"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the RH RC door had a large damaged area in the inner, lower corner of the gasket. The lower tab was also missing, allowing excessive airflow to constantly travel into the unit. The chassis was set up squarely and I corrected. The FC door was binding with the upper FC shelf and after applying MFG lubricant to the slide areas, the issue was resolved. I set the unit to standard defrost, vs the ADC.version. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit showing error code F6E8-lost communication, I followed the tech sheet and removed and replaced the main control (appliance manager) and tested. Before I could test the unit, the error code appeared on the display. I removed and replaced the control panel (UI) and programmed the unit and before I could test, the error code appeared again. I tested the harness from the UI to appliance manager and it was good. I tested the fuse and found it bad. Using a fuse from my van stock, I replaced the fuse and placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I found the interior bulb was not on and found it burnt out. When I placed the unit back in its space, I retested and the unit showed open/close door error on the display. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer making grinding sound when running. Ran unit and didn't hear any noise on an empty load. Removed cage and checked splutch and found a large amount of plastic powder, and rounded teeth on the sliding insert. Cam does not appear to be making full contact, or is slipping, causing teeth to grind and make noise. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with rust in the bottom of the tub. Upon further inspection, I found the heating element with rust all around it and the unit is in a new build home. I removed and replaced the element and when I tested the unit, I found the tub is leaking water from the back top left corner (photo). I contacted the builder to advise that I would be ordering a new tub and it could take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive. Also advised that the water supply was turned off and the unit was left unplugged for safety. I attempted to contact the owner and left a voice message advising of my findings and the time it will take to receive a new tub. Also advised not to use the unit. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not turn on. Upon inspection I found good power and polarity at the wall. I Visually inspected the control and found no signs of burn outs on the board. I did notice that the led light on the board was flashing meaning that the board was good. I replace the the console and found that there was a communication error for the old console store. I tested the unit and found the the unit shut off a the point where the drain pump would turn on. I tested the pump and found that it was showing 25 ohms but it should be at 12-15 ohms. "WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC at 10?F and the ice maker housing at 14?. Testing the ice maker thermistor revealed it initially at 8.2 ohms, misreading the ice maker housing temperature by over 20?. I removed the ice maker and tested the thermistor and after just a few minutes, the measured thermistor resistance matched the thermistor temperature, ruling out the thermistor as the issue. Testing the heater leads, I found 40.3 VAC with the doors closed and the unit not calling to harvest ice. The same test performed in a Low Z setting, showed 1.87 VAC. Thermographic testing revealed no appreciable heating of the ice maker mold after five minutes and I ruled out the measured bleed voltage in the heater (relay driven) circuit. I did note, back probing the heater plug showed the errant voltage disappearing when the heater was plugged in, denoting consumption of the current, but un-measurable with the type of meter I had at the time. Reinstalling the ice maker and retesting the thermistor revealed readings that more closely matched suspected temperatures, as exact readings could not be determined due to the installation. I suspect there was an issue with the wiring connectors for the thermistor. I discussed my findings with the customer and advised that an ice maker and possibly main control will be required, if the issue persists. No leaks observed using service."

Arrived on site for cooktop not igniting. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the interior of the cook top and found the switch harness was cut and shorted. I spoke to the customer about replacing the harness. The customer just wanted the harness spliced back together. I repaired the harness. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Arrived on site washer making noise. On inspection found that the pulley cover was touching the pulley. Removed the pulley cover in the noise was not there. The suspension was shoot and the tub with clothes in it was touching the ground. Replaced the suspension and tested unit. The noise is gone.

Arrived onsite for water not dispensing. On inspect ion found that the fill valve had very little pressure on the refrigerator side. The inlet pressure was fine. Advised that the issue cannot be resolved due to cabinet harness failure and an additional factor interrupting control data sequencing likely involving non serviceable elements. Arrived onsite for a dryer with long dry times. Upon inspection I found that the unit had poor airflow but the unit heated. Upon further inspection I found an abnormal amount of lint buildup in the exhaust tub and the lint trap housing for a new unit I the inspected the vent tube and found more lint the as well as in the house vent tub as well i clean it out as well as I could a advised the customer to hav a vent cleaning company come out to have the vent cleaned/checked. I tested the unit and found that it had better airflow. Job complete

Inspected suspension and it looks to be functioning correctly. I leveled the pedal stool, and advised customer to keep an ion it to make sure it does not come out of level. Arrived onsite for a washer making a hissing and grinding noise intermittently. The customer had a full load in the unit when I arrived. I watched the unit complete the cycle and work as designed. I inspected the lower part of the machine and found the gearcase and slider in good shape. I found a metal coat hanger under the rotor and I suspect this could have been making the noise when there was a heavier load in the machine. I ran a calibration cycle and a service cycle. All test past. I showed the customer that there is a very slow water drip coming out of the valve stem on the hot water wall valve and advised to get it changed. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with water leaking causing ice build up and a door not aligned. I found the actual customers request is water is leaking under the deli drawer causing some ice build up and the deli harness retainer bracket keeps popping off the door. I found the harness in good condition and explained to the customer that I suspect it had been getting ice build up causing it to bind when the door was opened and popping the retainer bracket off. I found the bracket in good condition and reinstalled it. The bracket would not just pop back off. I found the drip pan straight but iced over not allowing it to drain. I found the drain tube restricted with debris causing the whole issue. I cleared the ice and the drip tube. I removed the drain tube and cleaned out the restriction. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
