"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit rocking back and forth from front left to back right. I found the back right leveling leg was broken. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and the first two tests failed (photos). I removed the vent tube from the back of the unit and retested airflow again and the unit passed (photo). I advised maintenance that the vents in the wall need to be checked (new apartment complex) for blockage. I tested the unit with the door open and the switch closed and found the element illuminating the back left corner vent area of the cabinet (photo) telling me the unit is getting proper voltage. I attempted to adjust the back right leveling leg and found the corner of the cabinet where the leg attaches is badly bent and the leg threads are badly damaged. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Also found the unit is connected to WiFi. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my meter was reading 388 degrees, which is normal according to,the owners manual and the preheat temps will get higher than the setting to offset temps when opening the door and allowing the unit to get back to preheat temps faster. Tenant was not home; therefore, I explained my findings to the head of maintenance and explained how the unit operates. I made recommendations for use and care to pass along to the tenant. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for improper tension on the door. Upon arrival spoke to the builder and the builder stated that the home owner felt like the tension on the door was too strong. Inspected unit found no obstructions to the hinge or spring causing more resistance. Tested door mechanism, when pulled down the door stays in place. Unit is designed to make sure the door stays in the location it was opened . Tested all angles door does not shut on its own or drop down. Stated to builder that since the unit is new the springs will be a little more stronger than what the home owner is used to due to manufacturer future proofing the unit. Tension will slightly change over time. Unit is functioning as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite and replaced control box and advised unit should be defrosted to resume normal function. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit uninstalled and sitting in the kitchen area near to where it should be installed and all hoses disconnected (photo). I moved the unit over to the sink area and connected the water line and plugged the unit in and placed the drain hose into the sink and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and once the unit filled with water and the spray arms began to spray the water, I found water leaking from the bottom right side front corner where the tub side joins the bottom panel (photos). The tub is not sealed in this area. I am ordering the tub, heating element and CNOTE-2HR JOB and office to schedule return service. I will return with all prescreened parts. Unit hoses were disconnected and unplugged and moved back to where I found it. Returning tech to replace the tub, sump assembly and install new element and remove model/serial placard and transfer it to new tub. All water cleaned up at end of service. No one available to sign for receipt. Notified customer of diagnosis and left message. No parts installed. ; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub) and 1 W11537778 (Element) and 1 CNOTE (2 HOUR JOB)"

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon arrival. Unit was unplugged. Found no signs of excessive defrost water from defrost issue. Powered unit and compressor energized. Allowed unit to run and unit began cooling. After 30 minutes found only partial frost pattern and compressor making rattling sound. Unit has Inefficient compressor. Order 2 hr sealed system repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer shutting off on sensor cycles a few minutes into the cycle. On arrival I found customer had some sheets in there with a stopped cycle that still had a good level of dampness. I ran the unit and it stopped after about 4 minutes and timer never moved. I called tech line and inquired about what factors cause a sensor cycle to stop. Recommended repair is to replace the moisture sensor harness, then run and test at the control. If control is stopping while moisture reading is still active, replace control and retest. Return visit set for 8/23. Arrived onsite for unit drain pump running continuously. Tested and found relay stuck allowing constant 120vac supply to pump. Needed control replacement. Replaced control and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Used w11513246

"Arrived onsite for unit with no power. Found breaker tripped. Flipped breaker and tested. Unit tripped again on preheat. Power cycled and Isolated components. Broil to 350 degrees. Took pic. Then cycled to bake and set to 350 degrees. Reached target temperature with no issues. Ran unit at 400 degrees and cycled for 30 min. Recommend breaker be replaced by builder. Preferably a breaker with less nuisance tripping, GE breaker. Owner will discuss with builder. Job complete. No parts replaced"

Arrived onsite for unit not making ice. On arrival unit has full bucket of ice. Found unit not dispensing ice. Found auger motor seized not turning. Needs Auger motor replaced . Set to return Tues the 20th.; ordrng 1 W11671282 (Auger motor)

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not fully spinning out clothes sometimes. Larger loads seem to be affected. Customer can get it to finish with drain and spin. I checked a couple of cycles and found the spin was set to off (known issue with these UIs), and advised to double check before hitting start. Outside of that, I found no error codes or anything indicating a reason to not spin out other than overload / off balance. Advised on proper loading. Could not duplicate failure. Unit ran fine with no excessive vibrations on high speed spin. No repairs made."

"Arrived on site to diagnose freezer making noise at random when running. Customer showed me a video of the noise which sounded like ice on fan blades. I removed the cover and found no ice near the fans and all noises normal. I also found the unit didn't have but a couple of items in it, which can also cause the unit to be constantly running. Advised to try and capture video and check if the noise dissipates / get louder when the door is open. Customer will follow up if noise returns or gets louder once the unit is loaded. Could not duplicate at this time, no parts used. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on microwave that was not powering on. On arrival I replaced both interlocks due to 2 bad switches. Once new interlocks were in, found the board was sending 120, but there was an issue with the neutral. I replaced the filter board / filter board fuse and control. Retested and found unit now powers on and heats as designed. Root cause of failure was a failed upper interlock switch, which back fed and took the other parts out. Parts used - W11551558, W11551761, W11707984, W11342846, Wpw10531156."

"Arrived on site to diagnose noisy washer. On arrival customer informed me that the unit was banging pretty hard on a recent load of sheets /mattress pad. I tested the unit and found all mechanical components and suspension good. I checked the level and found the level was quite a bit off. I leveled the unit and ran a high speed spin and could not duplicate any failures. Advised the pad likely absorbed a ton of water, which will cause it to go off balance compared to sheets and to balance accordingly. Also found a bolt matching the motor bolts under the unit, but found no missing bolts on the unit. Unit now working as designed and balance. No parts used."
