"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop missing a screw from the top right burner. Upon further inspection, I found one of the screws, to the back right burner, was missing. Also found the ignitor to this burner not seated properly. I raised the cooktop onto my supports and removed the cooktop from the base and found the ignitor clip had fallen off. I found the screw to the same burner head was broken and I removed the base of the screw and re-installed the ignitor. I reassembled the unit and using screws from my van stock (W10758282), I replaced the screws that were damaged/missing and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. "WRS588FIHZ04 Arrived to inspect ice dispensing issue. I found the button had to be pressed very hard and for a long duration to dispense the ice. The door flap would initially open and then there would be no dispenser motor. I replaced the switch and found no issue and tried a second one that was sent out, just in case. Seeing no difference, I replaced the UI and found the issue resolved. I suspect the circuit board within the UI may have been damaged and the excessive pressure in the button flexed the dispenser area and UI mount, causing continuity within the circuit. The chassis required squaring and door matching. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking inside of the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that over the last few weeks, they have noticed water droplets at the top, the refrigerator section and has been dripping down in their refrigerator. They also advised that the freezer has been frosting up in the freezer section too. Confirmed both complaints and found no issues with the gaskets, but air seeping in from the edges of the cabinet where the liner does not meet the cabinet. I found the refrigerator liner at the bottom creating a half inch wide gap at the bottom, causing the refrigerator issue and two spots up at the freezer corners, causing the freezer frost. I called Whirlpool Tech-line and spoke to Andy SR# 7736395100. He had me take several photos of the gaps and advised that this unit would be sent to review based on the photos sent. I found the customer not using rinse aid (photo). I found a large amount of powder detergent and hard water deposits on the element as well. I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and on the last drain cycle it started to drain. I ran diagnostics again it it drain the unit every time it called for drain.

I tried adding some sound pads at the rear cover vent exit and noise was still not fully gone. Disassembled unit and found a random nut under the vent pipe causing the rattle. Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop with several high flames. Customer showed me some of their pots are browning on the bottom from high flames. I adjusted all 4 burners for slightly lower output and advised to make sure setting is turned down to appropriate level. Unit itself is working as designed with no failures. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is still leaking after the door gasket was replaced. I ran the diagnostics cycle but could not duplicate the leak. The customer stated it doesnt leak every cycle but like every other cycle. I did find water trails down the right side door jamb. The customer confirmed that the leak is on the right side. I found the new gasket getting rippled in the upper corner. I removed the gasket and reinstalled it and the ripples are gone now. I explained to the customer to monitor it and see if the issue is resolved and to call the office if it leaks again. . Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling. I found the unit unplugged and at room temperature and it was equalized at 37 psi. I found the entire compressor pan covered in dye and dye was on the floor. The only place that remotely looked like it has leaked was the access valve. I removed the refrigerant and filled the system with nitrogen. I found no other leaks and my gauges never moved. I replaced the compressor and dye drier. I added an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.9 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete.

I advised the increased moisture within the homes air, can adversely affect the flame coloration and that in general, it is not an issue and will remedy itself within a short time after the use of a humidifier has ceased. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer error code(s). Upon further, the customer had a load of clothing drying and after approximately 10 mins, the unit shut down and the displayed showed error code F9E2-drain assembly failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and began to disassemble the unit to gain access to the interior parts. I followed the tech sheet and it says to replace the the drain hose and bracket assembly, but this part is nowhere listed in the parts breakdown. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris advised that the Heat Pump Assembly on page 8 of the breakdown was the drain tube and bracket assembly and recommended replacing the assembly as the drain pump has failed. He provided SR#7736297364. I removed and replaced the part and cleaned the reservoir and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit continued to show the error code; therefore, I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for lo flo error code, tested unit found leaking cold valve, customer stated that drum fills up on its own and he has to drain the unit daily, due to hard water in the area valves are calcified,

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found housing to filter not sealing properly and leaking water. I made repairs. Found unit no longer leaking and dispensing water as designed. Call complete

8115-Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found blue wire to start device worked its way out of molex connection. Installed new spade connection and secured into molex connection. Unit now working as designed
