Arrived onsite for microwave not starting. Upon arrival customer stated the unit is operating now however the light shows dim. I tested the unit and found it to be operating as designed at time of service. I checked voltages at the plug and found L1-N 126 L1-G 126 and N-G at 128. The N-G shouldn't be receiving voltage. The wiring is either incorrect or backfeeding. Customer stated the issue he is experiencing would happen every now and then leading to a incoming voltage issue. I gained acces to the underside of the washer and found a heavy amount of gear-case grease around the bottom of the chassis and around the motor. The washer is not able to sense properly due to the gear case friction. I replaced the gearcase and slider however while I was installing the agitator. Customer is using a non toxic, natural detergent that contains coconut oil and other non toxic items. Proceeded to recreate the smell by washing and drying clothes and confirmed it did not smell when removed from dryer. Maintenance cleaned out dryer duct and outer duct and also swapped a new dryer from another unit. Customer uses dryer balls. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that is not starting cycles and is leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that theyve had an issue with water leaking out of the bottom of the basket for a little while now. however, the machine completely stopped running altogether. I gained access underneath and found several components, completely rusted due to water leaking. I found the shield cover broken and the driveshaft underneath wobbling from side to side. I gained access to the back of the unit and did not find any water residue on the top side of the cabinet. I went ahead and test the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the capacitor bars but not allow the motor to turn. I removed the agitator and was able to remove the spanner nut. The unit will need a gearcase, actuator, splash, assembly, actuator, belt, cover shield, agitator, Tabouring, and spanner nut for repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making intermittent. High-pitched noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were unsure as to exactly what the machine was doing but that theyve had the unit make a high pitch squeal at various points. They stated that, since they called in, they have not been able to replicate the same sound, but just wanted to have it checked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and ran through all components. I checked the evaporator fan, air, baffle, compressor, icemaker, and and condenser fan. I could not replicate any abnormal sounds coming from the unit. And I tested the unit several times with no ability to replicate any kind of noises. I did explain to the customer that issue may be with the compressor ramping up to high speed as we have had several complaints about the noises coming from these newer units. I did explain to her that because I could not replicate any noises, They may not have any major issues going on. I found no evidence of any defrost issues within the freezer or refrigerator sections. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

I found the unit reach preheat in 14 minutes and allowed the machine to cycle through a full cycle and found temperatures fluctuating properly. I went to change the temperature on the big cycle to 400? and found the temperature at 360?F and slowly rise up to the temperature as well. The unit appears to be working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect built in microwave shutting off by itself and leaking heat. Upon further inspection, I found the unit sitting on the countertop below the cabinet where it belongs. I found the unit is hardwired and the interior light is on, but the display is blank (photo). Customer advised that they have to cycle power at the breaker to turn it on, but then the display goes blank after a short period of time. I found where the cabniets had been repainted where the paint had began to crack and peel away (photos). I found on the right side of the cabinet the paint is still cracked (photo). I removed the control panel from the unit to gain access to the UI harness and disconnected the harness and reconnected it and the UI powered on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E0-UI disconnected which was from me disconnecting the harness. I cleared the code and tested the unit and it operated as designed; however, while testing the interior light, the display went blank again. I found a dry water stain/ring around the metal at the opening where the door closes. I inspected the inner door panel and gasket and didnt find anything out of the ordinary. I found that the vent trim thats attached to the cabinets at the bottom front of the unit has four quarter inch screws that are hanging up on the bottom of the unit when trying to remove the unit. Also, when the unit is operating, the vent is blowing air out onto the vent trim which is possibly causing the airflow to go back up on the sides. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the control panel, inner door, inner door foam, and both door hinges and will return with all prescreened parts. Due to the availability of parts, office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to insect venthood tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and when I tested it the unit failed to operate. I found the breaker (GFCI) was tripped. I unplugged the unit and cycled power back on and tested voltage at the outlet and got 123V and good polarity. I gained access to the junction box and found the unit wired correctly. I traced the wiring and found the unit properly wired past the junction box. I gained access to the main harness behind the light housing and inspected the blower switch and light switch and compared to the wiring diagram and found the unit correctly wired. As a process of elimination, I disconnected the lights harness and plugged the unit in and the breaker tripped. I unplugged the unit and cycled power at the breaker and reconnected the lights harness and then disconnected the blower harness at the switch (black & blue wires) and plugged the unit in and the breaker tripped. I reconnected the black & blue wires at the blower switch and disconnected the ground wire to the motor and retested and the unit breaker did not trip. I reconnected the ground wire and found a non GFCI outlet and using my extension cord, I plugged the unit into the extension cord to the non GFCI outlet and tested and the unit operated as designed. I found that the ground to the motor is what is causing the breaker to trip; possibly the motor windings. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the complaint, my testing/findings and based off my testings of isolating the lights and blower, Joe agreed that the motor is bad and needs to be replaced. Joe documented to the Safety file (7740230429) and created an SR#7740263855 for engineering. I am ordering the blower and scheduled return service for 11/11/24. Unit left unplugged for safety; ordrng 1 WPW10293966 (Blower)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments cool, but not cooling properly. I found the FC evap cover engulfed in frost/ice (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and heater and found the thermistor has failed and the element/heater failed to come on. When I went to check the parts sent with me, I found the defrost harness doesnt have the thermistor with it. Also, I found the water filter is stuck in the housing due to the releasing arm being broken. I am ordering the thermistor, filter housing, defrost heater and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the unit tub springs and shocks. Upon arrival, I tested the unit and it operated as designed. I pulled the stacked units out of the closet and gained access to the shocks and springs and found they were good. Previous tech found one shipping bolt not removed. When I tested the shocks by moving the drum assembly around, the back shocks were making a squeaking noise which eventually goes away once the unit gets into a full spin. The tenant pointed out the noise and I advised it was normal. I removed and replaced the rear shocks and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed. Reassembled the unit and placed it back in the closet and tested with a load and on a quick cycle and the unit continued to operate as designed. "MFI2568AES Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in either compartment. On arrival found refrigerator unplugged as soon as I plugged it in the display was flashing lights like at a disco party and the ice door was opening and closing by it's self. Nothing was working further inspection after removing cover off the main control and unplugging compressor plug refrigerator stopped flashing lights. I plugged back in and compressor turned on and stayed on didn't see any frost pattern. Product is semi working at this moment but it will need a new main control and a sealed system repair also gasket on right side of RC needs to be replaced. WRS325SDHZ05 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival client said icemaker is working client changed filter and then icemaker stopped working. Client then flipped icemaker back on and now it works. Further inspection found the door on the water filter housing was not working correctly it would not eject the filter out . I reattach housing door now it's working as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply no parts used.

KOCE500ESS22 Arrived on site for a F2E1. On arrival verified error code that was the only error code erased looked for any lose wires. Further inspection found control panel had a lose connection that fell off the control . Replaced part#w11600634 tested product works as it's designed.

WRS315SDHZ17 Arrived on site for a refrigerator making loud sounds. On arrival found refrigerator working correctly. Temperature RC38 degrees FC 2 degrees further inspection found water dripping from the icemaker water tube. I used permugum and sealed water tube from leaking water . Water flow good no leaks no contact with permugum product works as it's designed no parts used no water leaks visible from watersupply.
