I removed and replaced the damper and tested. The original grumble/grind noise was corrected, but at the last bit of the damper closing, a creaking could be heard. Office to order a second damper and we will return with that part, when the door is available, as the issue is non-critical to operation of the unit. I had talked with tech line a day prior for this same type of unit that they recommended changing defrost heater. Changed heater and retested and found no breaker trips on GFCI. I found that the unit also had the wrong harness on the icemaker (4 pin) and it was pushed into the harness on the refrigerator (6 pin). Removed icemaker and provided to leasing office and advised they review all their icemakers and get the right harnesses installed, as this may also cause issues. "WMH78019HZ05 Arrived to inspect no heating and arcing sound. I found the actual noise was a relay chatter and further inspection revealed the chassis was incorrectly assembled and had gapping in the lower RH corners of the microwave chamber. There was also warping of the frontal area near the switch assemblies, causing the chatter due to the door not able to fully close/actuate the switches. I contacted the Tech Assist Line, MFG Tech, Chris, file# 7736636314 and advised of the issue. The unit has been submitted for product exchange and the customer will be contacted. I advised the customer to discontinue attempted use until the unit is replaced."

"Arrived on site to follow up refrigerator that has been leaking some water after recent icemaker replacement. I examined the unit and found ice under the bucket, ice was from water and not moisture. Found icemaker front had a cracked piece of plastic causing the ice not to be able to slide off. I removed the hanging piece of plastic and ran a harvest and fill. After the fill I found the mold was completely full, and a couple drips came over the edge. Customer said issue wasn't this bad until the last icemaker replacement. All signs point to a defective icemaker. Ordering new icemaker to resolve. I raised the front of the unit several turns to angle the water in the icemaker away from the front lip so that it doesn't spill on fill again. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they have replaced the water filter four times since the beginning of the year and they continue to have low/slow water pressure. Customer advised they have a new water filtration system to the home and showed me the setup. I test3d the water dispenser and the water flowed very slowly and almost stopped flowing. I removed the filter and retested and the water pressure was normal. Also found the waterbox and ice maker housing lights were not working. I checked the FC light and found it not working as well. Using a module from my van stock (W10695459), I removed and replaced the FC module and tested and all lights are operating properly. Customer questioned if they need to have the water filter installed since they have an entire filtration system on the home. I advised that they did not, but if the home filtration system gets dirty, it could potentially cause issues with the refrigerator water. The unit is operating as designed. No further repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Ice bin was full on arrival. Noticed unit does not have a filter installed and excessive green mineral build up on cooling plate and water tubes. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Upon arrival I ran the unit in normal dry with towels in the unit and monitored the unit and found the the timer is counting down fast. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not leveled properly and the wet clothes was not hitting the moisture sensor when tumbling. I adjusted the unit and tested again and found that the timer is now counting down at a normal rate now and the towels are now hitting the sensor now. The customer did have the steam option turned on this could cause some issues like what were seeing now I advise them to turn the steam function off unless necessary .

"Arrived onsite for a MW that is showing a F1 E5 inverter code. Upon testing I found this to be true I replaced the inverter and the mag and tested the I got f6e8 code also found mag getting really hot and the 4903 really dropping out, then I connected Steve at techline and began trouble shooting with him. sr#7737120838. "I arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not washing clothes intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the prior repair the unit has worked a few times but they are having to unplug it and re-plug it back in order to get the unit to actually turn on and work. Otherwise, the unit will go through the sensing portion of the cycle and then say that the wash cycle has completed. Around the unit for diagnostics and found an F0 E7 (clothes detected during the wash cycle) error code. The customer had clothes inside the washer, so I went ahead and went to start a normal wash cycle. Found the unit attempt to spend the agitator, but not the full basket and could not hear the buzz to the clutch to engage the magnet for the slider. I checked the wall for voltage and polarity and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked underneath the washer and found all connections were good and found the slider would slide freely. I unplug the washer and plugged it back in and tested the unit again. Found the washer start to spin and start an actual wash cycle. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7737112474. He had me go through a couple checks and advised that the customer needed to run through a clean, wash cycle and then test it again. I ran the unit through a clean, wash cycle and advise the customer to call me back if the unit was continuing to wash after the clean wash cycle. The customer advised that the unit had finished out the cycle and had gone through 20 minutes of the next wash. I advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Found unit failed ventilation test with vent hose connected and passes with hose disconnected. Checked exterior vents and did not find any air coming from vents. Advised customer to either call contractor or ventilation cleaning service to remove obstruction. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they got water from the water dispenser and when they went to dispense ice, the unit UI went blank and the unit stopped cooling, but the interior lights remained on. They advised the unit stayed shut down with lights on for approximately three days then out of nowhere, the unit came on and began to cool again. I tested the ice dispenser and it dispensed ice. I checked the ice bin and it nor the dispenser motor were jammed up. I tested temps in the unit and the FC=6 degrees & RC=39 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. I followed the power cable back and found the Neutral was pinched between the cover and the orifice holder and was grounded out. I fixed the issue and tapped up the pinch and retested. It is working now, ordering a new cable to replace the pinched cable. "No downside for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that since the last repair, the unit has not worked for more than a couple days. They advised they were having to throw away food because the inside of the refrigerator smelled so bad. Found the unit plugged in but in the no cooling state. Turn the compressor on and immediately her to his inside of the refrigerator section. Found the evaporator had a major leak where the cap two went into the evaporator. Fix the weld where the cap tube goes into the evaporator and replace the dryer. I vacuumed down to -30 psi and found pressure hold. Went to charge the unit and the charging kit that was sent with me would not grip the R 600 canister to charge the unit. Looked inside the charging head and found that the threads were stripped. Spoke to JC and was advised we would need to reschedule the customer. When I went to push the refrigerator back, I found the refrigerator door, not sealing properly on the side away from the hinge. Looked at the cabinet and found the cabinet worked on the bottom that was affecting the hinge. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737106727. He had me take several photos of the Boeing in the cabinet and advised that it was not enough bow to cause an issue. He advised that the unit needed to be leveled in a way to get the door to close because the door was leaning slightly down away from the hinge side. spoke to Casey and was advised we would get the customer rescheduled ASAP. ; O-emld tckt"
