"Arrived to perform Heater Bushing W11537778?- SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304. I removed and replaced the copper colored bushing equipped heating element and then entered service test mode. Errors F8E2, F10E1 and F10E2 were stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed all testing and I suspect the codes were from installation and they did not return. All testing was done in accordance with the SP W11540964. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the washer out away from the f it had walked due to an out of balance load. I placed the unit back even with the dryer and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I inspected the bellow drain and it is clear and the unit drained the water from the tub as designed. I found the customer is possibly using too much detergent is using pods and Oxy powder together which will cause too many suds and the unit will shut down if it detects too many suds. I contacted the owner and advised of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Arrived onsite for washer leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and recorded E48 control not reading latch. Ran test and all seemed to be functioning however diagnostics mode was staggering in step mode. the same error code would appear. Notified customer that an intermittent latch failure could be causing the issue. Power cycled unit and told customer to run a small load. Called customer back in the evening and customer stated unit was now functioning properly. If symptoms persist recommend replacing latch and potentially control.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. On inspection found water by the compressor and all over the floor. When I was looking for the leak water from the top of the unit was hitting in the head. Saw water running down the back of the unit into the tray where the compressor sits. On further inspection found the icemaker fill tube had a hole in it and was spaying the bottom of the cabinet and running down the back of the fridge. Replaced the fill tube and tested unit. No more leaks and the unit is operating as designed now

"WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. Upon arrival, the customer advised me the unit has, since calling in about the ice, lost its ability to keep items frozen within the FC. FC temperature measured at 25?F and RC was 40? The FC had not been opened for many hours, prior to my arrival. The compressor could be heard running and the front of the condenser was cool (floor/room temp) to the touch. I found the braze joint at the dye drier had failed and was showing signs of long-term leakage. Tapping the system, the static pressure was 19/19. I recovered the system and then corrected the leaking the sealed system. I vacuumed to 210 microns and allowed the unit to sit for an additional 15 min. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a washer that makes a clicking noise and struggles during the spin cycle. The customer stated it makes the clicking noise in agitate also. I found the gearcase with a bad spot in it causing a drag when turning the basket by hand. I checked the lower unit components and found the rotor screw had backed out and there was gear oil everywhere under the machine. I showed the customer. I found all the lower unit parts in good condition except the gearcase.
