"Arrived on site to follow up on stacked washer with some leaking and water filling tub when not in use. Confirmed seeping valve was allowing water to enter when unit was off, unit also had a bellow with clogged drains, so when door opens water runs out the front. Customer also mentioned bleach isnt dispensing properly and usually leaving some bleach. I replaced both the inlet valve and the dispenser to resolve the leak and dispe single issues. Cleaned out the drain holes on the bellow and the mating surface between door and bellow. Tested unit and verified all working as designed. Parts used - W10599356, W10575334. No water leaks found. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had ice building in FC. Examined unit and found gapping in the door gasket to the liner on the top right corner of the door. Removed ice and used a heat gun to mold and form the gasket to the liner. Verified this would hold and did not move. I added some foam in the gasket to help it hold shape, and advised the customer they can remove it after a few days. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for oven not igniting. I inspected the glow coil and found it to be cracked leading to no ignition. I replaced the glow coil and unit is now igniting and heating as designed. No gas leaks are present. Call complete. Installed W11590294 IGNTR-OVEN.

Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher with middle rack right track issues. Examined unit and found the adjuator clip was bowed out due to an imperfection/lump on the adjustor. Shaved down the lump of plastic and heated the adjuator clip to remove the bow in it. Reassembled and verified proper operation. No parts needed.

Arrived on-site for washer Unlevel. Verified the issue. Found that the floor isn't level and that the front left leg wasn't touching the floor. Also found something the size of a pencil stuck to one of the legs. The springs are good and theunit is spinning as it should. I calibrated it. Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Upon arrival I couldn't spot any water trails and inspected the gasket to be good. I ran three test cycles and couldn't recreate the leak. Customer stated lowes installers came out and cleaned the underneath of the unit. I informed customer to get a video of when a leak does occur as it hasn't been used for three weeks. I left the kick plate off the unit so customer can get a video. No leaks during time of service and couldn't recreate a leak. Call complete. No parts installed.

Upon arrival customer stated she ran a cleaning cycle, at the end she noticed water was still present in the tub so she started a drain and spin cycle. When the cycle began, F9E1 error code appeared and door wouldnt unlock. Tested unit, found F9E1 not draining error code stored. Engaged drain pump, pump engaged but did not push any water out of the tub. Inspected drain pump, found filter is clogged with dog hair. Removed all restrictions and tested, drain pump now removes water properly. Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining. I found the drain to kick on when plugging the unit in but no water inside the tub. I took off the water pressure line and powered the unit on. Unit still drains with the pressure line disconnected and even after canceling the drain kicks back on. The water pressure sensor on the control has failed and needs a control replacement. Per service pointer W11766193 the repair is covered. I replaced the control and unit is now functioning as designed and only draining when called for. No leaks present. Call complete. Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped in the middle of a cycle and had water left in the washer. She advised that she tried to drain the unit but found that the lid would not lock in order to drain. I did advise the customer that the unit will not start a cycle and lock the lid until the water is drained. I checked underneath and found the wire harness broken at the drain pump clip. I spliced the wires together for now and was able to get the unit to drain. While underneath I found the cam and belt stripped. I am ordering the wire harness and belt for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still making abnormal sounds during operation and won't finish the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what was going on and it sounded like the unit would make a grinding noise for a few seconds and then go away and that her final spin at one minute would last multiple minutes before she would have to cancel the cycle. She did say that this issue is intermittent and does not happen on every cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) error code again. I spoke to GC and was advised that the issue would most likely be with the user interface. I replaced the user interface and had the customer run a quick wash cycle. At the end of the cycle, i'm confirmed the customer's complaint again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7741324018. He advised that because this issue is intermittent, the issue would have to be with the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit was working and operating as designed. I had the customer run another load and she advised that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11568984 and W11478526."

