Ran pressures when equalized and pressures were at 10 psi, high and low. Compressor running at 1.3 amps. Charged system with 240 psi and soaped areas but found no indication of a leak. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Andrew SR#7740169867. Gave tech information, but tech also needed running pressures in a failed state. Tech recommended purging system with nitrogen, pulling vacuum and recharging. Then to revisit as it failed, to recheck test points on sealed system checklist. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect dripping from dispenser. I found that after dispensing water, thee would be a drip after 10 seconds that would run down the front of the machine. I was able to correct the drip via removal of excessive dispenser material, causing water to be retained via surface tension. Inspection of the rest of the machine revealed it was in the early stages of evaporator icing and there was a significant mass of solid ice at the lower left of the air intake at the evaporator. I placed a flow modifier in the ice maker fill tube, the source of the ice being formed at the back wall and subsequently the lower evaporator area and verified the ice maker fill issue resolved. The RC drawers were stiff and I lubricated them, correcting the issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect range causing condensation under knobs. Upon further inspection, I found that the gasket was not connected properly to the frame. I fixed the gasket. I next checked the door hinges and hinges are good. I ran a test to check the blower and the blower is operating as designed. I called tech line to document my findings. The customer needs to keep in mind that it is not recommended to open the door during the cooking process to check on the food. Also it is advised to cover all food and also to not force close the door. The door is designed to soft close. Together following these steps will minimize any moisture escaping from the oven. "WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect non-completion. Service test mode had F3E1, F1E1 and F8E1 stored and I cleared for testing. I found all functions present in manual mode, but when the basket went to spin, it would not move after engagement and timed out. I removed the shifter and found excessive play within the circuit board, preventing the position sensing arm from actuating the switch. I was able to secure the board and test. The machine resumed all normal functions and I calibrated and then retested within automatic and manual modes. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced HMI (W11675700) and encoder (W11675700), tested unit, unit entered diagnostics started to fill and drain. When unit began agitating, LEDs started flashing and relays clicking, agitation stopped and all LEDs illuminated then cycle was shut down. Contacted SW for assistance, capacitor is reading within range. Motor windings are reading 4.4 ohms. Replaced actuator (W11481722) from job 428580 and motor (W11026785) from job 427543, entered diagnostics and ran a cycle, unit filled and drained and agitated four times before flashing all LEDs and shutting down the cycle once again. Per service thread will need to order all parts pertaining to the issue at hand. Also recommend calling techline upon arrival on return visit. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the wiring to the drain pump is damaged. I checked the condition of the drain pump and I measured 20ohms and no shorts. I replaced the wiring harness and tested the unit however the washer then displayed F3E2 (pressure fault) I replaced the control due to this issue. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that a large amount of water was coming from the back of the unit at the end of the cycle. They advised the amount of water would soak up four beach towels. I found the unit to be stacked in a tight closet. Pulled the stacked washer & dryer out enough to be able to get to the back of the units and found that there is no dryer vent tube (photos). I placed the washer into diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the drain pump came on, I found water backing up in the stand pipe (drain pipe) and overflowing onto the floor (photo). I advised the maintenance staff of my findings and moved the units back enough to be able to get into the room at the maintenance request. "WET4027HW2 Arrived for part install. I entered service test mode and found F7E1 as the only stored error code and clued for further testing. I found the belt had burnt through the cover and the cam assembly had gotten hot and melted the plastic together. With extreme difficulty, I was able to remove the pulley and cam assembly as a unit and found no signs of damage to the gear case specific parts. Installation of the replacement cam, belt and cover corrected all issues and I calibrated and tested. All normal operations resumed and there were no leaks detected during service."

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect failure to complete cycle. I found the machine with water standing full in the tub. Service test mode showed multiple instances of F9E1 and a single F0E3 and I cleared for testing. I found the harness section for the drain pump had failed at the main harness and I was able to fully and permanently correct the issue. During initial repair testing I found additional harness issues with the drain pump and corrected. At the point of agitation, the machine would not disengage the basket and I found the recently replaced cam assembly had failed. I removed and replaced and found no excessive endplay of the gear case or any other apparent causes of the failure. After recalibration and full testing, all functions resumed normal operation. I discussed load the and amounts with the customer, but found they were not doing anything obvious to cause issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not making consistent ice. On arrival spoke with the customer who clarified that the issue wasn't just some ice, but compartments had both warmed up and some food had spoiled. Customer attempted to dispense some ice and had water also run out from the ice door due to melted ice. The icemaker is showing no error codes currently, and ice bin is full. I did examine the icemaker assembly and found the rear gasket had condensation dripping down back wall, so I corrected the positioning of the icemaker adapter and gasket. Since breaker has been reset on the last visit, the unit had gone back to working properly with no issues. Issue appears to be resolved, but icemaker related issue was likely due to low cooling. Customer advised to monitor temps and follow up if cooling decreases. No parts needed since unit has returned to proper function, and if customer has further issues a low cool diagnosis should be performed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water and ice not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water dispensed. I checked the ice bin and found d it full of ice but it was c,impeded together. When I removed the bin from the left FC door ice maker housing, I found a large block of ice at the bin exit and ice inside the ice chute (photos). I tested the ice door and found it not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the chute and causing the ice in the bin to sweat and ultimately freezing together. I removed and replaced the ice door and retested and it is sealing properly. I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed but failed to fill with water. I pulled the unit out and tested the valve and got 120V. I removed the filter, which the customer advised they replaced approximately four months ago. I retested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker fill tube and water filled the tray. I advised the customer that they would need a new filter and due to the filter being bad, I inspected the filter housing and found it damaged inside. I removed and replaced the housing and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for oven combo showing unplug message constantly. Customer stated he had the oven hooked up on wifi and had the breaker off for 2 weeks now. I flipped the breaker on and confirmed the panel shows the unplug message constantly and will not function. The way the oven combo is set up is requiring a two man as if I were to pull it alone the oven will drop before getting to my dolly. The office will need to reschedule when we can get a two man out.
