Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that she has had this issue almost since she bought the unit. She sometimes can wash the dishes and have it run through but other times she has issues. Drain the unit and found draining extremely slow. Pulled out the unit and found that the drain hose had been connected on the wrong side of the back left foot. This was causing the drain hose to collapsing on itself and not drain properly. Fixed the positioning of the drain hose and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat and tumble but it is taking them 2 to 3 loads to dry clothes. Tested the unit and did confirm the customer complaint. Did find the unit tumbling and heating as designed. Check behind the unit and found that the vent hose was too long and I had several kinks in the vent hose. Did advise the customer that the most likely issue with her unit is airflow issue stemming from their dryer vent hose. Did advise the customer to get a shorter rigid aluminum vent hose to illuminate the number of turns airflow Hass to make before it gets to the wall. Did find the unit slightly leaning forward as well not allowing close rub up against the moisture sensor. Re-adjusted the feet and tested the unit. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

I tested the machine and found the external drain pump making noise and struggling because the hose at the sink was crimped. I corrected the hose and tested. I showed the customer that the unit is not fitting correctly in the cabinet and the machine should be able to be slid out effortlessly but the unit gets stuck at the bottom and this can cause noise if the chassis is in a bind. Pulled vac and let unit set for 30 minutes and never saw gauges move from -30psi. Recharged system with 56g of refrigerant. "Arrived on site to inspect washer making unusual noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the unit got to the spin cycle, it began to make a loud screaming noise and I found the agitator is not moving as designed. I removed the agitator and found the hub stripped, gearcase spindle badly rusted and the agitator base teeth beginning to strip. Customer advised the hub has been replaced three times within one year. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint, my findings, and previous repairs. Bruce recommended replacing the gearcase, cam, belt, hub and agitator base and provided SR#7735851730. I advised the customer of this conversation and am ordering the mentioned parts. I ordered a CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 03/07/23 (JA) as last call of the day. "Arrived on site to diagnose range with several burners not adjusting much when turned down, and rear right being extremely high. Examined unit and was able to make adjustments on 3 burners. The rear right has a missing screw in the burner head / orifice holder, and is not flush / connected. This is causing a large orange flame, and may also have the wrong orifice for LP. Ordering new orifice holder, burner head, screws, and LP conversion kit. Called techline and spoke to Steve and we tested the defrost in diagnostics and found it not working tested voltage at the control and had 120v. While on diagnostics the compressor was still on and will need a new Orion board installed along with the heater and freezer harness and door gasket. "NED4655EW1 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the unit would operate and verified voltages, but it would not heat. All thermal fuses were intact, but the element read open load. I found the element had failed and I removed and replaced. I tested airflow via the temperature/time method and found it took 40 seconds to heat and 1 minute, 25 seconds to cool, which denotes a moderately plugged venting system and it should be cleaned and verified. Put in diagnostics and found stored error code F7E9 locked rotor. Basket would turn by hand but not in cycle. Inspected underneath unit and found components covered in oil and slider broken. Customer thought the unit was covered for 10 yrs but I explained the Maytag 10 warranty was on select parts. Due to multiple issues customer decided not to move forward with any repair and will seek replacement. Job complete .

I homed the pump out and cross referenced it with the new pump that was sent with me and found that both tested within spec. But while do this test I stepped on the new pumps connector. "110.44832202 Arrived to inspect no operation. The unit would attempt to engage a cycle, but it would shortly drain out and go into standby mode. I found the unit overfilled in test mode and I interrupted the test. The air dome was plugged with debris and I removed and cleared. After air dome reinstallation, I found the drain pump very slow and removed debris from the pump and strainer assemblies. All further testing revealed the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"GFW450SSM1WW Arrived to inspect unit pausing during cycles. The customer advised me the issue is intermittent, but more times than not and after the pause, the machine may or may not spin out the garments. Entering service test mode, I found E48 and E42 as the only stored errors. Testing revealed that even though the basket and drum assembly did not have indications of excessive bearing play, the bearings are in the earlier stages of failure and several things could be heard from the bearings while manually testing. The manufacturer had the spin basket/spider/axle assembly WH45X23480 and it would be required, with the rear tub housing, to correct the issue.
