and allowed additional cycling time. Operational test good."
