"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the freezer section is fine but the fresh foods section isnt cold enough. I tested temp,sin the FC=12 degrees on a setting of -3 degrees and the RC=44 degrees on setting of 33. I pulled the unit out to check the compressor and found a sealed system has been done on this unit and the customer did not know of any repairs, other than the ice maker, had been done on this unit. I placed my gauges on the system and on it equalized, it appears there is a slow leak beginning on the high side as its showing to be a little low. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found all fans operating and the compressor was at .76amps when I first tested and it is now showing .45amps. I found no signs of ice buildup in either compartment and all door seals are good. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended the contact the manufacturer to schedule a sealed system repair (compressor). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Advised that we had already performed all steps and part replacements per the service pointer for RC evap defrost issues. As all relevant repairs have been made 1 or more times previously, and liner is warped under the drip tray there are no good repairs left to make. Advised customer to follow up with their extended warranty for final resolution. Call complete."

"WT7600HWA Arrived to inspect draining issues. I found the dispensers were full, but after watching the unit for a few minutes, I could see very slow flow of water entering from the cold side. The tub was also 20% full upon arrival and eventually drained in its own. Removing the supply lines, I found a large amount of softener resin beads within the valve assembly, causing the valve to not fully close. I removed and replaced the valve assembly and tested. The unit had full function and the trickle of water was corrected. I advised the customer of the issue and thoroughly flushed the hoses prior to reinstallation. No leaks observed during service.

"11087872603 Arrived to inspect unit not starting and F1 code. I found the relay to the motor would always allow 107VAC to the motor, whenever the unit was plugged in no during attempted startup, there were no relay clicks heard. The door hinge has failed, but unlikely to be the cause of the issue. Thermal fuses and sensors were intact. Inspection of the control board showed the failing relay had caused the motor side relay contact to destroy the solder joint and pin, likely due to overheating, requiring control board replacement. Further testing revealed jumper-ing the P9 connections and applying power proved the motor circuit intact.

Customer advised that they placed Dawn detergent in the unit to test it and it began to leak badly. I advised the customer that they cant use Dawn or any other hand dish washing liquid as it creates too many soap suds and the unit will leak water. I cleared the detergent/suds out the unit and its components and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks. Arrived on site for burner not igniting. On inspection found the ignitor was touching the left side of the burner an it was sparking to the left. I loosen up the orifice holder and moved it to the left. Now the spark is sparking to the cap and the burner ignited every time. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected at service.

Spoke with tech line and relayed customers experience and history and tech line recommended disconnecting rope harness tucking it in the back of the refrigerator and asking the customer to monitor refrigerator operation over the next week or two. If refrigerator stays working properly customer can decide whether to attempt replacing rope harness or just leaving it disconnected indefinitely. Upon arrival the cx explained to me that the basket would wobble at the start of the spin cycle, upon inspection I found that this was was happening but as the spin increased in sped the wobble went away which is a normal thing to happen. I inspected the suspension and found it good the gearcase was good as well. I ran the unit with towels in the basement and found that the unit operated as designed no leaks either."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not producing ice upon installation I found the fc at 1* no ice buildup on evap. Found that water lines to the ice maker clear and the water dispenser operating as designed. I ran a diagnostic cycle on the ice maker and found that it operated with no issues, I replaced the dual valve , I then advised customer that the unit should start producing ice in about 24hrs."
