"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water again and showing the error code F8E4. I placed unit in diagnostics and found error codes F9E2, F8E4, FAE2 (F10E2). Cleared the codes and removed the toeplate and continued with testing. I found the drip tray full of water and emptied it. Once the unit began to wash, I found water leaking at the back of the unit. I opened the unit door to stop testing and pulled the unit out and closed the door to continue tested. I found the unit damaged at the top back left corner of the u;it and the tub seal broken causing the water to leak at the top corner and bottom corner (photos). Also found water damage on the floors (photos) and cabinet walls (photos). Also, when the motor came on I heard it make a loud moaning noise as if it were struggling to push the water through the manifold. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator REF motor is louder, freezer not holding proper temp, measured fill not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I found the RC evap fan motor making a noise as if it were about to stop functioning. Customer advised the measured fill isnt working properly again and instead of 8 ounces of water, theyre only getting approximately 4 ounces. I tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. I tested all components listed in the tech sheet and all are operating as designed. I found the right door gasket torn at the top left corner. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped. Arrived onsite for Ice Machine not producing ice. On inspection checked water pressure and it was good. The cooling plate frosted over but no water was coming out. Gain access to the pump and it was extremely hot. Next I pulled the water pan and it was not attached to the back of the unit. Once I removed it the water pan I could see that the insert was pulled out of insulation where the screw attaches the water pan to the back of the unit. Then I was inspecting the rest of the water pan and the drain pump was not all the way on. Inspecting where the drain pump and noticed it was broken where it attaches at. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water. I pressed the start button for 3 seconds to get the drain pump turned on and I could hear the pump motor but no water was being drained. I found the drain hose kinked at the disposal and also found the unit connected with the RO system drain hose (photo). I corrected the dishwasher drain hose (photo) and retested the unit. I found the drain pump struggling to pump the water out the unit so I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have whoever installed the RO system to remove the RO drain hose and position it on the lower piping and explained that the manufacturer will not be responsible if the dishwasher floods the home and the RO system drain hose is installed this way. I advised that the RO tank will drain and can potentially backfill into the dishwasher causing it to overflow and flood the home. I contacted techline and got this information documented in SR #7735786333. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise. On inspection I turn the tub by hand and it had a roared loud. Then put in diagnostics and it got real loud. Gain access to,the bottom of them unit and there was no oil signs. Took the pulley still could not find any evidence of oil leak. I took the wash plate to see it there was any thing causing the noise. I again spun the unit by hand it sound like the bearing were bad. I replaced the gearcase and ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the roaring noise was gone.

Arrived on site for washer not filling. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After further testing I found inlet valve failing to open with 120 applied as well as cuttoff valves not fully turned on. Replaced valve and retested unit. Found no leaks but found evidence of stand pipe drain clogged and will lead to potential flood

"Arrived on site to test unit for no lights, no ice and no water dispensing. Unplugged pantry UI and lights and water were restored. Arrived on site to test unit for F47 error. Found bad module replaced module. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I retested the unit and found that it operated as designed, until heated after several cycles. At that point, the unit would then not ignite, after the hot surface element heated and the gas valve could be heard clicking. Per MFG test #4d, pins 1-2 on the gas coils, were open load after the unit warmed up. Allowing the affected coil to cool, the continuity came back at 1-2 and was the reason for the intermittent operation. I removed and replaced the valve actuation coils and tested. The unit heated and through 10 cycles did not fail. Internal, no-load cycling temperatures on high temp setting were 101/193?F, which was very acceptable and temperature decline showed little restriction within the venting system. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the dr hose due the original part being badly crimped. Customer advised that the unit continues to make the noise it was making before and provided a video of the noise which sounded like the condenser fan blade hitting something. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and when the valve came on, I heard a vibration noise and found it was the valve bracket vibrating against the unit chassis so I adjusted it and the noise stopped. When the recirculating pump came on, it began to make a grinding noise as if it were struggling to pump. When the condenser fan came on, I could not hear anything other than normal noise. I advised the customer of my findings, in which, they heard this noises as well. "Arrived on site for induction cooktop, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was still the same issue F47. I found that the unit was not installed correctly from the first time when it was installed. Called techline and spoke to Rich SR#7735773900 and I explained of what I found. Thechline recommended to replace the module and advise customer that the unit needs proper ventilation. I explained to customer and they disagree. Spoke to my manager CS and he will contact CX to explain. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived onsite for dryer gasket and determined gasket would need to be replaced, ordering gasket and adhesive to repair. All else checks good.

