Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer making a loud noise while tumbling. The customer stated that another service company had previously diagnosed the unit and advised that parts would be ordered, but they never returned to complete the repair. The customer had since received a dryer repair kit directly from Whirlpool.Disassembled the dryer and inspected the drum support system. Installed the Whirlpool-supplied repair kit, which included the necessary wear components to eliminate the noise. Reassembled the unit and performed a complete operational test. Verified the dryer tumbles smoothly and quietly with no abnormal noises. Unit is operating properly as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model 1CWTW4815EW1 that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine just makes a noise and wont do anything else. I found the unit unplugged and plugged in the machine. I found the drain pump kick on initially and cleared the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I checked the pressure hose off the back and found nomkinks or debris inside the hose. Unit will need the control replaced. Unfortunately, we did not receive the part in time for service so the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. Arrived in site for condensation build up for refrigerator. Upon arrival cx showed me where she was finding water, mostly on top of freezer door gasket. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, I evacuated the system then cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier (from van stock-WPW10143759). I pressurized the system and checked it for leaks and found none. I installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Tested the unit and checked for leaks and found no leaks and the unit is operating as designed and beginning to cool. I recommended that the tenant allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured 20 degrees Fc and 59 degrees RC found that the refrigerator was not defrosting. I gained access to the control and tested the heater, sensor and defrost. I found that the sensor was reading very out of spec. I cleared the ice and replaced the defrost sensor and reassembled. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed gearcase, slider, rotor, washplate, and latch. I removed and replaced the gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor, and washplate and calibrated the unit. Tested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. The latch was not needed and the clutch was added during disassembly due to some wear on it from the slider. Arrived on site for dryer WED5720RR0 making noise / has tripped breaker. Customer said it had tripped the breaker several times at random. Noise sounded like an elongated chime, something from the console. I found the ground and neutral wired together which may be the cause of the tripping breaker. I adjusted the wiring to resolve. I found an F2E1 code as well, which may be causing the noise. Installed new console, W11752175. Tested unit and found good voltage and polarity, no voltage drops, no noise and no issues. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to test unit KCGS356ESS06 for gas smell. Upon arrival customer stated there is a strong gas smell in the cabinet adjacent to the cabinet under the cooktop. Found shutoff valve located in the adjacent lower cabinet. Used leak detector and located leak near the shutoff valve fitting, with all other fittings showing no leaks. Advised customer to contact builder or gas company to resolve issue on the house side of the gas line, confirming no leaks located at the unit itself. Unit is running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRX986SIHZ00 that is not making ice in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the icemaker initially was slowing down, but then started making slushy ice, and then quit altogether. I tested temperatures in the freezer and ice box. I found the icebox at 13 degrees and the freezer at 9 degrees. I found no defrost issue or signs of any sealed system issues. I did find the condenser clogged with lint buildup up and cleared it. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass expect when it came to icemaker error codes. I found it reading an E2 (motor lost poaition), indicating a failed ice maker. I replaced the ice maker W11658802 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered. Due to the rotor bolt being the incorrect bolt from previous repair, I installed a new bolt and attempted to calibrate the unit but the new fascia UI failed to respond. After rebooting the unit, I attempted to calibrate again and then the UI display showed F6E3 error code. I removed and replaced the main control then I researched the code and and tested the main control and UI per the tech sheet and found everything is good operational order. I contacted techline and spoke to Derrick and advised of the recent repairs and my findings today. Derrick advised that there is a new DMS acceleration sensor on the back right side of the tub assembly and to disconnect the harness from it. Once I disconnected the harness, the UI began to respond, but then it showed several error codes...FCE1-not located in tech sheet, but Derrick advised this is the code for the sensor, F6E1, F6E2-not listed, F6E3. Derrick recommended replacing the sensor and provided Case #24348312. I am ordering the sensor and lower main harness and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KBSD702MPS00 ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and the ice maker tray dry. I rotated the ice maker tines to the 12 oclock position and closed the FC door. I could hear the ice maker harvesting and at the end, I never heard it call for water. I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water as designed. When I gained access to the dual valve, at the bottom of the unit, I found the valve to the ice maker fill tube was disconnected. I reseated the connection and retested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one on site to sign for the receipt/vacant new build.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KUDM01TJBT0 that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised thatbwhen they try to start a cycle, it runs forn10 seconds, then the lights on the display blink one at a time and go to clean before it finishes and nothing else happens. I confir,ed the customers complaint and found the unit would not run into diagnostics. I checked the tech sheet and it said the issue might be with the unit being stuck in sales demo mode. I tried removing it from sales demo mode and found the machine begin to work and operate as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that was not heating properly and had interior lights that would not turn off. Tested the unit and verified the customers complaint. Inspected the door switch and door latch assembly and found the door latch was not engaging correctly. Because the latch is not fully engaging, the control interprets the oven door as being open, preventing the heating elements from operating and causing the interior lights to remain on. The door latch assembly has failed and will need to be replaced to restore proper operation. Ordering a new door latch assembly. No additional repairs could be completed during todays visit. I checked the position of the fill tube and it is correct over the ice maker tray. I found icicles forming on the backside of the tray. I advised the customer that the ice maker is calling for too much water and is causing it to overfill and leak into the bin. I researched the ice maker and found it out of stock. I am ordering the ice maker and advised the customer that the office will contact them to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Cleared error code and reset control; inspected pressure hose and found no kinks, punctures, or restrictions, with valve confirmed not leaking, isolating fault to a failed pressure switch on the control. Service pointer recommends that the control board should be replaced. The unit falls under the service pointer. This will be the second time the control board has been replaced. I replaced the part calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived to site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W11820067 hinge kit, W11758307 W11758307 crisper and W11755243 shim hinge. And still left door swings. Right door locks correctly. Also bottom left corner of right door is sticking out about 2mm. Called techline and spoke with Ethan SR#24331318 And stated due to the water lines causing a pull tension, the left door was swing. Informed customer and is not pleased with the machine. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not opening and closing the door properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine does work sometimes.But that other times when they open the door, the door gets stuck and wont open or close. They said it makes a weird noise and they have to leave it until, it opens. I tested the door and found the door opening and closing properly. The customer also stated that sometimes the door opener will start running when the door is open. I advised all issues seemingly point to an door switch or interlock issue. I replaced the interlock assembly W11493414 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Replaced the encoder and control and tested on normal cycle. Unit no longer continuously uses steam option and operates as designed with no leaks. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WDF330PAHS3 for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated only one button works. Verified issue; found only cycle selection button responding to input, with remaining buttons spongy. Split door and found control retaining clip on console broken. Replaced console (W11095590); during repair, noticed button tree also damaged. Cancel and start buttons remain spongy but responsive, requiring button tree replacement to fully resolve issue. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis of a torn door gasket, I removed and replaced the right RC door gasket and using my heat gun, I warmed the gasket and shaped it before installing. Once installed, I verified that it was sealing all the way around. While in the home, the customer advised that the ice maker continues to leak and is causing the ice to clump in the bin. The ice maker is making good ice, but it appears that its calling for too much water and overfilling. I am ordering the ice maker and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Other than the ice maker, no other water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for washing grinding. Ran diagnostics and only fault code was motor fault code, unable to reach speed. Ran auto and washplate would just grind and not always spin. Washplate is worn. Checked underneath and it is saturated with oil. Needs gearcase replaced as well as motor, splutch, belt, hub and actuator. Full lower rebuild ; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11686050 (Motor)

