"Arrived on site to inspect the washer going out of balance on medium and large loads. I placed the unit it into diagnostics and observed just one error code for the stuck key. I ran component testing and found that the washer is operating fine with component testing. Upon checking the suspension, it feels ok. I ran an unbalanced detection test, and it ran fine. I notice that the belt is slipping during spin. I gained access to the underside of the underside of the unit and found that the pulley and belt are worn and need to be replaced. The gearcase has no sign of failure. I am ordering the belt W11239857 and returning with the prescreened parts. I asked the customer to take a video of the issue happening just to have more visual confirmation regarding the condition of the suspension. No water leaks observed during service. I am scheduling for 2/5; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

"WRS335SDHM07 Arrived on site for unit making loud noise and continuously running. Upon arrival, customer stated the evaporator fan motor continuously runs and will shut off occasionally. Customer had freezer temperature setting to 4 bars and refrigerator setting to 3 bars. Confirmed fan motor shuts off when doors are open. Customer has no complaints on cooling. Proceeded to switch temperature setting to 1 bar. After a minute and a half, fan motor naturally shut off. Switched temperature settings back to customers preferred setting and fan motor kicked back on. The noise the customer is hearing is coming from the evaporator fan motor. Proceeded to replace WP2315549 evaporator motor. Tested unit and now, unit is functioning as designed. Customer is happy with the results. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."
