Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. I tested temps and found the FC at 1 degree and the RC at 58 degrees with the settings at 0 and 33 degrees. I tested the RC fan and thermistors. I found the fan working and the compartment thermistor good but the FC thermistor was registering only 52 degrees and incased in ice.I tested the resistance and had 5.10 ohms. I removed the ice across the top of the coil and around the thermistor. I replaced the evaporator cover. I went over with the customer what to watch with temps and to call in if there is any other issue. Call complete.

I found where the fill valve had weeped at one time and caused ice build up in the chute and water to drip down on the motor housing and shelves. I removed all the ice then tested the icemaker and auger motor. All is working as designed and the fill valve is not weeping. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine making loud pitched whining sound. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the valve comes on it begins to make a loud whining noise and the unit is not making ice but its still cold inside. I turned the unit on and tested and while the valve was dispensing water, I found the grid cutter wires broken (photo). I removed and replaced the grid cutter and inlet valve and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect lid lock malfunction. I entered service mode and found F5E2, F7E0 and F5E1 stored in memory. The lid latch assy was broken and required replacement. During inspection I found the gear case had failed and flung oil in a radial pattern around the inside of the chassis. The rotor teeth were damaged due to the gear case failure and it and the slider would require replacement as well. Further testing showed the inlet valve assembly was badly restricted, requiring replacement. Due to the overall required parts, the CX elected to not have any repairs to the unit. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for whirlpool washing showing error code f6e3. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code for stuck key error and acu hmi communication error. I gained access to the hmi and found the board corroded. I tested voltage from the control to the hmi and found good voltage being sent.I replaced the hmi. I cleared the error codes. I ran a encoder test and found it working. I ran a normal cycle and found the unit still operating as designed, several minuets after the unit started. Job complete."

I check that the water was turned on and found that it was. Upon further inspection I found that there was some corrosion in the water feed lines. I cleared them. "UNC15NJBII Arrived to inspect noise. I found a service flash that demonstrated the exact noise the CX heard and it was likely due to required cleaning for this chassis. I sent copies of the process and part number to the CX. During testing, I found the drain pump ran for an extended time, which may be normal for this chassis, but flow appeared to be somewhat slow. I advised the CX if the unit does not drain fully, to contact us and we will be able to order and replace the drain pump if needed

Arrived onsite for a microwave/oven that is showing door when trying to start the unit. I found the 20 amp ceramic fuse open. I tested the door switches that were replaced and they checked good. I put my mini breaker on the fuse holder and tested the unit. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed but after the cycle was complete and the unit was setting idle the breaker tripped. I replaced the fuse from my truck stock and had to reset the breaker 3 times to get it to stay on. I reinstalled the oven in the wall and was picking up tools and the breaker tripped again. I explained to the customer that the breaker needs to get replaced before they try to use the unit.
