Upon inspection found no visible damage or leaks. Turned valve on and tested all components, while running water dispenser no leak appeared. Also while running ice maker fill no leak was found. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find that the flooring was wood, and when the unit was spinning, I could feel the whole floor vibrating. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jake SR# 7739786521. He advised that if the unit was empty and spinning, caused the floor to shake, the flooring would be exacerbating the off-balance issue. He advised that the customer should move this washer to a concrete style flooring to ensure that the unit does not go to far off balance. However, if not possible, he advised that off-balance loads may be more prevalent due to the flooring. Advice to make no repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that he has just moved in and that whenever they want to use either oven, the wall oven with tripped a breaker within five minutes during pre-heat. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. The customer has a double wall oven that is about 6 inches off the ground inside the cabinet. I did explain to the customer that because of the installation, I would not be able to pull the unit out without potentially causing damage to the front cabinet. I explain to the customer that they would need to make the unit accessible prior to service. The customer called his contractor and we discussed the matter. He asked if switching the oven over to a standard breaker would solve the issue which I explained it most likely would. The contractor stated that instead of having the unit pulled out and put back in, it would be cheaper for him just to replace the breaker to a standard breaker instead. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with standing water in sump between cycles. Upon initial inspection I found that the drain hose to the dishwasher was not installed properly (without high loop) and also an RO system line is in conjunction with the dishwasher drain hose. In this configuration it can lead to a high probability of back flow into the dishwasher. I installed the drain hose correctly and placed the unit into diagnostics. I did not observe any error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and the test cycle went through without any issues. I advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed. "WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect no ice and items still frozen within RC. Upon arrival, the temperatures were FC -5 RC 34. I found the ice maker with an E2 error and it did cycle without loosing position. There were a few cubes from the prior service that had expectedly shrunk down due to sublimation and appeared to only be the single harvest. I found the fill tube for the ice maker was frozen again and the customer had several cans of a non-sugar sweetened soda, freeze. I found the RC thermistor 6.05K at 43.3F and on a non-linear scale, calculated from MFG thermistor data, I found the thermistor 25% out of tolerance, causing the over-cooling. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and the icemaker is freezing up. There was no water connection to the refrigerator but the customer must have poured ice in the bin that melted and clumped together. I removed the bin and removed the ice. I found ice build up at the bottom of the evaporator cover. I found the RC Evap thermistor reading .987 kohms at the control and the UI control was showing the evaporator at 105 degrees with the thermistor incased in ice. I removed all the ice and replaced the evaporator cover. I tested the new thermistor and it was reading 69 degrees and was correct. I tested the fan and it works correctly now. I found the right side RC gasket ripped and it will need to be replaced. Ordering W10917313 gasket. RS for Wed 9/4/2024. INSTALLED W11395558 COVER EVAP.; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Gasket)

The customer stated they changed the filter and it wouldnt dispense anything so they put the old filter back in. I removed the filter and had great pressure. "Arrived on site to test unit for thumping noise. Customer stated after previous tech left the noise returned. Ran the unit and heard a rotational thump almost like there was an item inside the unit. Inspected all components and found roller wheel supports have a slight bend in them causing the roller wheels to not make full contact with the drum and let the roller wheel move back and forth on the support. Arrived onsite to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection I found that the washer was not able to spin correctly because of a foreign object that was wedged under motor shield. I removed the debris that was hindering the operation of the washer and tested all function. All functions are operating as designed. I calibrated unit. No water leaks observed during service. On arrival confirmed issue and found that control would shut off the 120 to valves during normal operation but if water was allowed to run on cold side for more then 2 minutes , valve would stick open even though power was removed and I would have to hit the valve by hand to pop back into closed position. "Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found it making ice but calcium flakes have formed on the evaporator again causing ice to get held up during harvest, water dispersing channel is 70% clogged with calcium and water is only coming out the right side causing partial ice sheets, rust is dripping on cover from thermistor, called tech line to document per tech line: the unit should not be developing calcium buildup this fast, customer needs to test water and it should not be above 4 PPM, per tech line water dispenser and pump harness will need to be replaced and evaporator needs to be sanded down again to remove calcium SR#7739772421, ordered parts rescheduled for 8/28 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 W10863947 (Water dispenser) and 1 W11126268 (Pump harness with thermistor)"
