Arrived on site to inspect oven restarting itself randomly. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the unit would reset itself and turn off and on or become unresponsive. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise and not cooling properly . Upon further inspection, I found the temperature in both sections were room temperature and fans were operating. During this time I could hear the compressor attempting to start, however is would fail to start and I could hear the overload trip. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran test 4 to manually start the compressor. The compressor was drawing 18amps and then 8 amps for 5 seconds until the overload tripped. The compressor is failing to start due to the motor being locked. Im ordering sealed system parts. Compressor W11614224 access valve W11506635. Drier WPW10143759. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop knobs getting too hot. Upon further inspection. The customer advised that she is unhappy with the layout of the knobs in relation to the burners, stating that they are too close in proximity. I checked the unit and the knobs and burners all functioning as designed and their layout is just the compact design and there is nothing that can be done to change that. The customer wants to reach out to the builder and discuss possibly exchanging her cooktop for a different model. The unit has no functional failures and no gas leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from the front and the door. Upon further inspection the customer advised that they experienced a leak while using the dishwasher and that the water that came out was very foamy. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I began component testing and observed no issues with any of the components. I ran the normal cycle for an about 20 min and observed no leaks from the unit. The dishwasher experienced over suds wither from too much detergent or the wrong type of detergent getting in the dishwasher. I advised the customer of my findings and she agreed that the wrong type of detergent might have been accidentally used for that last cycle. No water leaks observed during service. No parts used

Arrived onsite for oven door gasket and igniting issue. Upon arrival customer stated the igniting issue was with the front right burner on the cooktop. I cleaned off the orifice where the ignitor is and it helped a bit but needs to be adjusted. I am going to order a orifice holder just in case the screws break as they look very worn. I was replacing the gasket but found it not to fit correctly and when installing noticed a tear in the gasket. Will need to order another gasket. Office to RS. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival I noticed a piece of glass on top of the filter. I also hear glass jumping around inside the drain pump when told to drain. I pulled the drain pump motor off and glass shards came out. I replaced the drain pump as the impeller were damaged and could enf up causing issues. I found the third rack rollers on the tub to be broken off. Will need to order W11579562 third level rack wheel assembly for the left hand side. "Arrived on site to test unit for not working. Upon arrival the builder stated he wasnt sure what was wrong with it, his assistant put in that request and he is not available. Inspected unit, found unit is cooling properly. Only problem I found was the ice container was 1 big block of ice. Inspected ice maker and found when ice maker was installed, the fill tube extension was not inserted into the funnel causing water to not enter the tray but leak down into the ice container and create a big block of ice. Removed ice maker and adjusted the fill tube, installed the ice maker and forced a harvest, unit harvested properly and filled water into the tray. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for losing power. Upon arrival customer stated unit worked good for a few months, then she would get a message on screen informing her that there was a power loss. It would appear when the unit was not in use, customer would walk up to start a cooking cycle and message would be on the screen. This message started to appear more frequently as time went on. No functionality was ever lost, just having to reset the time and date upon every power loss. Eventually the unit would not allow customer to manually input the time and date so that is when the customer downloaded the app and connected unit to wifi so she can update the time and date through the app.Tested unit, all functions are properly operating. Unit is heating and going through cooking cycles. Could not mimic issue. Power loss issue may be WIFI related due to unit not being connected to wifi. Will need to order main ACU and door for return visit. In the meantime advised customer to video the issue if possible and to leave the unit in its failed state before we arrive. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival heard the noise coming from the compressor compartment. Gained access to components and found condenser motor is the cause of the noise. Arrived on site for our dryer that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the control panel not illuminating but the dryer drum light turn on. I checked voltage off the back and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the control and check voltage going to the user interface. I found proper voltage on both sides of the control going to the user interface. I reconnected the connector for the user interface and found the control start to illuminate and work as designed. I tested the unit several times and found the unit turning on and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.
