I gained access to the back of the refrigerator and found the condenser fan was hitting the condenser fan housing. I found the issue with the actual condenser fan. Found that the customer was filling detergent cup completely full and is on a water softener. I suspect suds to be excessive and overflowing the pan. I explained to the customer cut down on detergent use and to not fill it past the half mark and how to monitor suds and to cut back more if excessive suds are still present. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Before installation, the customer advised that they noticed progressing water damage on the back wall of the ice maker. The customer informed me that the had noticed the water damage and molding separating from the paint prior to my first visit and diagnosis. The customer explained that she has noticed the damage becoming worse. I pulled out the machine onto the floor guard to look behind the unit. I found that the leak was coming from the inlet tube connection. I informed the customer of my findings and that they will need to provide a new water line and that I will need to order a new water tube just in case. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not dispensing the fabric softener. Inspected unit and working area. Arrived onsite for a cook top with flames not high enough. Checked all burners and found them to be all working as designed. Went over the BTU ratings with customer and explained to him that some of the burners don't heat as much as others. I explained to the customer that the cooktop burners are working as designed. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the hub and ran a high speed spin cycle. The unit was still wobbling and when i pressed down on the basket it was bouncing. Arrived onsite for washer not filling/ keeps draining. I found the drain pump running constantly and the control not shutting it off. I canceled the cycle disconnected the pressure hose to make sure it wasn't restricted. I found the control not turning off the drain pump even after having the pressure hose disconnected. I replaced the control and ran a calibration cycle. The unit completed calibration and I ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit completed the cycle with no issues and is operating as designed. "Arrived onsite for range tripping the breaker. I replaced the bake and broil elements. I ran the bake cycle to 500 with the ground off. During the cycle I saw the relays on the control flashing badly still. I changed the control aswell. After reaching temp I unplugged the unit and re attached the ground. I set the oven to bake cycle for 500 degrees again. After temp was reached I explained to the customer to let the oven run for 2 hours before shutting off and set a timer on the range. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit fills with water and the motor fails to come on. I tested voltage from the control and found the motor getting 120V. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element are all operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the complaint, the history of the repairs and my findings today. Arrived on-site for range leaning to the left. On inspection found the range was leaning to the left. Gain access to the bottom of the range and found the unit right leg was on the power cord. I pulled the unit out and fixed the issue. The grates can be removed now that they are not in a bind. The range is open as designed and no parts installed during service.

"Arrived onsite for freezer not working. On inspection the unit is a upright freezer. Customer said that it shut down for 36 hours. Customer unplugged and plugged back in and the unit started to freeze again. Fc was at 2?, Gain access to the evap, tested the thermistor in it was 10.4k and the heater was 30 ohms. Found the unit plugged into a 14/2 extension cord, informed the customer that it was to small of a gage to run a freezer. The minimum should be a 12/2 extension cord. I explained the best thing for the freezer is a dedicated circuit. Customer is going to replace the 14/2 extension cord. No parts installed during service."

