After talking more with the customer it was determined that the noise would stop when the doors were opened. I found the evaporator clear and the fan is working as designed. I found the FC vents at the top partially blocked with product and went over loading both compartments with the customer. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer over filling with water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos and a video of the unit filling too high in a normal setting. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal cycle with no clothing inside and it filled and agitated as designed. Cancelled the cycle and added two towels and continued with the normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint and my findings. Jonathan recommended checking the valve harness to make sure its not pinched in between the valve and metal cover; check the sensor tube at the main control and tub and at the back of the unit at the splicer and if there are no issues found, replace the main control. Provided SR#7737805388. I checked the unit as recommended and found no issues other than the valve harness caught in between the housing and metal cover no I adjusted it and found no wires in the harness damaged. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Tested in normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon closer inspection found damaged Ive maker lever making the unit think it was full of ice but in fact was not full at all, also replaced bad water line to free any possible restrictions. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnose depart. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the motor, and added mastic to the blower wheel housing and the motor housing assembly to reduce cabinet vibration. Checked the rollers and the idler pulley and found all of them working as designed. I checked both felt liners and found no issue with them or the bulkhead assemblies. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Still found a tapping noise coming from the dryer during operation. The customer advised that they have had this issue for a while, and that it happened prior to our initial service. He advised that he assumed it was a mechanical issue. I did advise him that it is possible that the issue might be due to these newer motors as noise complaints have increased. I did advise him that we have done everything we can to eliminate this issue. The customer advised that as long as the unit is operational, he was fine with it. The unit is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a MW that is not heating after the customer head it making a popping noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the diode had popped causing the failure. I replaced the mag cap and diode. And tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.

Her main issue is that the clothes are not being spun out completely. Ran tests and found that the customer in advertently turned off the spin cycle. She stated she would have to run a drain and spin cycle to get the clothes spun out. Notified customer that the drain and spin function is pre-programmed to a high spin. However, her last cycle run the setting was changed to no span. Change the settings and unit is functioning properly. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E4 (float switch open) and F6 E3 (oversuds) error codes. Ran unit through an auto cycle and found the unit working operate as designed. The customer explained that they have run this cycles six times in a row and the drying light never comes on or finishes the cycle. If I was that the unit will quit midway through the cycle and no light will show at the end of the cycle. He has tried to run clean dishwasher cycles and run the unit without soap and has had no luck. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Austin SR# 7737806772. He advised that because the customer has already run clean marsh cycles on the unit and has the float switch and over setting error codes, at this point, he would replace the control. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the evaporator harness and removed the frost/ice using my steamer. I found frost at the opening of the FC section (photos). I placed my flashlight inside the FC section and closed the door and found the upper left and right corners of the FC door gasket are gapped (photos). I adjusted the liner and added silicone to the gap to help close it up. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the FC section and if they continue to find frost build up to call the unit in for service, at which time, returning tech will need to contact the manufacturer to report their findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect gas cooktop. The customer informed me the LF burner does not ignite. I found it sparking and igniting but the flame is deformed. I removed the burner head and found it very clogged. I cleaned off the burner head and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I re-adjusted the flame heights. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall unit combo microwave door not closing properly and damaged. Upon further inspection, I found the oven outer door glass shattered and the microwave outer door glass trim dented (photos). When I opened the microwave door, I found the arm was broken and the door would would open more than 90 degrees. The customer advised that they went to open the MW door and it flung open on them and hit the oven door and broke the glass in the oven door (photo). "Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit lights and fan and both failed to come on. With the unit turned on at the control, I raised the chimney to expose the junction box and wiring to the box. I wiggled the main harness and the unit came on. Cycled power at the breaker and gained access to the harness inside the junction box and found the neutral wire not installed properly. I re-wires the neutral and adjusted the L1 and secured the harness and cycled power to the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"WRS335SDHM06 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the machine would emanate a rattle and vibration noise when the compressor would engage. The high side tubing was improperly second and after correcting, the issue was resolved. The two drawers in the RC section were very stiff and after applying MFG approved lubricant, began functioning as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was throwing F2E0 error for disconnected keypad. Found error present when I arrived. I was able to clear. I replaced the console with membrane after verifying there were no folds or damage to the ribbon cable. Retested and did not see error return. If error pops up again, next step would be to replace the ribbon cable with control. Repair complete."

