"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. During the wash cycle of testing, I found water leaking from the left side overflow tube. After several tests, I finally pin pointed the leak coming from the lower corner of the door gasket. I adjusted the gasket and retested several times and the unit did not leak anymore. I advised the customer of my findings and to monitor the unit. I recommended they call it in for service if they see water leaking or if the unit has the F8E4 error code again. I cleaned the drip pan and float switch and placed them back into position. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I cleared the frost and tested the thermistor and the defrost heater and found that they where all good I put unit into a forced defrost no found that the heater came on then I switched the defrost mode to basic as it was set to adaptive. I check that all the fan where operating properly and they where I tested the compressor and found that it would star and run normally. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not leaved Which can cause the doors is not to seal properly, i corrected this.I also noticed when I arrived The freezer was packed with food I did advise the customer that whenever pack in the freezer to leave enough space so that the vents can get adequate airflow. "Arrived on site to insect dishwasher clean light flashing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it back in. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. During testing, I removed the drip tray from the float switch and found water in the tray. The unit operated as designed. During testing, I found a large amount of rinse aid suds in the tub. It appears that when the customer put rinse aid in the dispenser, instead of removing the cap, they sprayed the liquid into the dispenser getting rinse aid on the dispenser and door. Customer said the unit has never functioned as the clean light automatically came on when they attempted to run a cycle. I cleaned the suds from the unit and removed and replaced the float switch due to not being able to get all the water out the old one. Retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I attempted the main control and the issue changed, but persisted at a more regular rate of tripping the circuit breaker after approximately 30 seconds, vs the prior rate of 20 seconds to two minutes. I separately, at the loads and then at the control, unloaded every possible line VAC load and the issue persisted and all items tested within MFG specifications. The issue likely resides within the failed upper oven control and the CX does not want to proceed with that part of the repair due to the cost of the part. Nothing further can be done to resolve and the CX will be replacing the unit. I uninstalled the control and no further charges collected. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking. On arrival the customer stated the unit is leaking from the front. Upon further inspection I found a paper towel in the detergent area. I gained access to the valve and then test the unit. I found the paper towel blocking the port and causing it to overflow onto the floor. I found no actual leak on the unit. I removed the paper towel and test the unit again to find no more water coming out of the unit. I informed the customer of my findings.

Got a visual on the spray arm and can see the oring on the spray arm. The noise is high pressure water coming out the center of the spray arm. "JR: Arrived onsite to inspect oven with error code F2E1 (stuck/short key).Upon arrival I found that the unit would display the error code and let me advance past it. However, the error code would then pop back up and I would cycle through it over and over again. I cleared he error code and turned the power off at the breaker box and waited 4:30 minutes and then turned the unit back on. Powering the unit back up has cleared the issue and the error has gone away. I tested the unit in back at 350? and the unit is operating as designed.

Took the burner apart and found debris in the gas channel. The left back Burner had the gas port hole was clogged. Clean the burners and tested. Found the bulbs were burnt out. Ive been on site for a fridge not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found temps in FC not going below 15? and temps in RC above 50. Upon further inspection I found condenser fan and compressor running as well as all lights on but found the evaporator fan not functioning at all. Found no failures in any of the door switches and could not get any Voltage When evaporator fan harness was connected or disconnected from Molex connector and liner of FC. Found that when door switches were all activated properly there was 12.7 DC volts coming from the high-voltage control yet still no power coming from the harness connection in FC. Found unit has a broken wire in liner. Will need findings reported to techline in order to resolve issue. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker on to the unit but the display was blank. I cycled power to,the unit at the breaker and removed the control panel and tested the thermal fuse. I found the fuse was bad. I advised that once the fuse is replaced, I would test the unit to make sure it heats and if it doesnt, the unit would need the thermostat. I removed and replaced the fuse and cycled the power and the unit continued to fail. I pulled the unit out and found the unit plugged into the wall outlet. I unplugged the unit and found the L1 prong burnt (photo). I opened the plug and found the L1 had come disconnected and shorted with the neutral (photos).

I could hear the timer functioning and the interior light came on when I opened the door. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit bleach cup had rust all around it (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found that the bleach dispenser had separated from the bezel (photo) and when water would dispense into the dispenser the water would not go into the tub as the dispenser was hanging over the side of the tub and the water was running down the inside of the cabinet onto the floor. I raised the top panel and found the unit badly rusted. I advised the customer that if I were to replace the dispenser and bezel, the lid would fall apart due to the rust around the bezel and I would be unable to complete the repair without replacing the top panel. I adjusted the dispenser and reattached it to the bezel and tested the unit and it is operating/dispensing as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the dispenser until they could get a new unit. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Found a spot on the back of the evaporator wall indicating a ground. Unplug the unit and remove the icemaker. Found that the evaporator harness connector to the icemaker had fried along with the outer edge of the upper Arm bar where it had ground it against the evaporator cover. Upon inspection I found fan motor running heater tested good, while testing those things I found a block of ice that was cracked by the ice maker fill tube leaking at the back of freezer and it would run down the back and on top of the fan shroud and eventually making contact with the fan when it freezes. All functions of the refrigerator is working at this time.. I remember the ice and repaired the ice maker fill tube and tested it and found that the leak was gone and found that the water valve was not weeping. Job complete"

Ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) and F5 E3 (lid unlock fault). I tested the unit and manual diagnostics and found the cold water valve was barely pulling any water in one being called the pool water. Ran the unit through agitation and spin and found only the agitator moving. Check Internet the washer and found the cam completely worn. When pulling off the cam, I found the gear case drop indicating a failed error case. Advise the customer we will need to replace the valve, cam, and gearcase for repair. Call complete."
