"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Removed back panel and inspect all wiring. Found no broken or pinched wires, no loose connections. Bonding strap between neutral and ground has been removed. Started a bake cycle, bake cycle engaged but when relay clicked to switch to broil, breaker tripped. Per service pointer (W11490386), replaced bake element (W11182108), broil element (W10856603) and control (W11594188). Removed ground strap and started a burn off cycle. Engaged bake cycle at 500? for 30 minutes. After time elapsed, secured ground strap back to chassis and started another bake cycle at 500?, breaker did not trip. Burn off was successful. Advised customer to continue running bake cycle for an extra 90 minutes to ensure no future issues. Also advised if breaker does trip again to get it replaced. If breaker still trips after breaker was replaced, contact WP customer service for next steps. Contacted techline to document SR#7740180965. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing water. Upon arrival customer stated dispenser would not dispense water and FC would make really loud noises. Tested unit, water is dispensing. Ran a harvest cycle on the ice maker and found that it is leaking from the fill funnel causing ice to build up on the evaporator fan shroud causing noise and causing proper airflow to be interrupted. When unit is not getting proper airflow to the RC, cold air settles and freezes the reservoir causing no water to dispense. Installed fill tube extension (WP2174755) from truck stock and sealed around where the fill tube funnel and liner meet. Leak has been eliminated and unit should restore to proper function. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. As well as main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed Spoke to TL 7740173337 and advised customer if problem persists replace breaker. If problem still persists call customer service. job complete replaced bake element wp9755770 and broil element w10856603 main w11548749"

"KRMF536RPS00 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. Temperatures of the machine were FC -3 and RC 36. There were no ice maker error codes within test 56. I found the ice maker fill tube heater was not placed as it should have been, showing large gapping and loss of thermal transfer to the fill tube nozzle and likely resulting in freezing. There was no ice/water within the mold and the ice maker was fully operational. I corrected the fill tube heater issue and verified water filled to the expected level within the mold. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for washarm not spraying. Upon arrival customer stated the washarm came off and she didn't know where it went. The washarm was not broken so I clipped in place and ran a test cycle. The unit completed the cycle and the washarm is working as designed. I advised the customer to watch for tall dishes and if they are to put some in to use the leveling on the rack to raise it up. When testing the unit I found the numbers to be not showing correctly as if the leds are going out. Will need to order a housing ui to solve issue. "Arrived on site to inspect leaking washer. Upon further inspection, I found evidence of a leak under the overfill tub. I checked the pressure sensor and there are no issue with the switch. I checked all the hoses and water connections and all are without issue.i tested the suspension, and found that it is weak ams most likely cause the washer to go out of balance and spill water out of the tub. I also found evidence of the tub scraping the top by being out of balance. I am ordering the suspension W11174583 tub ring W10882109 and balance ring W11187713. "Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not make ice and wont dispense water. Confirmed issues, valve is energizing but no water is coming through it. Tried to cycle ice maker, would not harvest. Replaced ice maker (W11700250) and cycled, unit cycled but when calling for water valve energized but once again no water entered. Removed filter, no change. Replaced valve (W11645245) and tested unit, water is now dispensing. Cycled ice maker, ice maker went through a harvest and filled with adequate amount of water. Unit is now running as designed. Advised customer that it will take about 24-48 hours for ice production to start, once production starts it will take about 72 hours to fill the bin. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for door issues. Upon arrival customer presented issue, when pulling the door on the left side, door becomes cockeyed and will not slide open and closed easily. Advised customer that is part of the design, there is an empty space on the back of the rail in case the wheel skips on the rail or if the door is accidentally opened cockeyed. When pushed back in the door will go back to its original location. Per manufactures recommendation, advised to only open the FC door in the middle of the handle, do not open from left or right side. Customer also had a concern that the dispenser is not dispensing water. Bled the water lines from any air, dispenser is now dispensing water properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit with long boil times. Customer ran tests and stated that it takes 15-20 minutes to boil water. Customer expectations are that the water should boil in just a few minutes. Called tech line and spoke to Nate SR#7740175656. There are no set times for water to boil as there are to many variables. Tech did indicate that pan size versus cooking surface area will affect cook times. Used two different pan sizes and burners with a letter of water each. The shallow pan boiled at 2min 45 seconds. The other on a smaller surface burner took 8 minutes. All burners seem to be functioning other than the left front displaying F0EC - NTC error. Tech stated the coil may be replaced. Also found cooktop glass warped. Unit was just installed. Customer stated that they will talk to builder about replacing unit. Office to contact customer to see if unit was replaced or if service is needed.