Arrived onsite and replaced the hinlimit cutoff due to shorting. Advised customer to have the duct cleaned to prevent overheating. In future. Heater is not shorted. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect condensation build up in the refrigerator. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me the condensation build up in the RC section on the drawers and shelves. I find no moisture on the RC door gasketI found the unit not properly leveled during installation. When I inspected the freezer section, I found frost built up on the rails and FC drawer. When I closed the FC door, I found the door would pop back open and was not sealing properly. I found a foam spacer at the back right corner of the FC drawer that was making contact with the FC switch but pushing against the drawer. I removed the foam piece and closed the FC drawer and found it closing and sealing as designed. After leveling the unit, I checked the RC section and found the condensation had reduced and when closing the door, I could hear the suction noise at the drain tube. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if theyre not satisfied to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for left front burner not coming on. Test unit and found bad switch. Replaced switch test unit and unit set good job complete.

On arrival verified complaint of noise during cycle. Ran cycle and identified a noise similar to something possible vibrating or bouncing. Opened unit up and isolated sound to only being when motor is running as I removed tub. This should indicate not the rollers bouncing. Attempted to remove vibration with my hand as I touched the blower housing in multiple places and had little effect. Replaced motor and blower for possible internal vibration still little effect. Added damping material under blower housing to reduce some vibration of maybe the housing is bouncing. Verified all bolts aAre tight and heater housing is not bouncing as well. Checked for vibration between motor mount and base and it is properly secured. As well as made sure there was no vibration between bower housing and motor mount. Reassembled and still making the noise. Made sure there was NO damage to unit cabinet and there was no vibration in the cabinet. Spoke with SW and requesting another tech to take a look for second opinion. Video recording sent to SW on service thread. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven does not heat properly and the cooktop gets too hot when using the oven. I advised the cooktop will get hot due to the oven vent being located under the control panel and directs the oven airflow out towards the cooktop. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. My next five readings were 323, 396, 334, 385, 351 for an average temp of 357.8 degrees. I advised the customer that the oven temps are on point and no repairs are needed at this time. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 56 for ice maker errors and found none. Took unit out of diagnostics and found the unit was in defrost mode upon arrival. I tested temps in the FC=15 degrees. I put my gauges on the recently completed sealed system and found pressures at -1/152psi. I could hear some gurgling going on inside the cabinet. I tested the ice maker and fill tube and they operated as designed. I advised the customer that there could possibly be an issue with the sealed system with it having some contaminates in the system and recommended they monitor the unit for a few days to see if it makes ice. I advised that if it does not make ice to contact our office to schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for washer not washing or spinning out laundry properly. Upon arrival found f7e6 in diagnostics. Traced failed to broken harness near capacitor. Found harness breaking down internally and wringing coming loosing from outter insolation. Rescheduled customer for 11/22/23 to complete repairs. Ordering W11665968 harness ; ordrng 1 W11665968 (Lower harness)

Arrived on site to inspect gas range. I found the control panel housing scratched. I removed and replaced the panel housing. The unit now operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for does not spin clothes dry enough. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no error codes. Ran a test cycle on diagnostics and all components operate correctly. Ran a normal cycle with large load of towels and unit fills, washes, drains, and spins correctly. Unable to duplicate the issue. Explained to customer about how load sizes and articles that are too heavy will not spin out all the way. No leaks present at this time . Job complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the dryer, access valve, and compressor and charged the unit up with nitrogen. Could not detect any leaks at any of my welds. Vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold for 15 minutes. I charge the unit up with 53 g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed."

Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival test polarity and is good. Test vent and test passed with good airflow. Disassembled unit to test heating circuit. All components tested good except thermal cut off. Replaced thermal cut off and test unit. Heater now energizes. Test heat cycle from .During test cut off failed and stayed OL again. Need to contact techline. Need to reorder thermal cut off. Also ordering thermistor. Need to call techline on next visit durin operating hours. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found .6 vac to compressor, tested the cap on the start device and was 12uf good. Went to the control board and found the connection for the control board partially plugged in. Plugged it in all the way the compressor came on. Cold air in the fc now and cooling down. The unit is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for no heat and found unit operating with failed connection to coil from factory. Repaired harness connection. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I found the tub with the correct p/n of W11378552 was incorrect within the box and the type that required the older style vent and was incompatible with this model. We are reordering the tub assembly and it will need to be checked to verify it has the newer short length vent, or vent delete and cannot have the prior old version that is approximately 3 in diameter. No leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11378552 (Tub Assy) and 1 TechGCtoinspect (Tech GC to inspect)"
