Attempted to unlock the control panel using the proper key sequence and performed a power reset, but the console remained unresponsive and would not unlock. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not spinning and making a loud noise during operation. Verified customers complaint and disassembled the unit to access internal components, including the blower wheel, motor, belt, and pulley assembly. Inspection found the drive belt still attached to the pulley; however, the motor was locked up and not turning. The blower wheel was stripped and damaged, which also caused damage to the air duct. Due to the motor failure, the pulley and belt were affected as well. The belt shows signs of damage from the motor locking up and is not recommended for reuse. Arrived on site for a cooktop KFDC506JSS04 leaking. I used the gas detector at the regulator and manifold but found no leaks. I checked at the cut out behind the unit and detected gas. I used soapy water but couldnt locate the leak. Seems like it's coming from the pipes in the wall. I shut the gas off and didn't detect a leak at the shut off valve. No leaks detected after the valve was off. Nobody is available to sign.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating. Verified the complaint by testing the unit and confirmed there was no heat. Pulled the unit out to access the rear components and inspected the heating circuit. Checked the thermostats and found the high-limit thermostat was open and not allowing power to the heating element. Replaced the high-limit thermostat. Reassembled the unit and tested operation. Unit is now heating properly and cycling as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven not reaching set temperature. Verified the complaint and tested the unit. Checked the oven temperature sensor/thermostat resistance at room temperature and found it reading 177?F equivalent, which is out of specification. Proper reading at room temperature should be between 67?F and 79?F. Ohmed out the sensor/thermostat and confirmed it was faulty. Replaced the defective thermostat. "Arrived on site for washing machine model WTW4816FW3 not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised she ran a load that did not finish, with towels still wet when machine stopped. She ran another load since calling, and it worked fine; she almost canceled but proceeded. Ran diagnostics and found F2 E1 (stuck key) and F8 E1 (long fill) error codes. Tested both valves; cold water valve at wall was shut off to aid draining, per customer. Turned water supply back on and ran diagnostic cycle. Machine worked and operated as designed. Customer confirmed initial issue with three towels loaded. Advised off-balance load caused premature shutdown before spin completion. Reviewed loading procedures and tips to prevent recurring off-balance issues. Unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for an electric range model AER6303MMS1 that is not heating in the oven. Inspect unit and work area. The customer advised that they are still under the manufacturer warranty as the unit came with the house, and they just bought it in April of this year. The customer provided documentation that I submitted to claims for authorization. I was advised that the unit would be covered under warranty with the documentation the customer provided. I tested the oven and found the broil element would work, but the bake element would not. I gained access to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. I tested voltage with the unit attempting to bake and found no drops in voltage. I unplugged the machine and found proper resistance on the bake element. I found all connectors plugged in and no damage to any wiring. I tested the unit again on a bake cycle and checked voltage coming out of the control. I found that when the bake relay was supposed to activate, voltage dropped to 0 when it was supposed to be sending voltage. I checked voltage at the element and confirmed no voltage. I checked the broil relay and found that working and sending adequate voltage to the element to heat. I replaced the main control W11747105 and tested the machine again. I found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for range KCGC558JSS00 right rear burner not igniting. Disassembled and replaced spark module W11319687. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit making a vibration noise coming from the FC section. The customer provided a video of the noise where they were standing in the living room across the home and the noise was very loud. I removed the items from the FC section and gained access to the evaporator. I found the cap tube not positioned correctly and adjusted it to where it would not rest on the evap cover. I found the fan motor very loud even with the evap cover removed. I removed and replaced the fan motor and due to the gaskets on each side of the evap cover being badly smashed and not providing any cushion between the cover and evaporator housing, using some gasket from my van stock (W11159728), I applied a strip on each side of the cover and at the top on each side. Then applied a strip across the middle from top corner to the bottom corner to provide a cushion between the evaporator and cover and to reduce vibration from each (photos in SDQUICKPIC). I applied a strip of the gasket across the fan shroud near the mounting pegs and re-installed the evap cover. I tested the unit while empty, with the food inside, and while the customer was moving the unit by opening and closing the unit doors. I was unable to duplicate the noise and the customer tested themselves. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11159728, WP2315549"

"WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies again. On arrival,I verified the issue a failed gearcase and other parts attached to the gearcase. I replaced the gearcase, belt,splutch, and 5he actuator. I calibrated then tested product is working as its designed with no water leaks visible from the main water supply."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDF520PADM3 dispenser not opening until the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the liquid detergent had run down the door and collected in the bottom of the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-no heat. I cleared the code and continued with testing to find the valve dispensing water into the tub then the motor failed to turn on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump, and element are all operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on sote for icemaker not making any ice since last repair. Entered diagnostics and confirmed icemaker does cycle. Tested water valve and found it to be activate but no water entered icemaker. Entered test 66 for fill tube heater. Let that run for a few minutes then tested water again and it activated properly. All components wprking. Spoke with customer and found they have not changed out the filter for some time. Advised customer to start with replacing filter as all components check ok. Called tech line. Advised of findings. Said a bad filter can cause the freezing. If problems persist it can be the UI which is what turns on heater, or the valve can be dripping. Call complete. Case# 21937495"
