Also stated it takes about 10 minutes to preheat. Advised that the typical preheat times will take between 14-18 minutes, 10 minute preheat is within range. Engaged convection fan, heard what sounded like that motor seizing. The longer it ran the louder it got. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit tripped the breaker and they could not reset. Have not used it since. Reset breaker successfully and started a bake cycle, unit tripped the breaker after broil relay clicked. Inspected unit, found not broken wires or evidence of a short or arcing. Unit is receiving proper voltage and has correct polarity, bonding strap between N and G has been removed. Followed TSP W11490386 and replaced the control (W11707168), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603). Removed ground strap from the terminal block and started a 500? cycle for 30 minutes. After time elapsed, reconnected the ground strap back to the terminal block and began another 500? bake cycle. Monitored for an additional 10 minutes, breaker no longer trips. Burn off is complete and relays on the control have been conditioned successfully. Instructed customer to continue running a 500? bake cycle for an additional 90 minutes to ensure proper burn off. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7741295965. Advised customer if unit begins to trip the breaker again to get the breaker replaced. If issue still persists after breaker was replaced, call Whirlpool for further instruction. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on-site for a washing machine that is making squealing noises when the unit is spinning and has a door that is hard to open. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that normal load seemed to work fine with the unit, but bulkier loads sound like a belt is stripping. I gained access to the back and found the idler. Pulley. In good shape, but did find the belt loose causing the issue. I replaced the belt and found the door hinge, causing the door issue. I replaced the door hinge and ran the unit through diagnostic testing. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WP8183202 and WPW10388414."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher stopping mid cycle. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would finish the wash cycle and the drain pump would intermittently turn on after the cycle was completed. I inspected the interior of the tub and found rust on the element (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Due to the error code, i disassembled the unit door to gain access to the main control/UI assembly and found a large amount of moisture built up on the inside of the outer door panel (photo). Arrived on-site for refrigerator with a defrost issue on the right hand side on arrival confirmed failure and upon further inspection. I have found the R. C. Evaporator thermister had failed again and was reading at 320K ohms while buried in ice. I immediately called Whirlpool techline Sr#7741317976 and after doing some digging I found that the ui control that was originally installed was incorrect with the wrong software update and causing unit to have repeat defrost issue every two months. Tested line and Sp W11512766 Rev. Both state to use w11509096 ui and to also replace the fan scroll and thermistor again. Showed her picture of how the cam is raised to guide the door one direction or the other, which is not the same setup as the freezer door. Leveled RC door and verified proper function. Advised to use caution since there is no opening or closing assist. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

They also wanted to have the door stay partially open to allow things to air dry. I tested the unit and found no mechanical failures, but the builder had adjusted the level. Level had the unit diving forward and needed to be correct. I also showed the customer how their spring closer worked, and that this unit is not built to allow the doors to stay partially open. I also advised them that the door has to be pushed when closing because it is sealing against a gasket, and it requires some pressure to close on this model. Unit is working as designed with no mechanical failures. Based on our conversation customer is looking for operation and features found on higher end models with different hinge designs. Arrived onsite for unit not cleaning upon arrival customer stated the unit has not clean dishes since the 31st on last month i did advised customer on pods & using a liquid detergent upon further inspection ran diagnostics found error code f4e3 bad wash motor cleared code replaced motor&pump ran test cycles & normal cycle unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived on-site for condensation on fc door. Found water on the top of fc gasket. Checked the gasket and found it slightly warped on the left side. I reshaped the gasket and it's sealing good. Also added silicone(w10841140) to help the seal. The rails on the fc door are closing good. I advised the customer to watch for anything getting closed in the door since the freezer is full.

Arrived on-site to install ordered parts. Verified the issue. I installed the lower harness (w11568983) and the unit started draining. Ran factory cycle and quick cycle. Everything is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit with no power. Found that the unit was not receiving any voltage. Checked the breaker and found it had tripped. Unit is connected to a GFCI breaker. Reset the breaker and turned the oven on to 500?F to begin the burn-off process, as the customer had just moved in. Advised customer to leave the oven on for an hour and a half to complete the burn-off. Unit preheated to 500?F without tripping the breaker. Job complete."

Arrived on-site for dryer not chiming. Verified the issue. Installed encoder(w11627521) cycled unit and it chimed when the cycle completed.
