"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven vent trim issues. Upon further inspection, I spoke to the builder who advised that the vent trim is badly dented/damaged and needs to be replaced. I advised the parts would have to be ordered as they were not available for todays service. I inspected the unit and found the wall oven sitting on the floor in the kitchen in front of the cabinets where it will be housed (photo). Builder advised they have to finish the countertops before installing it. It appears that when the unit was installed, the weight of the oven was placed on the vent which caused it to get bent/damaged. I am ordering the vent, trim, and four (4) screws and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. Unit left in its place where I found it. Builder left prior to finishing the call and was unable to sign for receipt-vacant/new build home. If symptoms persist, recommend replacing breaker with a different brand breaker with a higher tolerance for example, GE breaker. "KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to beginning with the part installation, the mid-chamber RC was 20 and the FC was 2. I further noted the compressor was running and at high speed. Before installation of parts and disturbing the machine within the installation, additional measurements were taken. I found the left (air discharge side) back wall of the cabinetry surrounding the machine at 107F, measured via thermography. The right wall was 77. The front left roller was 106 and surrounding parts of the machine chassis were within five degrees, or less. After removal of the lower front kickplate, I was able to accurately measure the compressor at 137 with a discharge temperature at a staggering 161. The condenser discharge side was extremely high, at 109. Immediately after pulling the machine forward, I found the back wall (gypsum) and surrounding wood cabinetry agreed with the prior readings from the front of the machine. Within five minutes of machine removal from the installation and allowing full airflow through the system, the high side discharge air port declined to 95 and the rest of the system stabilized to acceptable temperatures. Testing the thermistors via resistance at the control, I found the RC at 7.49 ohms and FC at 16.46. This agreed with the FC readings, but not the RC. Further inspection of the thermistor revealed via thermography that it was within less than one degree of the existence measured. I noted the back wall of the FC, viewed between the evaporator cover and water valve cover, at 48F, which is far too high for the interior of the RC and the cause of the over-cooling. I suspect this uniform, excessive back RC wall heat as the cause of the over-cooling, due to air mixing, as the thermistor resides within the front of the evaporator cover and was at the resistance measured temperature. I further suspect the extreme heat that was not able to be ejected via the circulation system was causing the back wall temperature due to heat soak. I installed the air dividers and ensured they were blocking airflow at the back of the machine. I installed the replacement door gasket and tested. No leaks observed during service."

"WFW5605MC1 Arrived to inspect failure to spin out completely. The customer advised that for about the last month, the machine would fail to completely spin the garments and they would find most loads still extremely wet, requiring the use of the drain and spin function. Testing the machine, I did see some difficulty in getting it into full speed spin and elected to replace the control. After control replacement, the issue became evident when the machine would reach full speed due to noise from the bearings. The verbal bearing noise was significantly louder than expected and during the testing, a squeal that varied in intensity and amplitude occurred. Office to order drum assembly. Arrived onsite for oven that is having issues with panel. I arrived onsite and immediately saw the wifi connection having a issue. There was a exclamation point on the wifi connection indicating there is trouble connecting. The oven has not received any updates since the issue occurred. I walked through the wifi team and got him connected. The wifi team member said he is going to issue a forced update. Customer will let us know if the issue persists. I tested the oven on pre heat and it got to 350. I could not replicate the issues shown however it leads me to believe there is a wifi issue present. Noparts installed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not drying. Customer runs the unit and found a lot of moisture inside the unit after a cycle. I ran the unit and found it is heating. Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code 10-5 ( diverter motor leak) I attempted to run a diagnostic cycle however the unit would not run cycle and display this error code. I gained access to the underside of the machine and observed no leaks. I checked the condition of the wiring harness from the control to the diverter. Wiring all is checking good. I measured the voltage being sent to the motor and did not measure voltage. I replaced the control and the pump and motor due to off reading on the diverter motor. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop burners are too hot and the control panel gets very hot while in use. I advised the customer that the oven vent is directly under the control panel and with that there is nothing I can do to prevent the panel from getting hot. I found the customer had both oven racks completely covered with foil and made recommendations on foil use. I tested the cooktop burners and found the low setting on all of the burners was too high. I adjusted the burner flames to the customers liking. No other repairs needed at this time as the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. Upon arrival customer stated whenever they start a cycle, unit will sound like its gonna start but when they return 10 minutes later unit has no water and flashing clean light and beeping. Tested unit, found F7E2 variable speed motor failure error stored. Ran a diagnostic, unit started filling with water but when the wash motor is supposed to engage, unit drained immediately and started flashing the F7E2 error code. Wash motor is faulty. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with F6E1 error code. Upon arrival I put the unit into diagnostics and noticed the panel to not have lights. The display worked which showed F6E1 however no cycle was wanting to start. I replaced the panel control and the unit is now operating as designed. Polarity on the machine was correct. I saw the customers ro system was hooked up with the dishwasher. I advised the customer to have the ro system hooked to the pea trap so the unit won't backfill and cause excessive drain. MED4500MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer making loud sounds. Upon arrival found dryer sounded the way it's designed but it was empty. Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival test polarity supply and is correct. Ran vent test and test results as poor. Found vent hose is crushed. Disassembled rear panel to inspect heating circuit. Found high limit cut off at element is OL. Replaced hi limit thermostat 279816. Also found L1 at terminal block is half way in threaded and secured. However neutral is also unthreaded and cannot be secure. The neutral wire from supply cord is corroded and becoming brittle. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise and not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I found that water from the ice maker fill chute had over spilled and made its way onto the evaporator fan. The fan blades were coming in contact with the ice and causing that noise. I installed a piece of tubing to make sure the water would be directed into the ice maker without spilling. I tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and no longer leaking. No leaks observed at the end of service. Job completed"

