"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has ice that is clumping. Inspect the unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit I had pumped all of its ice for five days ago and she jumped off the ice and since then, it has not been clumping and has been working properly. She also noticed that there is a little bit of moisture on the top of the freezer door gasket but has not been able to find any water residue anywhere. I did confirm that the ice bucket was full and no ice was clumped. Did not find any water inside or outside of the eye store area. I did find a little moisture on the top of the freezer gasket but did explain to the customer that during high humidity points, moisture can develop on the top of the freezer gasket due to the heat exchange inside of the mullion that goes across the top of the gasket. I ran through diagnostics and was unable to replicate any kind of water overflow from the icemaker or leaking within the refrigerator. The customer advised that she would keep her icemaker off and verify if any more moisture develops on the freezer gasket. The customer will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker harvest and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube and there was no water being dispensed into the tray. I removed the toeplate and disconnected the fill tube at the bottom left corner and no water came out of the tube. I blew through the tube and found it was frozen/clogged. I retested the fill tube with it disconnected and water came from the valve. Once the fill was done, I monitored the tube for any weeping from the valve and found none. I removed the ice maker housing and found the fill tube frozen at the opening. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and reconnected the tubing at the bottom left corner and retested and the ice maker is operating as designed. While testing, I found the damper is making a loud chatter noise. I am ordering the damper/diffuser and scheduled return service for 11/04/22. Removed access panel and found the belt was twisted, the cycling thermostat had blown apart, and the thermal fuse was open. Replaced the thermal fuse with one I had assigned, but additional parts still needed. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found that the part that was ordered was the convection fan. When the blower fan is making the humming noise. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the back cover and plugged in the new compressor. Found the unit pulling 7.1 A and shutting off within 10 seconds. Replaced the start device with a new start device out of the compressor box and still pull the same amperage and shut down. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7734728276. He reached out to his supervisor and advised that the issues that have been found with the compressors have been issues with the parts being damaged in transit or at the distributor warehouse. He advised to order the compressor directly from Whirlpool and to have the customer reach out to customer service for any further assistance or resolution. They advise the customer of Techlines findings and the customer advised that she would contact whirlpool directly due to this ongoing issue that has not been resolved since the middle of July. Ordering the part in the meantime and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are made available. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice or water properly. Found pantry control and pantry door wiring corroded as well as dispenser switch contacts sticking. Arrived on site for washer not allowing any functions. Upon arrival confirmed issue and was not able to enter diagnostics due to control not responding and found cause of failure had been because drain pump and shorted out taking the controller with it. After replacing both parts and getting all those for repairs I was able to reassemble and test unit with new drain pump and control and found that unit now operated as designed except for the inlet valve on the cold side not allowing any water into the unit even though it had a proper 120 V connection. Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found an air gap on the top of the freezer gasket. Customer is also experiencing nuisance tripping and deli drawer cover door is cracked. Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found lock assembly broken and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Return date set for ordrng 1 WH08X32697 (Lock)

Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Found reservoir was overflowing. In diagnostics water level sensor was reading full when reservoir was empty. Recommend replacing recirculating pump. ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump)

Arrived onsite for washer not finishing a cycle. On inspection found 2 errors F8e1 f0e5 f0e2. Ran diagnostics mode and the cold water inlet was slowly filling the unit. Hot water filled the unit as designed. Installed the cold water inlet valve and retested the unit. The unit is working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a range oven that has a broken control panel. Upon arrival cx demonstrated to me how he unit would scroll though its operating/function on its own. Which tells me that the console is defective. I replace the console and tested unit n found unit operating as designed. Cx will connect unit to her WiFi.. job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to dry the clothing at least three times just to get the clothing dried. Using my vent test kit, I tested the unit in the Air Fluff mode and the first two tests failed (photos). I demonstrated for the customer and again the test failed showing poor airflow. I tested the unit with heat and found the unit element illuminating in the back left corner vent. I found the vent tube at the back l f the unit is the correct firm tubing that the manufacturer recommends. I recommended that the customer have the vents checked/cleaned and also checked the venting that goes up to the roof or the rot he side of the house. I referred the customer to pages 17 & 18 of the installation manual regarding vent lengths and number of elbows. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a microwave/oven combo to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the main control and set the offset in the UI back to 0. I tested the oven and after preheat I found the oven cycling between 335-365 degrees while set at 350 degrees. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is heating the oven when plugged in. Examined unit and found the broil element is generating heat even when it's not fully powered. Found element is grounding to chassis, and is heating even with 120v. I also found the front right element switch (orange) is scorched and needs to be replaced as well. W14RSZ1WPL1 autho. Ordered parts. ; ordrng 1 W10856603 (Broil element) and 1 WP3149400 (Infinite switch)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling and a clicking noise coming for the unit. Upon arrival I Inspected the evap and found none frost pattern developing. The evap fan was running. I check the compressor and found that the stat device wa cycling on and off Rapidly. I tested unit with known good start device And found that the unit began to run I monitored the evaporator and found a nice frost pattern developing in the unit continue to run. ordrng 1 WPW10448874 (Start device) and 1 W11179313 (Cap)

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher, Found copper grommets on heating element. Water has been leaking through this and caused damage to floor under dishwasher. Heating element will need to be replaced, will also bring back new insulation and control board. ordrng 1 W11410066 (Control) and 1 W11573704 (Shield) and 1 W11537778 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker in the on position and only 3 cubes in the bin. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker from points T to H and it failed. I tested the fill tube and it too failed. I am ordering the ice maker and scheduled return service ordrng 1 WPW10190981 (Ice maker) and 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE AFTER 1PM)"
