"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Arrived to install new sump and motor under warranty, while I was removing the defective part found that the float assembly was broken. I advised him not to use until it was fixed. Returning tech to make sure no leaks are present after replacing float. ordrng 1 WPW10195036 (Float assembly)"

"Arrived to inspect leak. I observed all functions of the unit from below the sump area and found no issues. Removing the door panel, I discovered water would bubble and churn in only one spot at the lower door area, which would cause foaming of even the lightest amount of detergent and eventual spill over of the foam. Moving the lower spray arm caused the bubbling area to move to a different part of the door and I could not hear rotation of the arm during testing. I found debris within the propulsion jets of the lower spray arm and removed it. The issue was not resolved and I discovered the internal gearing for the water spray system was not operable and locked up. The issue prevented the arm from moving, especially coupled with the debris in the jets. The lower spray arm will need to be replaced and we will clip in the element to the front mount at that time as well. No leaks of the water supply or drain observed during service. Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection the left front burner was not lighting. Attempted to remove the screws in broke the screw heads of of the burner. Got the burner off found the simmer orifice was clogged. Clean the orifice up and reinstalled. The burner started working after it was cleaned. Ordering new screws and orifice holder. Arrived on site and inspected washer and found customer has a video of it making noise during spin cycle. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. On inspection found that there was no rinses aid in the unit. Filled the rinse aid and tested the unit and it was drying as designed. CX showed me where the unit was leaking from the left side of the door. Looks like the inner seal is letting water get by and run down the side of the unit. Ordering W11414078 inner seal. "Arrived on site for dryer over heating, randomly turning off, and improperly drying. Found no errors on arrival. Found moister sensor fuse harness had now failed along with sensor electrodes. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner caps and issues with the actual cooktop. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they use the front right burner with a large pan and try to adjust the burner knob, the knob is too hot to touch. I advised the customer that using a large pan/pot will require them to use the center burner, which they have been unable to do so because its missing a cap. I found the back left burner cap with a cap that doesnt even go to this model and the center burner missing the small center burner cap. Also found the cooktop badly scratched from installation. When I went to replace the cooktop, I found the new part had a rough finish when it should be smooth. I tried to clean the new cooktop with a microfiber cloth and stainless steel cleaner and the cloth would stick to the cooktop as if I were rubbing it on sandpaper. I installed the missing burner caps. I advised the customer that I would have to order another cooktop and the office will contact them when it arrives to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for washer not turning on. Upon arrival found unit underneath carport. Unit not installed in proper location. Was able to run extension cord to power unit. Found display Flashing F5 on console and beeping repeatedly. Opened lid and tub was full of debris and rodent droppings. Took pics. Unit will need console and main board just to be able to properly diagnose. Will need to report findings to Assurant. Needs AUTHO before moving forward.;

Found the evaporator fan and condenser fan running but the compressor not running. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found the compressor pulling 5.8 A for 30 seconds before shutting off. "Arrived onsite for oven not responding. Upon arrival found oven in garage. Customer uninstalled unit so electrician can verify supply voltage. Inspected unit in current state. Found thermal fuse failed. Notified customer to run a test at low temperature to insure components are functioning, especially the cooling fan. More often then not running a self clean or leaving the door open after cooking to cool.

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is leak washer upon inspection I found that there was no leak at the drain pump,brain hose, or tub/basket. I found a big leak at the bellow. I installed new below and tested unit and found that the leak was gone.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with upper rack not staying in position. Found adjusters broken and replaced them with updated parts. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not going into wash. Upon inspection I found that unit was not sending signals to the motor to start wash. I replace the control and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite and tested oven thoroughly for issue causing unit to stop working and go blank during preheat. Determined the range was on a non dedicated circuit that shared a gfci outlet with the counter top outlets. Determined that the customer was having to reset the gfci periodically to use the oven. advised that the oven should be on a dedicated non gfci circuit to restore proper consistent functionality. Explained that the gfci outlet can misread voltage changes as pre-indicators of harm and trip.

