"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but as soon as they press start, the unit will make a clicking noise and nothing will happen. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access to the thermal fuse. I found the thermal fuse open. I replaced the thermal fuse and checked all heating components. I found all showing within range and working properly. I checked behind the dryer and found a kink on their vent hose causing an airflow restriction. I did advise the customer that it appeared that was the main cause for their issue. The customer stated that they also may have a a problem with their vent cover up on the roof. I tested the dryer and found the dryer cycling properly. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for unit making noise during spin cycle. Ran diagnostics and found stored error codes 6/3 overloading and 0/3 ACU can't hear MCU. Cleared codes and tested. Found noise from underneath unit. Inspected and found rotor bolt on the floor. Suspected overload cause unit to bottom out and un-threaded bolt. Secured bold and notified customer on load size. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting a cycl. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, the customer explained that this unit has not worked since they bought it and that when they start a cycle, it'll just hum and then do nothing. I ran the inner through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F2 E1(Stuckkey) error codes. I ran the unit through my annual testing and found the cold water valve, not drawing in any water. I checked the valve at the wall and found the valve at the wall had been turned off. I turned on the cold water valve and ran the unit through testing. I found the unit began to work and operate as designed. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I had the customer start a cycle and we found the unit begin to fill and agitate as designed indicating the machine is fully operational. Call complete. No parts were installed."

No work performed. Customer had unit fixed since we couldn't get here until Friday. Closing call.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making a loud banging during spin. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a small test load provided by the customer and was able to recreate the sound. I found that the hose and water lines were vibrating and banging against the wall behind the washer. I secured the waterlines and hose with zip ties. I retested the washer and it is no longer banging. No water leaks observed during service. No parts needed"

Arrived on site for long fill. Ran diagnostics checked for error codes f8 e1 stored long fill. Checked unit and found water turned off on hot side. Cleared error codes turned water on and ran test cycle. Tenant did 8nform me this issue started occurring when maintenance came to to looka water supply hose bib. Maintenance turned off water supply. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to job completed

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Upon arrival started a bake cycle, heard spark and gas but no ignition. Found spark igniter positioned too far away from the burner tube. Repositioned spark igniter and tested, unit ignites on first spark every time. Started a 350? bake cycle and monitored with a thermocouple, after 10-15 minutes the unit reached set temp. Unit began to cycle between 335? to 365?. No one on site for signature. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer shaking and moving. Upon further inspection, I found a large hole in the wall to the left of the unit and a small dent on the front panel of the cabinet. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring damaged as well. I removed the tub ring and using my flashlight, I placed my flashlight inside the basket along the sides of the basket and found the balance holes were not fully punched through which is causing the unit to get off balanced per service pointer #W11684122. Also found that the dryer had damage to it from the washer getting off balanced. I inspected the suspension rods and the tub assembly and did not find any damages. I advised the customer that i am ordering the cabinet, basket, suspension rods, and tub ring and the office will contact them when the parts arrive to schedule return service. I recommended the customer contact Whirlpool customer service to discuss the repairs on the dryer. Ordering the basket, cabinet, tub ring and CNOTE-2 HOUR and return with all prescreened parts. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE BASKET, CABINET, TUB RING AND SUSPENSION RODS. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10596395 (Cabinet) and 1 W11213957 (Leveling feet kit) and 1 W11172199 (Basket) and 1 W11550886 (Tub ring) and 1 CNOTE (2 HOUR JOB)"

"Arrived on site for range tripping breaker during preheating of bake cycle only. On arrival i found the voltage readings at 244 L1&2, 122 L1n&L2n, 0g&n. Replaced w11182108 bake element, w10856603 broil element, & w11696067 control. Found amp draw to bake at 10 and broil 14. Found no voltage to ground during entire cooktime and unit heated to 500 without tripping breaker. Call complete."

Verified concern, water faucet only dispensing cold water. Informed customer that the faucet feature is designed to only dispense cold water.