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LC2 for panel issues. Upon arrival customer stated when power is turned on, panel will intermittently only light up the display but the buttons will not function and cycle cannot be started. Arrived on site for unit not spinning. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found drain hose inserted way too deep. Adjusted to standard position. Checked error codes and found F9E1. Arrived on site for washing machine continuously draining when plugged in. Upon arrival plugged in unit and it starts draining. Removed display and found control defective. Replaced W11607637 control. Tested unit and it is now working as designed. No water leaks at this time. S153EB rework performed.

Arrived on site for a washer MVW5430MW0 not starting. Found the start button not responding. I replaced the control w11626077 and ran a factory cycle. Unit is operating as designed now. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for dryer continuously running. Cx stated dryer would keep running on any cycle. Checked door switch and it was good. Removed and replaced timer w10854246. Set dryer to approximately 5 minutes and let it run and it shutoff.

Arrived on site for saftey call for refrigerator. Cx stated that she was standing next to fridge and heard a loud pop. She opened the door and both refrigerator glass shelves had shattered. Took pics of pictures cx had taken. Cx stated she does not feel safe using refrigerator. Refrigerator was unplugged. Plugged in refrigerator and it is cooling and working fine. Called whirlpool safety and documented all findings, saftey said they will look into it further and contact cx. Case# 24278101

Arrived on site for a no power dishwasher. Upon arrival unit had no power. Removed hard wire plate and found black wires disconnected. Re connected hard wired power cord and turned on breaker. Unit is now powered on. Tested unit via diagnostics and it is now working normally at this time. No water leaks at this time. No parts replaced at this time.

Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Found unit not powering on no response from ui diagnosed a defective drain pump,removed defective pump installed new pump ran water through unit water entered pump then drained checked all tube and water connections no leaks. W11539855
