"MSS25N4MKZ01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the compressor would attempt to start, but it would trip the start device until it cooled. I tested the compressor windings and found the start and run to N vs start to run was within .2 ohms. The original capacitor tested at 7.48?F, vs the listed 12?F on the capacitor. I tested a new capacitor and the unit would then start, but draw 12 amps until it cycled off. Testing a replacement start device and the capacitor allowed the unit to start and run as expected and after 5 minutes, amp draw on the unit with internal temperatures in the mid 60s was 1.37 amps and steadily declined. Operational test good, no leaks observed bserved during service.

"Arrived on site to insect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed to respond. I removed the toeplate and inspected the main control and found the service LED solid on. I cycled power to the unit and once plugged back in, the unit came on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the components and the unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out of its space and inspected for any water leaks, especially around the element nuts and harness, and found none. I found some spillage at the water inlet cup, but nothing that would cause the control to trip. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if it fails again to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I did recommend to the customer that if the unit failed again to not cycle power before calling in for service."

"Arrived on site for whirlpool fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge at 50 degrees. I found the fridge evaporator full of ice. I also found the freezer door gasket not sealing letting frost build up. The pantry UI was not coming on. I tested voltage to the pantry UI and found good voltage being sent, indicating a bad pantry UI. I tested the rc evaporator thermistor and found it out of range. Given the ice build up the unit will need a new drip pan. pantry UI, freezer gasket, rc evaporator motor, support and drip pan. I also informed the customer about a possible sealed system leak happening because of how large the ice build up is.

"WT5270CW Arrived to inspect leak. I found the unit had water marks down the back of the tub and a no longer used, auxiliary detergent pump had been utilized. The line for the pump allowed water to travel down it and consequently drip onto the floor. Further testing and evaluation revealed the water sprayer nozzle was partially restricted creating an uneven spray pattern and increased velocity, causing water to spray over the front left portion of the tub and onto the inside of the cabinet, running down onto the floor during the latter stages of the wash. I was able to remove all of the debris from within the nozzle and the issue was corrected. The drain line was pushed all the way into the standpipe and I corrected and re-installed the drain safety strap. No leaks of the water supply observed during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that customer reported is not cleaning dishes and leaving them with grime, and is not drying. Another company had come out prior and replaced the sump and motor, and said there may be a control issue. Customer says there are times the unit does not have hot water in it. I ran the unit in diagnostic mode and found no error codes present. Examined control and ohmed heater. Found both good. Unit passed diagnostic tests with no failures. Motor is pumping hard, and unit drains and heats properly. Could not duplicate a failure of any sort. I found the customer has not been using rinse aid or running the hot water prior to usage, and may have also been using 1 hour cycle. No repair was needed at this time since no failires could be verified or duplicated. Advised customer on best cycle options to use, running hot water first, and to make sure rinse aid is used. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not producing ice. On arrival found ice bin empty. Checked door gaskets and found a good seal. Checked RC tenp and found at 42, but was set to warmer than recommended. Tried to cycle icemaker and it took 5 reset button holds to get it to move. Replaced icemaked and verified it ran immediately. Power cycled unit. Advised to follow up if no ice is present by the morning. Call complete."

Replaced the evaporators,3 way valve,compressor and filter drier,vacuumed system down recharged system powered unit on. Found unit will cool then oil freezing at inlet to evaporator,removed drier,flushed system installed drier same issue drier replaced 3 times with 3 flushes and recharged same issue oil in system and blocking refrigerant. Arrived onsite for Door Falls Down . Upon arrival inspected unit . Found that door hinge pads have failed. Replaced pads and door operates correctly. Test unit and began leaking from front bottom of door. Opened door and unit is full of suds. Asked customer what kind of detergent he is using and said hes usin a couple droplets of regular dish soap. "WTW7500GW2 Arrived to inspect off-balance issue and banging. I found no stored error codes within service mode, but noted loss of oil at the rotor and inner cabinet areas that was very subtle. Hand-rotation of the rotor showed the gear case was in failure, as the rotor was quite stiff and would not freewheel after spinning, at all. The slider/clutch assembly was intermittently failing to disengage as designed. The front two suspension rods were spongy and allowed more vertical movement when testing. I removed and replaced the suspension WTW7500GW2, the gear case W11393685 and slider W10734521. I calibrated the rotating mass and tested. The unit operated as designed and all former issues were resolved. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. I tested temps and found the FC at 1 degree and the RC at 58 degrees with the settings at 0 and 33 degrees. I tested the RC fan and thermistors. I found the fan working and the compartment thermistor good but the FC thermistor was registering only 52 degrees and incased in ice.I tested the resistance and had 5.10 ohms. I removed the ice across the top of the coil and around the thermistor. I replaced the evaporator cover. I went over with the customer what to watch with temps and to call in if there is any other issue. Call complete.

I found where the fill valve had weeped at one time and caused ice build up in the chute and water to drip down on the motor housing and shelves. I checked the disposal knock out plug for the unit drain hose and found it still intact. I removed the knockout plug and pressed cancel on the unit to engage the drain pump and the unit began to drain. Placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the F6E4 error code and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed.
