"Arrived on site for a range that has uneven cooking flames. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her left two burners seem to have wildly uneven flames on the burners and they are also having an issue with their oven cooking evenly. I tested temperature in the oven and ran the unit up to 400?F. I found temperatures fluctuate between 423?F and 363?F, giving an average temperature of 393?F. I checked the temperature at 350?F and found similar fluctuations with an average temperature of 344?F. I checked the burners and condition from the left. Two burners were seemingly having uneven flames on the right hand side of each burner. I checked the offices and found the orifices were correct, and attempted to reposition the burner caps. I found that even with the burner caps being completely square, they were still having uneven flames. I replaced the burner heads and tested the unit. I still had the same issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Dillon SR# 7740278751. He advised that the oven seem to be within range, and that there was really no way to calibrate this unit. In regards to the burners, he had me send him several photos of the flame heights on all burners, orifices, and the burner heads and caps. He advised that there really would be nothing altering the flame heights besides the flame spreader which we already replaced. He checked in with engineering and they advised that there had concerns about potential gas pressure coming to the house and would require the customer to get a gas pressure check from the gas company prior to any further repair. Around the unit through an auto test and found that when the unit was trying to agitate, the shifter was making an abnormal sound. I gained access underneath and did not find the cam worn or stuck. This machine has the improved metal blower assembly and it is more sensitive to placement. I found it too close to the motor and rubbing. After adjusting to the correct position on the motor shaft, the issue was corrected and the machine operated with the expected and normal amount of noise."

"MVWC565FW2 Arrived to inspect off balance condition and water levels. I found the suspension had failed and I removed and replaced all suspension components. Testing revealed the water level at the correct amount and I advised the customer of my findings, discussion detergent and loading strategies. During calibration and spin testing, I found the belt making excessive noise and that it was slipping under torque. I installed belt p/n W11239857 from emergency truck stock and retested. I recovered what appeared to be a full charge and removed and replaced the sealed system components, compressor, service port and dye drier. I vacuumed to 380 microns and allowed additional settling time. Seeing no loss, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and the machine started cooling. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. I adjusted the mullion area and sealed. I set the doors to the cabinet as well. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect constant draining. I verified the sue upon plugging in the machine and hard reset. Service test mode had F3E1 as the only stored error and I cleared for testing. I found no mechanical reasons for the failure and replaced the control as the issue is known. I recalibrated and then tested within automatic test mode. Arrived onsite for washer not advancing wash cycle. Upon arrival customer stated the washer would keep draining and not stop. I confirmed even when canceling the unit out it would restart drain. I took off the water pressure line and found the unit to keep draining even when the hose was off and canceling. The control water pressure sensor is not reading correctly. I replaced the control and the unit is now operating as designed. Unit completed a diagnostic cycle and no longer constantly drains. Call complete. No water leaks present at time of service. Installed W11607637 cntrl elec.

Arrived onsite for washer making high pitched noise. Upon arrival I tested the unit but could not replicate the issue. Customer showed a video and it was a squeaking sound. I went underneath the unit and inspected the belt. I found the belt to be loose and not tight. I replaced the belt and the belt is seated very tight on the cam and motor. Unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11239857 Belt.

"Arrived onsite for washer not advancing to wash. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics cycle. No errors were present. When running diagnostic cycle the unit completed the cycle however, the drain pump was making a grinding noise while draining. I ohmed the drain pump and found it to be reading correctly at 21.4 ohms. Water pressure line was clear and the drain hose into the wall was ran correctly. All sources lead to a drain pump mechanically failed or the lower harness has failed. Will need to order a drain pump and lower harness and return with the control that was sent. Arrived onsite for washer not passing sense. Upon arrival customer stated that there was water in the unit before and wouldn't drain. I found a F9E1 long drain present. I ohmed the drain pump from the control and found open line. I inspected the underside of the unit and found the drain pump to be good. However I found the blue and black wires to both be broken off causing a open line. Will need to order lower harness and retainer clip to continue with repair. Arrived onsite for oven door with gap. I confirmed there was a gap on the left hand side of the door. I replaced the outer glass door as it appeared bowed out. After replacing the oven outer door the gap closed a bit but the gap still remains. Need to order hinge and a nameplate. Ordering W10839793 nameplate and W11665203 left hand hinge. Office to RS. Arrived onsite for microwave switch not activating to heat. Upon arrival I tried pulling the micro oven combo out and issue still persists. Customer stated cabinet and trim guy said there was no issue but they couldn't pull It out either. The issue has not been resolved and when I tried to pull it out it would not budge. I showed the customer and he tried pulling it out aswell but he couldn't budge it either. Microwave cannot be repaired until we gain access to the unit. Office is to RS when the issue is solved. Arrived onsite and replaced the dual valve due to concern about fill noise level. Advised that the valve was not likely to change noise level and no other factors are adjustable and the noise level is normative. All checks good.

Arrived on site to testing for not draining. Found drain pump received 80vac for about 5 seconds and would stop. Verified at control relay not opening properly. Replaced control(W11621183) and completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found control switch power supply to motor disconnected internally. Connected molex. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for damper opening when the use the microwave not the vent. Test unit and found normal operation of the unit. The blower comes on when your heating food to cool the magnetron. So you will hear the damper opening and close job complete.