"WVU37UC0FS1 Arrived to inspect noise. The sound on medium and high settings was reminiscent of a hive of bees and was steady throughout the use of the higher speed settings. Inspection revealed the installer had deformed the metal top of the vent assembly, where the damper is fitted. The installer had erroneously added sealing tape to the area and as air would leak through this area, it would vibrate the excess tape like an instrument reed, creating the tone.I was able to reform the metal in the affected area and then apply tape as a barrier in the area, as well. The issue was fully resolved and the blower operated at the normal sound pressures, as expected."

"On arrival verified complaint of not making ice, Temp check shows FC is 2 degrees and RC is 38. On inspection found ice maker level arm is incorrectly positioned preventing ice harvest. Replaced ice maker, confirmed no ice in fill tube or valve weeping. Did hear evap fan is a bit loud. Per previous diag replacing evap fan. Checked thermistor in ice water with temp probe in the water to confirm temp. At 42 degrees it is showing 6.6kohms thermistor is good. Installed sound dampening material to reduce noise from evap fan rattling the evap cover. Unit is now functioning correctly. Job complete installed 2x w11113654 dampening pad, w11700250 ice maker, and wp2315549 fan motor, ; ordrng 2 W11113654 (SS replenishment)s"

"WFE515S0JS4 Arrived to inspect broken cooktop. I found a semi-centrally located fracture pattern, over the left front burner. The pattern radiated outward, but not from a single point. The ceramic, when wiped had an odd feel of movement to it and the was not a discernible central impact point.Technician Derek, file# 7740086953. I advised of my findings and provided images. The cooktop assembly, W11178791, was authorized and office to order and contact the customer to arrange return service. Arrived on site for washer having a whole in it. Found a hole in agitator which will tear clothes. Replaced agitator. Recalibrated and verified operation. Call complete. W11550891

"Arrived on site to test unit for strong gas smell and not keeping temp. Upon arrival customer stated when unit ignites the gas smell is really strong, lingers when cooking. Also unit does not keep proper temp. Tested unit, found air shutter on the burner tube is open too much causing unburned gas to enter into the atmosphere. Adjusted air shutter to 10% open, tested unit, gas smell is still present. Noticed cooktop burners are starting to sound like blow torches indicating an issue with the regulator. Replaced regulator (W11590292) and tested unit, on ignition there is a gas smell present. After two minutes the smell has dissipated from the unit and no smell is present. Ran a bake cycle, unit preheated to 400?, dropped to 330? before reigniting and heating back up to 370?. Unit than cycled between 330? to 370?. Informed customer that a slight gas smell will always be present when the unit is in use, recommend running the vent hood simultaneously with the range to vent out unburned gas. Customer is happy with the improvement. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leaks detected, job complete."

MVW6500MW0 Arrived on site for a washer not spinning out all water from clothes per client. Upon arrival seen clients videos of the issues with not spinning. Further inspection found water values had lower ohms then new water valves replaced part#11614515 . I looked up under machine removed shield and inspection gearcase for any oil leaks machine looked good underneath. I balanced and calibrated washer not sure if last tech calibrated it . I ran a full quick cycle test with towels stayed until end of cycle . Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.
