I inspected the inside of the disposal hook up and found the block cap still inside the disposal. I took the block cap out and the unit now drains all the water with no issue. Arrived onsite for micro/oven combo with door not shutting. Upon arrival I noticed when pushing on the door the left side door switch would click meaning it engaged when pushing on the door. When let off the switch would not be activated. I was trying to pull the combo out however after getting it a tiny bit out I could not pull further. The trim on the cabinet was trying to pull out when attempting to pull the combo out. The trim will need to be cut more in order to pull the oven out without damaging the trim. I tried pulling on left side and then right side and the combo wouldn't pulled out. Water may be getting diverted to the left side from the evap cover contacting the evap coil. Replaced evap harness (W11566892) and added permagum behind the evap cover to create some space between the evap cover and evap coil. Tested unit, unit is building ideal frost and unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to place a bottle of water into the FC, once frozen solid unit will be ready to use. "Arrived on site to diagnose range that is tripping breaker when in use. Customer said it happened 5-10 mins in, but now if it's plugged in at all it trips. Tried range on several different outlets and it tripped any it was plugged into. Removed rear paneling and gained access to wiring harness. Reseated all connections, made sure pins were tight, and moved harness away from any sharp edges or possible grounding points. I plugged it in and it powered on and completed a preheat cycle and kept running. This should resolve the issue, however if the problem returns we will need to replace the main wiring harness. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop front panel crooked or unleveled. Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom lip of the front panel was sitting on top of the cabinet. It appears that upon installation, the unit was pushed back either too far or there was an added piece of molding or trim installed over the bottom lip of the front panel (photos). According to the manufacturer installation instruction, this unit is installed incorrectly. Because of the improper installation, the front panel is not positioned right and is angled slightly downward. I advised the customer of my findings. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was banging around since delivery. Examined unit and checked basket and suspension. I found the basket was extremely loose on the gearcase shaft and could easily touch the sides of the tub. Removed washplate to inspect spanner nut, and found spanner nut wasn't tighted down. It was barely on the shaft at all. Fully tightened spanner nut and tested. Calibrated. Verified vibrations gone and unit working as designed. Repair completed, no parts used."

Inspection of the fill of the machine appeared to be slightly reduced and I found the part sent was incorrect, with the correct p/n, but being for a completely different type of appliance. I inspected the water supply and found a large amount of debris within the inlet filter. Flushing the upper line, there was significant debris and discoloration of the water. Removing the debris, I noted a slight improvement in water fill, but not a significant difference. I am reordering the vale and the customer will have a replacement supply line for our return. I found the customer has been a long-term user of pre-measured detergent pods and discussed the issues with washing, drying and subsequent machine failures that can arise from their use. "MVW5430MW1 Arrived to inspect failure to complete. I found the issue was the machine did not drain completely on the last attempted load and had a corresponding error, which I cleared. Moving the machine caused the pump to engage and pump out the remaining water. Inspection of the harness area at the drain pump entry point to the harness showed the blue wire had failed at that point. I was able to correct the issue and tested through multiple cycles. The issue was fully resolved and the machine operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

WDF341PAPM2 Arrived to inspect wash arm issue. I found the mount for the middle arm had failed. I removed and replaced the arm and tested. The machine was not correctly mounted by the installer and there was no cabinet wood to attach the screws to. I advised the customer on how to correct. No leaks observed during service.

"MVW6230RHW1 Arrived to inspect not draining. I found the machine with a large amount of water standing and utilized a jumper cord to remove the water. The prior harness repair had failed and I removed the failed section and corrected. The machine resumed all normal functions and I cleared an F9E1 error, recalibrated and tested. "Arrived on site to follow up on range oven not working. Upon arrival, I contacted techline and spoke to Nate and advised of the original complaint, my findings and customer concerns. I advised Nate of the poor install on the vendors installation crew behalf where they failed to tighten the power cord harness at the terminal block and installing the lower rear panel backwards causing it to touch the bake element connections/harness and short the control, weld the element connections to the panel and trip the standard breaker (not GFCI). Nate sent me a text to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. Nate advised that it is definitely an installation issue and provided SR#7740067449 and referred me to her Safety Team due to the unit tripping the breaker. I spoke to Amanda with the Safety Team and provided the same info I gave to techline and provided the SR number as well. Amanda advised that she would need to contact the customer and get more info from them and would decide how to resolve the issue afterwards. Amanda provided Ref #7740067505. I advised the customer of my conversations and provided them with both the SR number and the Safety Ref number. I advised that once the issue is resolved, someone would contact our office to either schedule return service to repair the unit or advise the unit would be replaced. Breaker to the unit was left turned off for safety. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door damage. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in a vacant/new build home and the bottom oven door trim was badly scratched (photo). I removed and replaced the outer door glass/trim and re-installed the door. Tested operations and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No one available to sign for the receipt. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that when they get water from the dispenser, water leaks at the bottom left corner of the FC door. I removed the toeplate and found the coupler is the incorrect size and the water line from the door to the coupler is leaking. I removed and replaced the coupler and retested and unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. Customer pointed out that the FC door handle was never pitted and since the FC door was replaced recently, they found the handle pitted/damaged (photos). I notified the office and am ordering the handle. Also, when opening the FC door and then closing it, the open door light stays on for approximately ten seconds once the doo r is closed. I cycled power to,the unit to reset the controls and retested and it is operating as designed. I am ordering the FC door handle and scheduled return service for 10/11/24. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit continues to leak from the vent area when they open the door to remove their dishes. Customer advised that even after a day of sitting after a wash cycle is complete, the unit will still leak water from the vent. Opened the door 90 degrees and water dripped from the vent area. Customer advised it will be more water intermittently. I checked the vent inside the outer door panel and the gasket is in place and there is a lot of moisture built up inside (photo). Also found water inside the vent itself by looking into the vent cover on the inner door panel (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Aaron and advised of the complaint, history and my findings. Aaron walked me though the setting of the vent and we found it had been reset to the correct setting. Aaron advised to not install any new parts and he was documenting the info and submitting to Engineering for review. Aaron provided SR#7740070675. I advised the customer that will hear from the manufacturer is approximately 48-72 hours on a resolution for this unit. I provided the SR number to my customer. Other than the vent leaking, no other water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for unit making noise. No need to go to leasing office, office only open one day a week. Unit is located in Apartment 901 and belongs to the tenant. On arrival customer stated unit will not start. Inspected and found broken door switch. Will need to order door switch and returning with repair kit. Tried bypassing door switch to run and could not duplicate any noise. Tech to retest once door switch is installed. Set to return Friday the 11th. No parts installed ; ordrng 1 WP3406107 (Door switch)"

"MED4500MW0 Arrived to repair terminal block issue. I found the L2 (red) connector was not tightened and resulted in a highly resistive connection, which caused excessive heat to burn the terminal block and immediate wiring. Using the MFG supplied repair kit and customer supplied cord, I replaced the L2 and chassis GND leads and tested. The machine resumed all normal functions and airflow was good."
