Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making good ice, but theres a lot of heat coming off of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the unit in a normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. The cutout in the cabinets appears to be too tight, but after measuring the cabinet space and the unit and comparing to the installation instructions, the unit is installed correctly. I advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed and the installation is good. I recommended to monitor the unit and if it began to fail and not make ice due to the heat, to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling and is making a clicking noise along with the customer smelling gas when it was running. I found the compressor starting at 17 amps and dropping to 7.75 amps then tripping the overload. The compressor was extremely hot. I found the sealed system completely flat. I could smell the same smell the customer experienced when the compressor would try and run. I filled the system with nitrogen and found a leak at the joint between the process stub and compressor. I replaced the compressor, drier, and installed an access valve. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 56 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and the evaporator had a full frost pattern. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer displaying a slow fill message. I found a stored F8E1 error. I ran manual loads and found fill valve 1 barely letting water in. I replaced the cold water valve and tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. I did show the customer that both of his wall valves will drip if they are opened fully and explained the should be replaced. When the valves are partially closed they are not leaking at this time. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range that will not bake in either oven. I flipped the gas valve lever and tested both ovens. I found the lower oven working but the bake relay was not closing for the upper oven. I replaced the control and adjusted the upper oven flue cap then tested the upper oven in the bake cycle. The bake cycle is working as designed. I tested the upper oven in the broil cycle and the control panel is not staying cool enough to touch. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an oven that wont latch properly during a self clean cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customer complaint and ran the unit for diagnostics. Was able to get the door to Latch in diagnostic mode. I did find an F900 (door lock changed states unexpectedly) and F910 (door lock failed to change to expected state) error codes. Found all connectors properly connected with no evidence of any wire damages. For the tech sheet, was advised to replace the door lock assembly. Replaced the door lock assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. Because you advised the unit does heat and tumble, but has not been drying her clothes properly. Did find her vent hose crunched behind the unit due to the both units being pushed back against the wall. The customer requested that we swap both units to give the dryer a shorter vent. Did go ahead and swap places for both units and Short and her vent hose. Found that I could only push the unit back far enough to leave 4 inches for the vent hose, which caused an issue with her back door opening and closing fully. Because the mayor asked if we could swap the two back and I did advise the customer that we could swap the two back, but she would still need to leave room for the vent hose not to be, squished and restricting airflow movement out through her wall

Arrived onsite for an ice machine not making any ice but it fills with water and the pump is running. The customer stated the machine is making a very thin layer of ice and seems to be melting of the evaporator. I tested the machine and found it cooling properly. I found the reservoir running out of water due to the reservoir drain pump tube not installed correctly causing the reservoir water to siphon out resulting in the thin ice. I corrected the tube and tested the machine. The unit is making thick ice now and working as designed. The customer has the WLS disconnected and is letting it fill off the control.

"Arrived on site to follow up pn refrigerator that had started losing cool. On arrival found items cool, but not cold. I checked wattage and found wattage dropping under 90. I pressurized the system with nitrogen ro 100 psi and checked for leaks. Unit lost over 5psi in under the first 15 minutes. I sprayed down all lines, and both evaporator with soapy water and found no bubbles or leaks. This indicates a leak in the cabinet somewhere. Called and reported to tech line, speaking with Bruce first and then Steve with findings. SR 7736110310. No repair to perform at this time. Used a direct connection cord to drain pump and it is running properly when plugged into the wall. In a diagnostic cycle control board is not sending power to drain pump when requested.
