"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker and F1E9 error code. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not trip the breaker, it just constantly flashes F9E1 during the cycle. Entered diagnostics, found F9E1 product not draining error code stored. Customer stated unit will drain but will also leave a little water inside the tub. Ran a diagnostic cycle, found all components properly engaging. Inspected drain hose and found no high drain loop installed, causing water to back into the tub from the disposal. Installed high drain loop under the sink. Opened door mid diagnostic cycle and found unit is also oversudsing. Advised customer to run a cleaning cycle and switch to liquid soap to prevent oversudsing issues in the future. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7741073197. "F7-E4 basket re engagement ,F6-E3 acu communication error,and F0-E3 overload. Test unit and found agitation operates but during spin only agitator spins. Raised unit to inspect lower components. Found drain pump has broken off of tub and is just hanging on with hoses. Tub is cracked where drain pump mounts. Found harness to drain pump is broken. Inspected stator, rotor and slider and are good. Cleared error codes. Test unit again. And baskets again does not spin only agitator spins. When canceling test. Display shows power failure but there was not a loss of power. Display then shows canceling cycle and message never goes away. Power cycled unit to reset control. Found shaft turns but shaft gear to basket is stripped out. Tried removing spanner basket nut but is seized on and stripped. Unit needs complete rebuild. I removed all gallon of water out of despenser no leaks . Further inspection I found ice build up under ice bucket i removed all ice place my flashlight in ice box to make sure door was sealing correctly it was in good shape. I tested icemaker worked good no water leaks. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the ice dispenser and on the inside onto the drawers. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found water leaking from the ice maker onto the shelves/drawers below and down the ice bin door. I found where the ice bin door gasket was beginning to crimp and dry water marks on the front of the ice bin door. I found a block of ice in the ice bin from the ice maker, and it appears that the ice maker is calling for too much water. I checked the ice maker tray and found the ice at the top of the mouth of the tray. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 57, and the ice that was dispensed was one piece. When I tested the fill tube, I found water at the top of the mouth of the tray again. I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the RC door mullion and checked the RC door gaskets and found the right RC door gasket is beginning to warp outward and create a gap at the bottom of the mullion again. Also, when I opened the FC door, I found it difficult to open and close and found ice/frost built up on both rails of the brackets. Due to these issues, I am ordering the ice bin door, FC bracket kit, and right RC door and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer stated that after the previous repair, an empty cycle with no detergent or dishes was started. After 30 minutes, puddle began to form on the left side of the unit right under the door. Customer has not ran a cleaning cycle. Started a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging. Mid cycle opened the door and found a lot of suds forming (image attached), further indicating an over sudsing issue. Started a quick wash cycle and monitored unit with the door split, found no leaks coming from the dispenser. During the first 25 minutes of the cycle, unit has drained and filled multiple times eliminating all the suds from the unit. At the 30 minute mark the unit began to oversuds again. Suspecting that the dispenser was releasing too much LemiShine dispenser was set to level 3 out of 4, and causing suds to build up. Turned down dispenser to level 1 out of 4. Customer will monitor after running a cleaning cycle, if issue continues unit will need the dispenser replaced. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door handle coming loose and deli drawer loud when pulling it out. Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door handle loose at the top, and when pulling the large deli drawer out, it squeaks. I removed the mounting screw from the left RC door handle and placed a small amount of loktite on the threads and re-installed the screw and tightened it. I tightened all of the door handle screws as well. I removed the deli drawer from the unit and placed some manufacturer approved grease on the rails (van stock-WP542638), then removed the deli drawer lid and removed the wheels and placed some manufacturer approved grease on the axle screws and roller and reassembled and placed the drawer back in place. I tested the drawers' functions, and it is operating as designed. I had the customer test the drawer and inspect the door handles, and they approved of the repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I adjusted the clocking of the front right burner head to allow the spark to jump to the proper spot. For the center burner I realigned and adjusted the spacing on the burner head to igniter to get the spark to jump upwards. Tested unit and confirmed all 6 burners working as designed. On i arrival I removed all ice and replaced defrost heater and evaporator harness. I ran diagnostic heater was heating. "WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival breaker was on client stated when preheating breaker would flip. I replaced control board, bake and broil element. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product. I arrived on site for a nice machine that won't make ice. Inspect the unit and work area. So i'm taking from the customer's complaint and found the recirculation pump finding enough water inside of the reservoir when the reservoir was only a quarter filled. I did find proper water flow coming through the unit. I went ahead and replaced the recirculation pump and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WRS315SDHM08 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with icemaker issues. On arrival client stated icemaker was working after resetting it. Icmaker was not sent with me so that's great its working i ran a test on it as well it's works as it's designed ice bin had ice . Other issue client was having was the bin in the RC was defective not holding on . The old bin was not damaged either it lost its grip. No water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced console ran a test and unit pre heating correctly and maintaining correct temp. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on sometimes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the dryer acts funny from time to time and will freeze up, not allowing the customer to use the dryer or will not let them cancel out a cycle. He says that the buttons won't work and he's having to unplugged the unit to reset everything to et it to work. Advise that it can run ten cycles before it happens, but oftentimes, it's more frequent. I check voltage going to the dryer and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. I went ahead and replaced the user interface console and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit not heating. I found a F7E4 heater not heating error stored. I confirmed heater was not heating. Control checked good. I replaced the heater and tested the unit. Unit is now heating as designed and washes as designed. I observed for leaks during testing and found no leaks present. Call complete. Installed W10518394 HEATER.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the eunuch just completely lost its cool and is running, but will not actually cool down the refrigerator. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access to the compressor area. I found a leak at the the top side end of the filter dryer. I replaced the dryer and charged the unit up with nitrogen. I found no leaks detected after 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to negative 30PSI and found pressures hold again for 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 47 g of refrigerant and tested the unit. I found the unit beginning to cool and operate as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Lakey SR# 7741079083. He advised that he wanted to see what happened with the sealed system repair prior to any further service, but to call in if any further issues persist. He advised to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. WPW10143759."

On arrival verified complaint of unit inlet valve leaking into tub. Per previous diag replaced inlet valveand verified no leaks in system. Ran diag and confirmed proper function. Job complete installed w11434044

"Arrive downside for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had a video of what was happening and showed me a video of the machine starting a cycle, and when it went to lock, it would unlock and go into a paused state. I tested the unit and found the on the second try, the unit replicated the failure indicating a latch issue. I did find that the lid was closing properly and had not been cracked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error code. I went ahead and replaced the lodge assembly and tested the unit on four different wash cycles. All of them continued on with their cycles and did not fail, like previously. I ran the unit through diagnostic testing and found all other components working and operating as designed. I tested the latch assembly five times in diagnostics through manual testing and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10810403."

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced evaporator fan motor WP2315549 and diffuser W11645127. Thawed out water reservoir. Test unit and is operating as designed. No water leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is located in a wash room outside the home and only has a cold water hook up. The unit completed testing, but i found where the hot valve is leaking water while the unit was testing (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they either get hot water to the unit or they could try purchasing a splitter and connecting a hose to the hot valve even though cold water would be going to it and see if that would work. I advised that running cold water through the hot valve might not work. Due to the valve leaking out the hot valve, I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from working with water and recommended they don't use the unit unit the water issue can be resolved. No parts installed and hot valve continues to leak without a hose connected to it, job completed."