"Arrive on-site for a refrigerator that is making aloud rattling noise in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the noise generally happens and if he opens the door, the noise will sometimes stop. He also stated that the noise doesn't happen all the time. I opened up the freezer section and did hear an audible.Noise coming from the evaporator fan. I pushed in on the back cover and found the noise present and stop when I would push in and take my hand off. I took off the bat cover and touched the bottom of evaporator fan when it was in use. I found the noise stop. I went ahead and replaced the evaporator fan and blade and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door flying open. Upon further inspection, I tested the door and found that when it's opened at approximately four inches wide, the door will then continue to open all the way. I pulled the unit out and found the hinge springs at the furthest mount and electeicpa tape on the friction pads. Since there have been several service calls for this same issue of the door falling open, I contacted techline and spoke to Jeremy and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and my findings today. Jeremy advised that the pads and springs should be replaced and explain to the customer that the friction pads are designed to keep the door open no more than 4 inches from the tub, at which point, they can give and the door will fall open. Jeremy provided SR#7741322714. I removed and replaced the spring and pad that were prescreened for today and 1 spring and 1 pad from van stock and tested operations. The door is holding open at approximately four inches as designed (photo). I recommended the customer contact Whirlpool and provide the SR number if the door still does not operate to their satisfaction. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is unlevel and has damage done to it. Inspected unit and work area. Upon visual inspection, I found no damage done to the refrigerator. The customer advised that the doors and door handles don't seem to match up properly. I found the doors matching properly, but the handles not matching. I asked the customer if she would likely to adjust the handles and she advised that and she still has the same issue with the rollers and that she does not want to have a refrigerator that she has to adjust the feet when she wants to pull the unit out. I went to add and pulled the feet up so as to allow the unit to sit on the rollers. I found the unit began to continue for half a mile.Be uneven on the doors indicating a flooring issue. I advised the customer that putting down the feet well allowed the refrigerator to level itself out. The customer contacted Home Depot, whom she bought it from, and I spoke to one of their representatives. She advised that she worked in the claims department with home depot, and that the customer had put in their complaint within 48 hours of delivery and would be exchanging the unit. She advised that she would work with the customer to find a refrigerator that better suited the customer's needs. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jonathan SR# 7741326818. He advised that based on the photo sent over to him and the information provided, there would be I thing we could do to satisfy the customers' wishes for adjustable rollers. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised another service company has serviced the unit several times and have replaced all 'moving' parts and the unit continues to not cool. Upon arrival, I could hear the unit making a gurgling noise at the back of the unit. I gained access to the RC evaporator and found ice across the top of the evaporator and no frost pattern amongst the coils and I could hear the gurgling noise even louder with the RC evaporator exposed. When removing the RC evap cover, I found some of the styrofoam insulation was broken and creating an air gap and the broken styrofoam was collecting in the evap drain pan. I removed the debris and then placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the cooling system in test 40. At this point I gained access to the FC evaporator and found very little frost/ice on the evaporator and no frost pattern on the coils. I didn't hear the gurgling noise while testing, but it started again once the test was completed. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and found it hot to touch. Also found rust on the tubing of the condenser where it rests in the evaporating pan. I tested all fans in diagnostics and they're all functioning properly. I found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair, along with the door gasket, RC evap cover and control kit. I am ordering the right RC door gasket, condenser coils, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION FOR PARTS-CONTROL KIT, DOOR GASKET, RC EVAP COVER. I recommended the customer unplug the unit until repairs are made to prevent any further damage to the unit. No water leaks observed during service; ordrng 1 W11548259 (Condenser) and 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket) and 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION OF PARTS) and 1 CNOTE (3 HOUR JOB)"

Suspect door was not sealing due to plastic bag breaking the door seal. All working normal. Call complete. No parts."

Arrived on site for dryer door being hard to open. Found strike in place. Found catch was to strong. Removed and made repair to have latch more open. Tested and verified operation. Call complete

Arrived onsite for unit unbalanced upon arrival customer showed me videos of the load not wet upon further inspection found suspension is loose causing unbalanced loads replaced suspension W11510461 ran test cycles unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. Customer had power outage and hnit never came back on. Found freezer did not have any fans or compressor. Lights on control just flashes in sequence. Attempted to hold button down to turn cooling on/off but no change. Reset at plug. Attempted again but unit will not kick on. Lights flashing in sequence. Entered diagnostics and found no codes. Test mode confirmed compressor and fans work. Replaced main control. Verified operarion. Call complete.

