Found F5-E2 lock failure. Test unit and lock operates correctly. Ran auto test and drain and spin cycles. Unit is operating as designed. Customer had accidentally pressed the lock button for 3 seconds instead of start button. The 2 buttons are side by side. Instructed customer on how to lock and unlock panel. "Arrived to inspect incorrect times. I found there were no stored errors and the unit passed service test mode. All settings showed a initial time of 14 min and changing settings caused the time to change to the correct value for the settings, but when the dial was turned, they all defaulted back to the 14 min. I cycled the power off and then back on and the issue immediately resolved. I advised the CX to cycle power if the issue returns and to contact the MFG if it returns repeatedly. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect heating issue. The CX and prior history led me to believe that there was an issue with subsequent heating, after initial preheat. During testing I noted the unit would pulse up to five times before ignition would occur, and then there was an over-lean condition and loud combustion. The flame tube had the appearance of incomplete burn, denoting lean fuel to air ratio. I found the air shutter set too far open and after adjusting, the flame was at acceptable levels and ignition occurred every time at the first, or only a few times at the second ignition attempt. I tested at 350 and all cycle ignitions were flawless, until the chassis heated up: 460, 366, 411, 384, 408, 386, 410 and then fell off completely. I inspected the DSI board and found a failed joint at the spark transformer and corrected. Second testing at 350, after removing a 30+ offset, was: 433, 336, 371, 338, 388, 341, 389, 340, 387, 341, 385, stabilized average was 364 and I induced a -10F offset. The unit heated and cycled as designed after the repair and did not fail again.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps and cooktop center burner. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 391. Next three readings never got below 360 degrees. Stopped testing and found the unit had been calibrated +5 degrees. Recalibrated to 0 and retested and temps never got below 359 degrees. I found the unit sensor needs to be replaced. I inspected the center burner and found grease/oil around the front the burner head. I disassembled the burner head and cap,and found oil in between the head and cap. Cleaned the burner and reassembled and tested. All burners are operating as designed. I am ordering the oven sensor and scheduled return service for 07/15/22. Bake ignitor will need to be inspected upon return service. I was unable to check it after testing due to it being too hot. I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 411. Next five readings were 342, 383, 343, 367, 342 for an average temp of 355.4 degrees. During testing I found the door gasket not sealing properly on left side as there was smoke coming out the door area on the left side from burning food residue. Also found the left hinge (non-spring) was squeaking badly when opening and closing the door. I test3d the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I am ordering the left hinge (passive) and door gasket and scheduled return service for 07/12/22. Upon arrival inspected unit and found lots of frost on evaporator panel. Ran diagnostics and forced heater and could not find it energizing. Cleared all the frost from evaporator panel and removed panel. The entire evaporator , fan , and harness is completely covered with 4 inches of solid ice. Uploaded pics on SD. Cleared just enough ice to get to heater. There is zero volts to heater. Ohmed heater and resistance is 38. Quoting customer for control, heater , harness and thermistors , Need customer to unplug unit for at least 48 hours with freezer door open and towels around floor. I found the RC evaporator fan had failed and I replaced the assembly and tested. The unit resumed normal operation, but we will need to return for the door closures. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they plugged the unit into a different GFCI outlet with GFCI breaker and the unit continued to trip the breaker. I inspected the ignitor and it was good. I inspected the harness to the ignitor and gas valve and they are good. I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I plugged the unit into a non GFCI outlet with AFCI breaker and tested the unit. Customer advised that the unit would trip once the oven reached preheat temps approximately 15 mins afterwards. I tested on Bake at 350 degrees and once the unit reached preheat temps at 12:22, I monitored the temps and fluctuation and approximately 32 mins after preheat, the unit continued to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found plastic pieces inside the basket basket has been moving all over the place. I moved the basket and found the basket shaft welds have broken. I removed the agitator and found the welds were in fact broken and the basket is not secured. I attempted to remove the spanner nut but it would not come off. I tilted the unit back and found all components underneath are good. I advised the customer of my findings. Unable to fully test the unit, I am ordering the outer tub, basket, drive hub, spanner nut, tub ring, suspension rods and will return with all prescreened parts. Also ordering a CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Customer advised that the unit is creating a lot of oil/grease at the top and on the cabinets. I tested the unit and it is heating properly. I removed the center cover and found the damper not sealed properly allowing airflow to the front of the unit. Using foil tape, I sealed off the damper and re-installed the cover and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I explained to the customer that using foods that create a lot of grease will collect on the top of the unit and cabinets above unless they keep the unit vent screens clean and made recommendations for use and care. "Arrived to inspect no spraying. I entered service test mode and found 4-3 stored. I entered the automatic test mode portion of the cycle and the unit filled, circulated and I interrupted it to close the detergent door. Upon main door closure, the circulation did not start up, but the detergent door opened. I found the motor tested ok, but there was a constant 111 VAC anytime the pilot relay was activated and when the unit should have ran the circulation pump, the voltage jumped to 118VAC. Secondary testing revealed the pump drew 1.14 amps initially and then at any pause after, when re-energized, the amperage would momentarily jump to .5+ and then decline, indicating the inability of the control to supply the correct power. Further testing showed the voltage to drop out completely and the motor showed 7.6 ohms, within mfg specs. No leaks observed during service. Please contact the CX if there are any cancellations and we can get back earlier.; ordrng 1 W10906425 (Control)"

"Arrived to inspect over-cooling. I measured the internal tempaerturn and found it near the expected temp, but the unit had been opened by the CX several times prior to my arrival. I accessed the temperature sensor and compared its readings to K-type thermistor, placed under the sensor and found the resistance at the control reading 22.35Kohm (45.5F) at 53F (18.35Kohm) with the expected temp and resistance within parenthesis. The unit should actually be too warm with the error. I verified all wiring and airflow and discussed the issue with the CX. They elected to hold off on the thermistor and will set the temperature up to get it to the proper internal temp to stop freezing. The unit does not have an offset and cannot be adjusted. I leveled and squared the chassis. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint but found the refrigerator completely packed full of food and items pushed against the back wall causing an air flow restriction. He advised that things are freezing on the second shelf where multiple items were pushed against the back wall. I explain to the customer that airflow can cause this issue. Went over user care guide with the customer. Went ahead and checked the damper and found it opening and closing as designed. Remove the back cover for the control and check resistance through the thermistors. Found the refrigerator thermistor reading 5.27 k ohms (51?F) and the freezer thermistor showing 16.45 k ohms (11?F). Checked my temperature in my refrigerator and found it sitting at 52?F check the freezer and confirmed the 11?F. Advise the customer that the unit is working as designed and the airflow issue is the only thing that can be causing this at this point. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

The customer stated the can hear the unit sparking and the gas coming out every time it will not lite. I tested the unit and found the bake ignitor a little warped so I replaced it. I found it sparking multiple times to light the burned so I adjusted the air shutter and was able to get it to lite on the first spark.
