Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not closing properly. Upon further inspection I checked the gasket to make sure it was making a proper seal. Per the manufacturer, I removed and replaced the main control, bake & broil elements and removed the ground wire from the terminal block and performed a burnout on the unit in Bake mode at 500 degrees. Once the unit reached preheat temp, I stopped the burnout and reconnected the ground wire and performed a normal cycle on Bale at 500 and monitored the unit until it reached preheat setting of 500. I pushed down on the tub assembly and found the tub bouncing back up and moving to the right side indicating the suspension rods are worn. I tilted the unit back and found the black dust all under the unit (photo). When I went to remove the rotor bolt, I found the rotor wiggling on the gearcase spindle and the bolt loose. I removed the rotor to find the rotor, stator, clutch and slider are all,badly worn and rust on the gearcase spindle (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and will have to order parts. Once I placed the unit back down, I was able to remove the agitator to be sure the repair was going to be able to be completed. I was unable to test due to the issues with the badly worn parts. I am ordering the stator and clutch and will return with all prescreened parts. Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking mid cycle. Upon closer inspection customer stated unit only leaked when using clean washer cycle and has received error SD before. Ran diagnostic cycle found no signs of leak. Filled unit with water to door and called for drain. Unit ran no issue. Filled water to door a second time to force drain even more water. Unable to replicate issue. Informed customer to stay away from pods due to the excessive suds error we were receiving and no signs of any other cause to the leak. No leaks present at this time. "Arrived on site for unit not starting a cycle. Tested unit and monitored customer use. Found incorrect door closing procedure. Notified customer that on this model, a firm close from center is needed to actuate the door switches and began a cooking cycle. Customer did as instructed and unit is functioning as designed. All components are functioning and heating. Customer also made note that when cooking items with high moisture content, the touchpad will be temporary disabled. Notified customer to have a dry microfiber cloth on hand to wipe down screen in this event to resume normal functionality. Also recommended a steam cover to reduce this error. Disconnected ground wire and preheated Oven to 400? unit heated with no issue. Reconnected ground wire and he did unit again and ask customer to leave on for 30 minutes. Customer will then try unit under normal operation. If symptoms persist, recommend replacing breaker with a different brand breaker with a higher tolerance for example, GE breaker. If symptoms continue recommend reaching out to whirlpool customer service."

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Used bubble solution multiple times on any and all possible leak points with no signs of any leaks. Customer stated fire department was out for a gas leak from water heater and stated the range is putting out 5% of gas thats not being burnt while in use. Advised customer there is no way to tell how much residual gas is being released. Customer has been using unit for 6 months with no issues and was just wanting a follow up per fire department recommendations. Advised customer unit will release residual gas but is normal part of operation and unit is working as designed. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not igniting correctly some times. Test unit and found bottom drawer was full with cooking sheets touching the igniter at the bottom not allowing the igniter to ignite correctly. Removed cooking sheets test unit and unit igniting on the first try. Pre heated oven and then turned it off. Turned the oven back on and oven ignited on the first time again job complete.
