"Arrived onsite for oven with no function. Upon arrival I found the display to keep flickering wait. I asked the customer if he had setup wifi. He hadn't set up wifi, I went to do a power reset for 5 minutes to see if he could access the wifi settings to get the updates required for the unit to function correctly. The unit keeps flashing the wait and the console will need to be replaced. The console provided to me was not installed as it is white and not black. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was just installed about a month ago and started leaking after two weeks. I gained access underneath and found water residue on the back wall on the left-hand side. I gained access to the back of the machine and found water dripping from the cold water valve hose. I turned off the water supply and checked the hose. I found that the installers, who installed it, had overtightened the hose in. It caused the rubber gasket to tear. I did advise the customer that he will need a new water hose for the machine. I went ahead and tested the unit using the hot water valve and filled up the basket a quarter full of water. I drained the unit and could not get the unit to leak otherwise. I did advise the customer that everything appeared to be working and operating as designed and once they get the water hose installed, they should be fine. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they have several issues with the machine but that the unit will go off balance on every load and their lid is broken. I did confirm the customers complain and found the lid cracked and broken on the left side near the hinge. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was also shot. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid wont unlock), F5 E2 (lid wont lock), F0 E5 (off balance load), and F0 E3 (overload) error codes. The unit is it outside as the customer has bought a new washing machine. There were no water hook up, so I was unable to test anything else. I am ordering the lid, left hand hinge, latch assembly, and suspension for repair. I found the unit is losing voltage at the switch harness connections and power cord. "Arrived on site to follow up on dryer throwing error F3E3 since customer has had unit. Before doing any other testing I installed a new console. If issue has not been corrected with control and thermistor, then either the harness has a potentially intermittent break, or there's an issue with the software / run logic / communication. After I replaced the console / UI I ran the unit. Customer said it was almost always dead between 5-20 mins into the cycle. I ran for 20 mins and checked and got valid readings from the thermistor. I ran another 10 mins and rechecked and was still getting valid readings from the thermistor. This was on an empty load and timed dry cycle. Unit has exceeded the time that it takes to normally throw that error and should be working as designed. If this error returns the only component left is the wiring harness, which may be stretched or have an intermittent contacting broken wire. I tested the thermistor several times at the control while wiggling the harness and never got an OL reading, so I could not prove or duplicate a broken wire. Parts used - W11413567. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose gas dryer not heating. Ran unit and confirmed that unit tumbles but doesn't heat. Examined igniter element since I saw no glowing when powered on and running. Found that the element for the igniter had broken off, due to being installed sideways, the element directly contacted the bracket for the igniter and ruptured / shorted / broke off. This also in turn ruptured the metal strip in the flame sensor as well. Replaced both parts and tested. Verified unit heating as designed with no other issues. Repair completed. "Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production. Upon arrival customer stated since last Thursday unit has only made about two trays a day. Ice bin only has one layer of ice. Inspected ice maker and found only 4 cubes have been made, water is not filling the rest of the tray. Ran harvest cycle, found ice maker motor is making a noise and harvesting extremely slowly. Replaced ice maker (W11744512) and tested unit, ice maker is now harvesting properly. When filling unit only filled half of the try. Upon arrival, customer states when using SANITIZE WITH OXI cycle the unit completes but never spins and leaves clothes soaking wet. Ran an exact cycle that customer is having issues with with laundry. Unit fills and begins agitation. After about :25 minutes from when cycle starts, at 1:06 mark just sits there doing nothing. At 1:01 mark starts slow agitating. At 1:00 begins a medium agitation. At :59 no movement. At :58 begins medium agitation. At :57 stops agitation. At :56 agitates again. This happens every minute until Minute :50, then mid way through :50 mark display switches to spin led. At :49 begins draining. Observed drains correctly. Unit display then darkens. Machine chimes, drains again for a few seconds then turns itself back on to start up cycle position for about a minute,then powers back off by itself. Contact techline for assistance. Spoke to Jeremy. Cannot get into diagnostics. Tech had me disconnect harness from UI to control and retry diagnostics. Am now able to get into diagnostics and get error codes F6-E3 ACU cannot hear UI, and F2-E1 UI stuck button. Tech recommended replacement of UI. Replace UI. SR# 7739941354. Replaced console W11162441I and control W11429620 at same time. Customer will monitor unit. Job complete"

