On arrival refrigerator was working as it's designed no water leaks client did show me a photo of the little amount of water . I asked client when she changed the filter she said a day before taking the photo. I used a measuring cup and filled 5 full cups to remove all air from the water lines. No leaks I checked icedoor to see if it was closing correctly it was. I instructed client when changing filter to always remove at least 2 to 3 gallons of water to remove all air. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to pop that error message up once every 3 to 4 weeks but if they unplug the unit and plug it back in after a couple hours, the unit will run fine again for several weeks. I did confirm the customers complaint when running through diagnostics. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or plugs inside of the drain hose. I did not find any tears in the drain hose as well. I went ahead and replaced the pressure switch and ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. The customer advised that the unit will tumble and heat but they are having to run several cycles in order to dry clothes. I checked behind the unit and did not find the vent hose collapsed or restricted. I gained access outside where it vented out and found a huge clog at the exterior vent due to some mesh the customer he was using to keep critters out. See photos. I did explain to the customer that the time listed is an estimated time and can change depending on several factors. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started leaking a few weeks ago but after the one time it leaked, it ran fine for another week before it started leaking again. Advised the last two times he has tried to run the machine, it has Leaked onto the floor from the front of the door. I checked the vent gasket and found the vent gasket in place. I did find the tub full of water and attempted to drain out the water. I found the drain pump trying to pump out the water, but very little water flow coming out of the drain hose to the sink. I checked the drain hose and found a clog in the hose. I was able to remove the clog and found massive amounts of grease buildup inside of the drain hose causing the issue. I removed the obstruction and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer no drying properly. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the dryer would reduce the time while drying big or small loads. Also take multiple cycle to dryer. I ran an airflow test and the rust came back as not passing. The customers vents are about 35 feet with a couple bends. The dryer is operating fine but not able to efficiently get the air out due to the vents. Temperature is cycle within a normal range. I instructed the customer on proper on cycle selection. Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that their tub has been full of water for the past several days and they have not been able to get the unit to start a new cycle or drain the water. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath. I found the wire harness split at the Y split on the harness. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is making abnormal sounds during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it makes a grinding noise whenever it tries to agitate. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and did confirm the customers complaint during agitation. Due to the parts that Ive already been replaced, I am recommending a gear case replacement with the cam, belt, and shifter. Ordering the gearcase an agitator just in case. I rescheduled the customer to 11/13.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F7 E1 (basket speed fault error code and will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit buzz but not actually spent in the basket. I checked underneath and found the capacitor leaking oil. I replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. I found a massive screeching sound coming from underneath the unit. I gained access to the drive pulley and found the drive pulley, completely worn, and the belt almost completely stripped. I replaced both those parts as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11239857, W11395618, and W10729617."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I verified that voltage and polarity are correct. I inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage done to the wiring, parts, or controls. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. The machine is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). I followed service pointer W11490386 thoroughly. I removed power at the breaker and replaced the both bake elements, both broil elements, and both appliance managers. I checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. The unit does not have a ground strap. I reassembled the unit and ran a bake cycle at 450?F with the ground wire detached for 30 minutes. I verified that the amp draw was under 24 amps max. I stopped the cycle, disconnected power, and reattached the ground wire. I reconnected power and set a bake cycle at 450?F. The customer advised that they had to leave and that they would do a two hour burn off on Monday. The customer is the builder and advised that he would remove the ground wire if the breaker continue to trip to get the unit up to proper temperature prior to doing a burn off. Tech line and safety team are closed today so I spoke to SW, and was advised that she would contact them on Monday to report findings. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.
