Arrived onsite for icemaker not dumping ice. Upon arrival I ran a harvest cycle and found the icemaker tray to turn halfway and then jump. After it jum0ed the icemaker tray returned to normal position indicating the tray will not turn all the way as it's supposed to. I replaced the icemaker and ran a test. The icemaker tray is now turning all the way and filling as designed. No overspray was present at time of service when watching it fill. Freezer was at 7 degrees and RC at 38. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W10873791 ICEMAKER ASSY.

I replaced the pump and motor and ran a test cycle. The unit completed the cycle and the spray arms are now spraying water. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found a small amount of water at the front left side on the floor after the unit was installed. I did find the customer was performing a wash cycle and had a large load on the unit. Customer removed the clothing items and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed and I found no signs of a leak. I tilted the unit back to inspect and found some dry water spots on the inside of the front panel. I found no other evidence of leaks on the unit. I manually tested the fill valve and found it operating/filling properly. Due to not being able to duplicate the issue, I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and fabric softener use (water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be stacked. I slide the unit out of the closet and removed the dryer top panel and found the diagnostics LED not on/flashing. I checked the breaker and power cord and both were good. I tested voltage at the terminal block and got 247V. When I went to test voltage at the main control I found the harness to the J9 connector not plugged in all the way. Reconnected the molex to the control and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"WTW5100HW2 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the machine inoperative and displaying F7E1 and I entered service test mode, finding the F7E1 X2 and F7E6. I cleared for testing and inspection and found no motor rotation in any direction and also within spin mode. As the motor would just hum, I inspected the capacitor, finding that it had come loose and rubbed against the gear case, likely causing early failure. There was no measurable capacitance and after removing and replacing, all symptoms were corrected and I calibrated and tested. The machine resumed all normal functions and no leaks were observed during service."

I took 3 high temp and low temps and found it to be heating well above the set temp. I averaged the three high and low temps and ended up needing to set a 15 degree offset. Unit is heating as designed and the oven preheated within 12 minutes when customer set offset ialso noticed customer was using a metal thermometer inside the unit. Unit is operating as designedat time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

I found the hinges were bent and not set before removing and customer advised the oven door had fallen off. I inspected the hinges and found the spring hinge was bad. I tested the cooktop and found d the front right burner would not turn down to medium or low settings. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the switches and found d the front right burner switch had shorted out. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had another service company repair the unit and they wanted to get the manufacturer to help cover the cost of repairs. Being as this is a Safety Call, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the switches and terminal block. The customer provided receipts from previous companys repairs, which showed the front right burner switch, main harness and power cord were replaced. I found the power cord at the terminal block was not wired properly as the ground was attached to the neutral on the block and not the chassis. I re-wired the power cord and removed the ground strap and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I contacted the Safety Team and spoke to Elimarie and advised of the situation and my findings and repairs. Elimarie advised that the documented notes to Ref#7740022104. I advised the customer of my conversation and provided the reference number along with my company business card. Job completed. No parts installed."

The customer advised the machine had just went through a loss of cooling prior to our return and they could also hear a vibration/rattle noise. Inspection of the evaporator area revealed water from the ice maker fill tube had been trickling down the back wall, in similar fashion to another brands known issue. I was able to insert a flow corrective device into the fill tube and then verified the leaking fill tube issue was fully resolved. Warranty service applied. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

The customer informed me that when then issue happened she observed a full layer of suds in the tub. I ran a test cycle and monitored the unit for any leaks, I did not observed any leaks during my test and all functions are operating as designed. I concluded that the dishwasher experienced an over suds event which caused the water level to rise and flow to the drip pan triggering the float switch. I next gained access to to the rear of the unit and found that the wiring connector to the valve was disconnected. I connected the harness and replaced the dispenser cover. I next addressed the light in the freezer and found that is was operating without issue. I could see that a little condensation was formed near it and froze and sometimes this can cause it to get stuck occasionally. I advised the customer of my findings.