"NTW4516FW4 Arrived to inspect button issue. I found the rubber bushing around the start button had dislodged, preventing it from popping back out. Re-aligning the button solved the issue and I removed codes for stuck button within service test mode. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WRS331SDHM08 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit would not cool and further inspection revealed a two-blink code in the inverter. The inverter was the two-wire type and not the single-wire line VAC driven inverter, commonly found in this type of chassis. I used stock from a different service call and installed the correct inverter. The machine regained normal operation and I contacted the manufacturer to advise of the incorrect inverter in this machine and that the BOM did not show this model as inverter driven, even though the tech sheet did. File# 7739834540. The technician authorized the installation of the W11546982 inverter and notated the BOM as incorrect, flagging the model for a documentation correction. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Found that customer has been able to use successfully multiple times but throughout a two month period. Unit has tripped 3 to 4 times. Initial burn off of elements was done. Throughout todays visit and testing the unit did not trip the breaker. Eliminated the possibility of a component causing the trip. If a component is faulty the issue would be all the time. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have attempted to use the upper oven on Baker at 425 degrees and found its not getting hot enough and their food is taking too long to cook. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the back panels to test the elements and voltage. While testing voltages, I tested both the upper and lower units on Baker at 350 degrees. I found the lower unit heating properly as my temp readings at preheat was 375. My next three readings were 380, 338, 354 for an average temps of 357.3. The upper temp readings at preheat was 337. My next readings were 343, 361, 323, 358, 351, 363. The last three readings cycled very quickly and was not cycling temps high enough to heat the inside of the upper unit properly telling me the main control is not reading the sensor properly. I removed and replaced the upper unit main ACU and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11448962"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the compressor failure, I evacuated the system then cleared the system with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Verified no visible leaks in the system and installed 64g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they were cooking with the oven at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and their infant child touched the oven door glass and burned themselves; luckily with no injuries. Customer turned the oven on Baker wt 425 degrees and I monitored the unit and tested surface temps at the door, door frame, handle, burner knobs and skirt. I found the outer door glass at the upper left corner area where the child touched was reading approximately 161 degrees, the skirt around the knobs was 188 degrees (furthest left knob) and the handle was 115 degrees on the left side. Comparing these temp readings to the chart listed in the tech manual page 7, these temps are below the manufacturers approved maximum temps (outer door glass=172, skirt=197, handle=167). I contacted techline and spoke to Brandon and advised of the complaint and my findings and Brandon provided the tech manual #W11544031 to compare the readings. Brandon advised that the temps fall below the maximum recommended temps and provided SR#7739831041. I advised the customer of my findings and comparisons to the manufacturer maximum temp readings. I provided the customer with the SR number and recommended they contact the manufacturer to dispute. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit microwave door damaged. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out the area of the damage which looked like the inner plastic on the outer door glass was cracked. I find it to be the epoxy that is used in between the outer door glass and the inner plastic of the outer door glass (photo). I was able to remove the debris (photo). Unit is operating as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and inspected the components underneath. I found the belt had some slack in it and found on the motor pulley where the belt had been slipping. "Arrived on site to test unit for not draining properly. Upon arrival customer stated on every cycle she would have to put it on heavy duty in order for it to drain properly. Tested unit found unit draining improperly due to water being backed up in the pipe, reaching the drain hose and creating a siphon back into the unit. Also found hot water valve is clogged with sediment and shocks are causing unit to get extremely off balance. Will need to order parts pertaining to that issue. Advised customer to hire a handyman in order to diagnose why the drain pipe is getting backed up. Ran unit to 500 degrees and instructed customer to allow 2hrs for unit to heat and instructed customer on how to run oven without tripping breaker. Unit works as designed. Call complete"

On arrival verified complaint of date and time resetting. On first inspection found customer does not have unit connected to WiFi. Connected to WiFi and unit set date and time correctly. Unit is functioning correctly at this time. Advised customer of importance of connecting to WiFi. Job complete no parts installed.

"On arrival verified complaint of no power or function. Spoke to GC prior and found unit may have possible current issues from stator rotor. Visual inspection found teeth on rotor are damaged. Replaced stator, rotor, and slider per GC instruction. Still no power. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. ACU has power in but no light and no power out. Replaced ACU. Unit now turns on. Ran diag and found no rpm in sensor feedback. Checked harness and found op at j3-1 to 3-3. Stator checks out at 8.3 ohms. Replaced harness and checked again still no rpm feedback. Called TL Kurt 7739830357 and found no current recommendations for repair. Submitted to engineering for follow up. Job complete installed harms wire w11568984, w11457841 strike, w11621180 ACU, w11195971 stator, w10734521 slider, w1260238 rotor."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining properly and leaking. Upon arrival customer stated there is water that is left on the bottom of the unit and sometimes after a wash there will be a puddle in front of the unit. Tested unit found drain hose is clogged at the sink causing water to not drain properly. Removed restriction and tested, unit now drains properly. Inspected lower spray arm and found it splitting causing the leak. Replaced lower spray arm (WPW10491331) and tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was leaking water when in use. Ran unit and saw 1 small drip on the left side. Pulled unit out and ran it. Found water pooling in the very front left by the hinge where the tub seam is. Found tub seam is not fully sealed and water is escaping through it. Ordering a new tub to resolve. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator freezing items on th second shelf. Examined interior of the unit and found that the unit was overfull, and items were pushed to the back wall on almost all shelves, causing cold pockets and not fully circulating. Advised to center items on shelves to resolve, and temperature should reach normal set. No failures with unit, all working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the fill tube for the ice maker had evidence of spilling over. I ran a tested with the ice maker and confirmed this was the problem and that water was collecting around the fan and freezer causing it to make noise. I corrected the issue by installing a tube extension onto the inlet tube and making sure there is no ice hitting the fan. I ran a test and the water is no longer spilling over the sides or back. Unit is operating as designed, no water leaks observed at the end of service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperature RC 37 FC -2. I checked the water supply. The ice maker is not receiving water nor the refrigerator dispensing water. I removed the filter and found that the filter is preventing the water from flowing. I can conclude that the filter is the cause of the unit not producing ice and it needs to be replaced. The customer advised that a few items had frost and that items close to the vents would sometimes freeze. The sensors are testing ok. I informed the customer that items cannot be placed near the vents as they can freeze. The refrigerator is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with gaps in gaskets. Upon further inspection I found that there were gaps around the corners of the FC and RC gaskets allowing air migration (photos) I shaped and formed the gaskets and sealed gaps on a few problem areas I found on the mullion. Both gaskets are now making full contact and good seal. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed during service. WP482338