Arrived on site for unit having gas smell. Found possible air gap between burner heads. Replaced burner heads and tested no present of gas smell detected at this time. Monitored unit for 15 minutes checked bake and broil. Looked behind unit at shut but again no signs of gas leak at this time. Customer will monitor if called back out send tech with gas detector

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed wp3196548 thermal fuse. On arrival installed part and tested oven. Found it working as designed call complete

Arrived on site tilt refrigerator leaking. On arrival verified issue amd found drain line clogged(photos in sd). Cleared line and removed ice. Found leak no longer present. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no operation. I confirmed unit was getting correct voltage. I checked the control and found the control to be getting voltage but not sending out voltage. I replaced the control and unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks. Call complete. Installed W11683481 cntrl elec.

"Arrived on site foot range turning off during bake preheat. On arrival found 249 l1&2, 123 l1n & 123 l2n, and 0 gn. Replaced w11696067 control, w11182108 bake element, and w10856603 broil element. Tested unit with ground removed to 500 and then reattached unit amd tested to 500. Found oven working as designed without tripping breaker. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining. I found the unit to drain with the pressure line off and canceling the drain. Drain will kick back on after canceling indicating the water pressure sensor on the control has failed. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and no leaks are present. Call complete. Installed W11607637 CONTROL.

"Arrived on site for washer, not completing cycles on arrival.Customers stated that unit would not always go past the wash cycle and sometimes it would not go past the rinse cycle either after further inspection I found the unit had f8e1 in diagnostics . I found the cold side of Wpw10683603 valve had failed and I replaced valve. Tested unit and found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for dryer not tumbling. I confirmed dryer was not tumbling and found the belt snapped. When using the repair kit the belt supplied was incorrect and found out the bearing to hold the belt on the motor snapped. Will need to order the correct belt and replace the motor. Arrived on site for walloven microwave combo showing f8e0 on display when oven was used. On arrival verified voltage and hardwire were correct. Unit had a low cooling fan speed failure due to cooling fan harness not being fully locked into place. Locked harness together and found oven working as designed. No parts installed call complete

Arrived onsite for washer not draining. I found the drain pump to show continuity from the harness on the control. Customer stated she was able to get the washer to drain but it won't complete cycles and she doesn't hear the door lock. I ran diagnostic test and it completed the test. I checked the latch from the control and found it to show resistance but no continuity. Intermittently the door latch has failed and needs replacement. Ordering W11513248 Latch and RS for 04-15-25. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/15 TUE !

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed new RC left door, crisper drawer. Found icemaker would not jump or cycle. Replaced icemaker to resolve. Arrived on site for unit not drying. Inspected unit checked air flow was good. Heating element not coming on Inspected unit found heating element coil separated. Replaced and tested still not coming on. Checked continuity at heater therm fuse had ol Replaced fuse and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to job completed

"Arrived on site for bin overflowing with ice and melting . Leaking on floor from ice melting . Ran diagnostics, all checked normal. Found resistance on bin thermistor @4.3 K with thermistor buried in ice . Double checked new thermistor and getting correct reading when buried in ice. Installed new thermistor WPW10511923. Reran diagnostics and all checked normal. No other leaks detected at time of service. Job complete"

Arrive downside for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the lower ice maker continuing to run around and around but was not filled with water and would not stop. I went ahead and replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11592795.

Arrived onsite and fouhd leak due to unit overfilling because drain stop in the disposal had not been removed. Cleared drain stop and observed and found nonongoin leaking. All checks good. No parts.

Arrived on site for unit not washing. Upon arrival customer was just finishing up a wash sump and motor are working. Bottom rack dishes are clean but top rack dishes not as clean. Customer drinks tea from coffee cup tee residue left inside cup recommended just wipping of before putting in dishwasher. However spray arm might not be dispensing water properly getting top rack clean. Need to repair missingroller stoper. Customer agreed to wipping tee residue out of cup. Ordering upper spray arm and roller stop clip. When we return to replace roller clips if customer is still having issues with upper rack not clean go ahead and replaced upper spray arm; ordrng 1 WPW10317197 (Upper arm) and 1 WPW10340683 (WPW10340683)

Arrived onsite for no cool and found unit operating with defrost failure. Exposed evaporator and found poor brown wire heater connection. Corrected connection and defrosted coil with steamer. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts.

Arrived onsite for oven cavity light out. Found unit operating with shorted lightly and wiring issue. Used main harness to repair wiring concern at the block. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. W11726955
