Arrived onsite for a vent fan making noise. On inspection the screw that mounts the vent flap was a to long and rubbing on the blower making the noise. Snipped the end of the screw off and tested unit. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival I installed new pts relay and tested unit and found that unit would not heat. Upon further inspection I found that the connections at the high limit thermostat was not connected properly I corrected this and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"WTW5000DW2 Arrived to inspect no spin complaint. I entered service test mode and found F7E6 (Motor Fault) as the only stored error code. Manual test mode revealed the unit would agitate and spin, but there was an audible squeal during ramp up and coast down, during the spin test, but expected and within acceptable limits. Inspection of the gear case area revealed nothing out of the ordinary, except for the secondary lock on the motor connector was not secured and I corrected. The capacitor tested at 51.4 ?F. Further inspection revealed the basket hub was loose and showing signs of excessive wear on the splines. I removed and replaced the basket hub and recalibrated. "WRT138FFDM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. Upon initial plug in, the unit made a growling and ed startup sound and then engaged. Amp draw after five minutes only reached .68 and a short-cycle attempt revealed the compressor making the growling noise until start device disengagement. Windings measured 4.4 and 5.4 and start to run was 9.3 , slightly lower than expected. I replaced the start device and capacitor and tested. The compressor actually sounded worse with the replacement. The unit will require a compressor replacement. Office to order compressor, dye drier and service port. The heat exchanger is copper. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the burners not lighting. I found all burners lighting correctly. The issue is when the center burner valve is turned all the way down to simmer and then turned up the flame goes out and gas keeps coming out. I could get the valve to work correctly after spinning the shaft back and forth multiple times but when it stays off for a short period the valve fails again. I believe there is to much valve grease in the valve body causing this and the valve will need to be replaced. Ordering W11246817 valve-burner. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11246817 (Valve-Burner)

Removing the cover, I found the inlet of the valve dripping slowly. Returning tech will need to verify the right lower RC vent, upper right FC return, are free of ice and have sufficient airflow. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat but it is taking several cycles for him to drive his clothes. Check voltage at the terminal block and found 120 V going from line 1 to neutral, 240 V going from line 2 to neutral, and 120 V going from line 1 to line 2. Double checked voltage at the wall and found 120 V going through the neutral connector. I advise the customer to refrain from using his dryer until he gets his electrical supply fixed. I checked all other heating components and found them within range. I advised that he would need to fix his electrical supply for the unit to work properly. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for washer with a error message. On inspection I could get the unit to power up, the control board had 120 vac to it but no power leaving the board. Replaced the control board and it powered up. Then I tried to put the unit in to diagnose mode and it would not respond to any key touch. So I repaired the ui and the unit started to work. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for freezer gets to cold and develops frost all over and food in refrigerator sometimes freezes. Upon arrival tenant mentioned that also the ice dispenser does not dispense . Temperature is set at #5 Normal for both RC and FC. Temperature readings are RC is at 24degrees and FC is at 4.5 degrees . Test damper motor and is operating correctly. Inspected both FC and RC door gaskets and are perfectly sealed. Found evaporator fan is operating, but making whining sound. found auger in bin is fractured and need to replace bin assembly. Found RC thermistor is out of range. Need to replace ice bin assembly and control.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is showing an f96 code. Upon inspection I found that this could would show up when using the oven in conversation back. Upon some research I found that the code was related to the cooling fan and the cooling fan speed sensor. Upon further inspection I found that the cooling fan was not spinning with enough force to move the hot air away from the control. And the sensor was not in good condition either. I installed the new cooling fan and sensor. And the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that in making a loud Squealing noise when in use. up inside I found that this noise was coming from the supports and the idler pulley was in need of replacement as well. I installed the new parts and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. I did mention to the customer to have their vents checked/clean due to the amount of lint I found in the unit.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not turning on. Found latch assembly failed and replaced . Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not spring out of one spray arm. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E2 (drain pump electrical problem) and F6 E4 (float switch open) error code. Renting it through a diagnostic check and found massive suds buildup inside of the dishwasher. Attempted to drain the unit and found that the unit was trying to drain but would not drain. Removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and found soap buildup inside of the drain tubing and inlet water assembly. Use the shop vac to clear out the gelatin debris. Was able to get all portions of the dishwasher clean and went to suck out the drain hose. Found the buildup inside of the drain hose was too clogged to remove. Advised the customer that they would need to replace their drain hose Prior to any further dishwashing cycles. I did advise the customer that their issue was using too much soap. They advised that the unit had overflowed at one point and was starting to leave white residue all over their dishes so theyve added more soap than before to try to alleviate that issue and has had the reverse effect. I told them that they needed to use no more than a table spoon of dishwasher liquid when using especially because they pre-wash their dishes. The customer is going to get a drain hose and to install it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to tell previous diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the condenser fan motor and tested. I found the unit continues to make the tapping noise and adjusted the fan blades. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the front right cooktop burner flame seems too low compared to the other burner flames. I tested all burners and found the flame on the front right burner was too low. Also found the flames with orange tips due to a humidifier in the home. Customer advised the oven makes a whomp noise when it turns on. I tested the oven on Bake at 450 degrees and while doing such, I removed the front right burner orifice and found it dirty not allowing enough gas flow. I cleaned the orifice and retested and the burner is operating as designed. I demonstrated for the customer as well. On the oven reached preheat temps, I waited for the burner to come back on and when it did I heard the noise the customer described. I advised the customer the noise theyre hearing is the burner igniting and was normal. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found black soot in the flame chamber. Saw the the orifice was for natural gas and the one we ordered was for natural gas. Informed the customer that there would be additional cost to change it over to LP. Customer decided to go head and buy a new dryer because of the age of the old dryer. No gas leaks detected during service