Arrived onsite and determined ongoing issue with door tension. Alignment feels and appears to be normal with left side door and soft close is working but last bit of tension insufficient to engage door latch without being touched closer by hand at which point it will stay closed. Hinges have already been replaced. Sr#7735776560 bruce. Said frame could be damaged or receivers could be damaged. Ordering receivers and hinges for return service. Will inspect for frame damage while onsite. ; ordrng 1 W11643900 (Hinge) and 1 W11318331 (Left receiver) and 1 W11317948 (Receiver right)

"253.70603415 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit was froze up, the evaporator was filled with frost and ice that was preventing airflow and allowing the nit to cool. I advised the customer to leave the unit unplugged for 48 hours and then to contact us if further icing issues persist. No water connections to unit, in maintenance office."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher making a very loud knocking noise when the water starts. I found the complaint was a knocking noise when the machine starts washing. I found the lower wash arm missing the lower bearing and it is not available anymore but I also found the metal bottom on one side of the wash arm bent down and hitting the door. I bent the metal back in position and the noise went away.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed gasket. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed rc door gasket. Also double checked drain line and found clog within drain compartment of rc console. Cleared clog to insure leak wouldnt come back.

"Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found stable power supply. Upon further disassembly I found high limit cuttoff broken, element at 10.1 resistance but coil divider wall split heavily and grounding out. Also found signs of possible wall clog within venting of home using test kit I made repairs. Found unit heat8ng as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Customer replaced latch himself with no change in results. Found control received proper voltage(120vac) but not responding. Replaced control and completed diagnostics with no issues. No leaks detected, job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not dissolving soap. Test unit and wash motor working and unit getting plenty of water. Found water cold not getting enough hot water. Advised customer to run hot water at sink before starting the dishwasher

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found retention strap was not on run cap and start device causing to vibrate itself off. Secured run cap and start device compressor kicked right in with no issues. Unit started to develop frost pattern as designed.

"Arrived on site for uneven cooking in oven . Customer also mentioned smelling gas every once in awhile . Used leak detector and found bubbling at wall connections, tightened connection. No longer any bubbles . Re-straightened flame spreader. And cover . Ran temp checks and readjusted temp -15 . . No other leaks with range itself found . Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer not draining . Found impelled warping. Replaced pump. Ran diagnostics All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they had replaced the filter a little over three months ago and their water supply has dropped tremendously within the last few weeks. Remove the filter and added the bypass cap. Found water flowing and operating as designed. Replaced the filter and ran 11 cups of water through the dispenser. Found no changes in the water pressure indicating the issue was just with a bad filter.Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced evap fan motor and condenser fan motor. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site. Found unit not powering on disconnected power to external drain pump powered icemachine to outlet unit powered on ran diagnostics no power to water valve,exited diagnostics ran normal cycle valve energized weak water flow. Diagnosed unit will need a new external drain pump,recirculating pump and valve,replaced all three ran diagnostics good water flow,recirculating pump working water drained from pump to drain line checked all water connections no leaks.

Arrived on site to replace thermal fuse. Replaced fuse test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise and no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit kept beeping and they found ice build up in the freezer section so they unplugged it to get it to stop beeping. I found the unit plugged in now and cooling properly. I inspected the deli control and harness and both were good. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all thermistors, fans and ice maker and unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit in test 4 of diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermistors and all were within range. I provided the customer with a disclaimer from management and discussed the issues weve been finding with this unit and the customer mad Ised that the UI has been showing PO when they notice it stops cooling. Due to the unit being out of warranty and the issues theyre experiencing, is commended they not repair the unit as explained in the disclaimer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range control panel flashing and beeping. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of what the control panel is doing/showing which based off of the display numbers, its not an error code thats being displayed. The customer provided a video showing the control display flashing then you hear a beep and the flashing stops. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found 1c1c-shorted key. I advised the customer of the error code and explained that with the shorted key, it could be the cause of the display flashing and turning itself off and on. I removed and replaced the control assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I tested the cooktop and all burners are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the freezer harness and defrosted the rest of the freezer section. Reassemble the unit and tested the unit. The unit began working operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling. Examined unit with black light and found dripping/leak coming from the Y on the dryer. Dryer covered in dye. Evacuated system and replaced dryer. Placed under vacuum and verified good pressures and no loss after 15 minutes. Charged unit to manufacturer specs. Ran unit for 20 mins observing the dryer to make sure no leaks or bubbles popped up. Unit is cooling and there's no other leaks found. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice and has an odor in the RC. I found the FC only getting to 31 degrees. I found a block of ice at the capillary entrance to the evaporator and the frost pattern about 2/3 down the first line. The compressor is not pumping and will need to be replaced. I explained this to the customer and advised to call LG and see if there was any warranty on the compressor or to replace the refrigerator
