I found the compressor extremely hot to touch. Using my tester start device, I placed it on the compressor and tested it, and the compressor continued to fail. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their inspector told them the flames in the high setting were not correct. Before I tested the burners, I inspected the burner caps and found the far left front and rear burner caps were switched. I pointed this out to the customer and placed them on their correct burners. I tested all of the burners and found the front left and right burners (large burners) flames were not correct in the simmer settings. I adjusted the flames and verified their operations. I removed the conteol panel and found the remaining burners do not adjust. Retested the burners, and all are operating as designed. Quoted the customer $313.91 ($289.99+tax) for service/labor fees, and the customer paid in full with CC ($361.00 CC Auth# JACHF3). No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher KDTM404EBS3 that had tripped breaker again. I found breaker would not reset. I removed the control and checked control and wiring for any damage and found none. I checked the terminal block and found the L1 wire nut had melted when the element shorted, and run vibration caused the exposed wire to contact the terminal box. I removed the damaged section and replaced with a new wire nut. Breaker reset and I ran full diagnostic cycle. Found no issues and unit passed cycle. Tested and unit started a regular cycle as well. All should be working as designed with no water leaks present. Repair completed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED."

"Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker when both ovens are on. Upon arrival, checked breaker and found to be on a 50 amp. Proceeded to start both ovens and within 2 minutes, tripped breaker. Proceeded to remove unit halfway out to check amp draw from the control relays and found both bake and broil elements on both ovens to cycle correctly drawing 17.6 amps on broil and 13.5 amps on bake. Attempted to pull on conduit to see if amp draw changes but no change. Inserted oven back in the designate install and monitored unit and did not trip. There is enough slack on the conduit. Checked element temperatures and found to be in correct range and glowing read exceeding over 1000F. Called techline and spoke with Brandon SR#21694284 stated a thermal expansion internally in the breaker is a possible issue. Since amp draws are cycling correctly on both ovens, there is no fault with the unit. Call documented. Called Safety Team SR#21694811 and spoke with Lisa and documented call as well. "Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED4500MW0 that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just stopped heating. I tested the dryer and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked and found proper voltage and polarity going to the unit. I found no fluctuations in voltage when trying to start the machine. I gained access to all heating components and found the thermal CT off blown. I checked continuity between the element and the heater housing. However, I did find the heater sagging a little. I replaced the heating element 279838 and thermal cutoff W10900067 and tested the dryer with the vent removed. I found temperatures fluctuating between a 124?F and 168?F, averaging a temperature of 146. This would indicate the machine is cycling properly without the vent attached. I tested the dryer with the vent hose attached and found a lack of airflow and temperatures taking an extremely long time to cycle. I looked into the vent hose but couldn't see anything going into the wall. I did notice the vent hose was extremely long and was bending multiple directions before going into the floor. I explained that the customer may want to shorten the vent hose and look into the vent issue due to the airflow restriction. I did advise that without fixing either of those issues, the dryer will continue to run into this issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

I test polarity at supply and get L1 and L2 to neutral is 122v and L1-L2 is 245v. I cannot test at block. I Found that there is continuity from Neutral to ground at supply outlet. I Contacted Techline for assistance . Spoke with TJ. I Explained all test and findings . Tech explained that there is a direct connection from neutral to ground somewhere in the supply and that an electrician needs to repair issue. Case # 21695751. "Arrived on site to diagnose a double oven with a broken upper oven inner door glass. Inspected the unit and confirmed the inner glass on the upper oven door was shattered. Removed the upper oven door from the unit and carefully disassembled it by separating the door panels to access the interior glass assembly. Removed all broken glass debris, installed the new inner door glass, and ensured it was properly seated and secured. Reassembled the door, reinstalled it on the oven, and verified proper alignment and door operation. Tested the upper oven by running it through a heating cycle. Arrived on site for an oven JOEDC530RL00 not heating properly. I heated the upper to 350 degrees. Both elements are working and heating as designed. Found an F6E1 error code for acu and hmi communication. Customer also stated they got a message saying probe detected when the probe wasn't being used. I plugged the probe in to the upper and lower. Arrived on site for washer making noise during spin. Unit is a combo unit. When spinning inner drum i can hear metal scrapping inside between inner and outer. Ran diagnostics and all components pass. Arrived on site for vent hood buttons being pushed back. Removed light panel and replaced control. New control was defective and started the motor right away. Put old control back and adjusted bracket. Control now properly secured. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect oven displaying error code F2 and shutting off. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F2 (shorted key). On arrival I found no error codes and diagnostics. I then verified the polarity at the outlet and control board and also verified that the motor is at six point one ohms on both sides, actuator is at 2.4 k ohms, drain pump is at 21ohms qnd the lidlock is at 101 ohms. I spoke to whirlpool tech line Case#21702022. Double checked findings with techline and found unit is working as designed after running a normal wash cycle and being unable to replicate issue. "Customers said that the dryer was being allowed by a braiding. Noise turned on. Dryer and could hear aloud vibration humming noise coming from the front of the dryer, lifted up lid sounds like the noise is coming from the front bulkhead, pressed on the bulkhead, and the noise went away, checked the drum and drum was okay. Check the front rollers. The rollers were fine. Noticed a crack on the bottom corner of the front panel is ordering the front bulkhead.And the front fascia panel; ordrng 1 W11162467 (Bulkhead) and 1 W11164011 (Facia)"

"Arrived on site for an unknown washing machine model that is not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm that the model and serial numbers are missing and had been rubbed off. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E9 (locked rotor or motor communication fault), F8 E1 (long fill), F5 E4 (door not opened between cycles ), and F4 E0 (unknown) error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit making a squeaking sound but not actually spinning the basket. I spun the basket by hand and found it would spin but found evidence of damage done to the basket arms within the basket assembly. I checked the stator and found damage done to both the rotor and stator motor. The unit would need a full rebuild including rotor, stator, control, clutch, tub, and valve assemblies. Due to no model number available, the office will need to contact the extended warranty for alternate resolution due to the inability to order the exact parts needed. No parts were installed and no leaks were detected during service."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on a refrigerator model ASI2575GRS11. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the freezer door LW10898312 and tested the unit. It functioned with ice and water dispensing as designed with no leaks present during service. Took a photo of the freezer door due to the door being in immaculate condition. Call complete.

Arrived on site for knobs coming off or not staying in place . Found the collar inserts were on valve stems and and doubled up on one stem . Removed colors and reinstalled them back into knobs . "WFES3030RS0. Customer stated the oven shut off and the display went blank, though she had not used it. Verified no power to the oven. Checked breaker and found it tripped. Reset the breaker, pulled the oven out, removed the ground wire, and tested broil up to 400?F. Turned on bake and ran it at 450?F with no breaker issues. Reinstalled ground wire and ran oven at 450?F with no issues. Set timer for one hour. Advised customer to let the oven burn off for 1 hour. Oven is working as intended."

Found 2 separate issues: timer only sending half voltage to thermal fuse, and centrifugal switch power wire loose on the motor connector. Tightened connection and replaced timer WPW10436303 with new. Adjusted the fill tube extension where it should be seated and added some silicone and zip ties to hold it in place. Unit now working as designed with no water leaks present."