"WOC54EC0HS04 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the magnetron, inverter and interlock Assy. I installed shims to prevent front vent contact with the cabinet and tested. The machine regained all normal functions and heated as designed."

MGD7230HC3 Arrived to install parts. I removed and replaced the broken igniter and console. I found the retainer for the console cable had been broken and I replaced the main control to correct. The unit began operating as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service.

"KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. Discussion with the customer revealed they had recently replaced the filter, but now there was still no water entering. I verified the filter was plugged and tested. With the filter out, I noted the water flow to be too little and I emoted and replaced the valve. Retesting, I found flow corrected and verified low water levels within service test mode. Customer mode filled to the high water mark on the first flush, but then overflowed to timeout on the production fill. I removed and replaced the circulation pump/level sensor assembly and the machine completed the initial flush and then second fill for production, at the correct levels. The home is a second one and I advised against leaving the machine on when the residence is unoccupied. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall bake/broil elements not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the Bake function works fine, but the Broil function does not. I tested the unit in Bake and it started. Tested in Broil and when I pressed the Broil key, nothing happened except the beep sound when pressing. I tested the Keep Warm function and it too operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. While in diagnostics, I performed a hard reset on the main control and retested the Broil function and the unit is operating as designed. Job complete. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the ice maker fill tube. Upon arrival, I was unable to remove the ice bin and found solid ice at the opening of the ice bin where the ice drops from the bin. Customer advised she didnt know she was supposed to unplug the unit to allow it to defrost before we arrived and there is nothing in previous techs notes to show that she was advised to do such. I advised my customer that I was going to have to reschedule to allow them to unplug the unit and allow it to defrost before I could remove the ice bin. I recommended the customer turn the breaker off and showed them how to do so. Also recommended they place towels at the front of the unit below the ice bin, on the floor and on the first shelf to catch any water that will leak. I asked that turn the power off 24 hours before we return on 10/02/24. Had customer sign waiver of damages when defrosting refrigerator. No repairs made today and scheduled return service for 10/02/24. ; schdld next appmnt for 10/2 WED !"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the unit on and I could hear a faint thumping sound which sounded normal. The customer advised that there is a service light that will turn on while the unit is operating and then the unit will turn off. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I disassembled the unit and found a small amount of lint inside (before photo) and the rollers dirty. I removed and replaced the four rollers, tension pulley roller and belt (dryer repair kit) and cleaned all axles. I cleaned the inside of the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer that the noise theyre hearing is normal operations noise and the unit is in good operating condition. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. I recommended the customer have their vents checked/cleaned. 4392067"

"WSR57R18DM02 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. Discussion with the customer revealed an issue where the machine would stop cooling and set off the temperature alarm. By cycling the breaker, the machine would start cooling again, in most cases and in a few, they had to cycle the breaker a second time. This leads to the control or other electrical items as the source. I attempted to recreate the issue via cycling within service mode and could not recreate it. The sealed system appeared to operate as designed and I could not verify the issue. The customer will contact us if the issue occurs again and I advised if it is not the sealed system, additional charges will apply. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated unit heats but dry times are really long. Takes up to 4 cycles to dry a load of laundry. Tested unit, unit is heating. Ran a vent test, test shows venting is heavily restricted. Removed vent hose and ran a vent test, test shows good airflow. Issue is with the venting. Customer would need to hire a professional vent cleaning service and cease any use of the unit until venting is cleared out to prevent any components failures.