Arrived on site for a dryer and that is making selections without the customer touching anything on the control panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it happened several times a day where they are away from the machine machine starts beeping at them as if its ready to start a new cycle. They advise the unit does work normally otherwise. Remove the top cover and found evidence of moisture behind the user interface. Used a paper towel to test the airflow movement within the dryer. Found that the paper towel would not hold up against the back wall air vent indicating that there issue was an airflow issue causing steam to rise up to touch the user interface and causing a software issue. Advised the customer that they would need to have their vents cleaned due to this issue. The customer advised that the home was built 12 years ago and they have not personally had their vents cleaned ever. Advise the customer to get their vents cleaned and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived onsite washer not draining. Ran the drain operation in diagnostics mode in drain pump was making weird noise. Gain access to the pump and found a piece of clothing in the pump. Retested the pump and the pump did not right so I replaced the pump. The unit is operating as designed and they was no water leak detected during service.

Arriving on site for MW light not going out. On inspection found that the user was using a non dimmable LED light bulb. Informed the customer that you have to have DIMMABLE LED Light bulb to work in the MW.

Arrived on site for fridge having temp issues . Warmer the normal. Temps in fresh food section . Found condenser coils covered up with pet hair . Cleaned coils and instructed customer on proper cleaning . Advised if temps are still not proper to call us back .

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the broken dispenser. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for microwave oven combo, microwave not turning off. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer stated unit works fine when cooking under 15 minutes. However when cooking 15-20 minutes the microwave does not shut off when the cook time ends. Tested unit at 1, 2 and 3 increments and had no issues. Customer had video of microwave but seems like only recorded blower fan. Called tech line for assistance. Tech Chris, SR#7735762757, advised that when cooking time is that long the fan will stay on due to high temperatures. Tech explained that at the end of the cook time if the light is off and the turntable is not turning the magnetron will not be engaging. Also found that unit was not connected to WiFi for updates. Power cycled unit and advised customer to connect to WiFi. Gave WiFi team contact info. Once unit is updated, the customer will run an extended cooking cycle and monitor the light and turntable once the cook time ends."

Arrived on site to replace upper rack and adjuster kit. Replaced both parts test unit and unit test good. Upper rack no longer hitting or making contact with tub gasket. Job consoles.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not draining. Found debris caught in pump and cleared debris from pump. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that wasn't operating properly. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on findings and job is complete.

"Arrived on site for range, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was nurse came to their home and said she smell gas. Customer called fire department and he said they use some electronic thing to detect the gas. I inspected unit and found leaks coming from the unit I advised customer to contact gas company to make sure the leak is not coming from any where else in the house. Contacted Whirlpool safety and spoke to Rebetha SR#7735731401 and explained to her what I found. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed hub and screw. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and removed hub and screw. Found gearcase teeth rusted and flake off to the point that the new hub couldnt be properly pressed into place. Replaced gearcase hub and screw and then reassembled and tested unit. Found washer fully functioning as designed with no Leaks call complete.

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed capacitor. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Reassembled and tested unit. Found no leaks and u it working as deigned. Call complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with some lights out in the rc. Upon inspection I found that the leds in the unit failed. I replace them and found that the unit is now operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for an ice machine that will not turn on. I found 123VAC out of the auxiliary drain pump. I accessed the control and found 11VAC at the control. I went back to the drain pump and found neutral dropping out when powering up the machine. I replaced the drain pump and tested. All is working as designed. There was one water leak on the customers supply line and I showed it to them. They are gonna replace the line. Call complete.