Arrived on site for door flopping down . Found spring had come out of hinge assembly. Reinstalled hinge and made sure clasp was properly in hinge . Door is functioning properly. No other issues found . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site for disposal. Inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was disposal was not working. They pulled the stuff from under the sink and then tested and it stared to work again. I explained to CX that disposal has a reset button on the bottom for safety and they probably accidentally reset it when removing the stuff from under.. No leaks where observed during service. "DVE60M9900V/A3 Arrived to inspect up dryer not starting. I disassembled the unit and found all thermal devices intact the belt switch reading correctly and the motor with expected resistances. I found the centrifugal switch was partially hanging and after removing debris from it and the surrounding area, the unit operated as designed. Full functions, including heat cycling and motor operations observed. Steam dryer, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the drum turning but no heat coming in. I removed the bottom front panel and checked the element, cutoffs, thermostat and fuse and all are good. I tested voltage at the wall and found the red to white is not getting voltage. Found black to white is getting 125V. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended having an electrician service the outlet and breaker. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and it failed to dispense. Removed the water filter and retested and it continued to fail. Pulled the unit out and disconnected the valve from the supply line and found no water coming from the supply line at the wall. Removed the water hose from the spigot and still no water. I advised the customer they would need to have a plumber inspect the water lines. Water at the wall was left turned off for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is not heating in the oven and flames are not consistent on the cooktop. Examined unit and tested functions. Found only 2 burners had spark coming, but flames looked healthy. Spark module is only sending voltage to 2 igniter, and needs to be replaced. Ran the oven and found it is heating, but control is not reading the temp changes. Temp sensor tested good when I checked it for resistence, and was adjusting for temp. Unit needs a control, spark igniter, and orifice cleaning to return to normal. Call complete."

Continued with testing and once the unit began to fill, the washplate never agitated while filling. Once the unit was done filling, I found the basket never floated. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised water was leaking at the front right corner to the middle of the unit. I removed the cabinet and tested the unit on a Rinse cycle and could not duplicate any leaks. I found the bleach cup ports clogged with debris. I poured a small amounts of water in the cup and found the water would not drain out, but would almost overflow the cup had I not stopped pouring water inside. I cleared the ports/debris and poured more water in the cup and it drained properly. I advised the customer of my findings . No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit blinking 7 times. Test unit and found clogged chopper blade. Cleaned out chopper blade test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

I tested the temps in the drum and due to poor airflow, the temps were well above the recommended temps. "WFW95HEDC0 Arrived to inspect washer not starting and issues. Service test mode had F3E1, F8E3, F9E1 and F5E3 stored in memory. I attempted an automatic test mode. The unit completed as designed, but I did note some excessive drain pump noise. I removed the back of the unit and vacuumed water from it and inspected the pump. I found debris within the strainer that was making contact with the impeller and removed. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly in FC and no ice production. Found what appeared to be restriction in FC evap. Accessed compressor compartment and heard slight hissing sound. Found oily substance leaking from where cap and suction tube enter/exit cabinet. Applied bubble solution and with applicator pressed up against cabinet bubbles were forming. Sent video to Techline and was advised unit would be sent for review. Gave customer SR# and advised to contact whirlpool if they have not been reached out to within 48hrs.

"Arrived on site to replace broken glass, replaced glass and customer asked to calibrated unit per customer request,

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not cleaning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of water and non-responsive. I unplugged the unit and waited. Removed the control panel and plugged the unit back in and pressed the start button and the unit cancelled and began to drain the water. In doing this, I found the control and drain pump are operating as designed. Once the water was drained from the tub, I tilted the unit back and found the actuator that of the new designed and the actuator arm was not engaged with the cam shifter. I removed and replaced the actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven making popping noises. Upon further inspection, I inspected all of the harnesses for any breaks in the wiring and found none. Tested the cooktop and found all burners are operating as designed. Removed the oven door and gained access to the bake burner and found it good. I did find the burner shutter door on the bake and broil burners wide open and allowing too much gas to escape the burner. I closed the doors approximately half way and tested the burners and they are functioning . Reassembled the unit and tested the unit in Bake mode at 350 degrees and the unit is operating as designed. During preheat and approximately 5 mins after preheat, I could hear popping noises from the metal being heated and expanding. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I advised the customer of my findings and the noises theyre hearing are normal. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Replaced door lower hinge cam. Door still opens to the same distance. Contacted techline. It is determined that the design of the pantry door is too close Refrigerator.

"WRT112CZJZ00 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit would not cool as it should and the capillary tube from the dye drier to the cabinet was very cold and coated with condensation. This denoted a restriction and I removed and replaced the drier and tested. The restriction was within the capillary tube area that is compressed by the Lokring connector and the connector caused the issue. The unit cooled as designed and all functions were present. The condensate pan would not fit in place due to incorrect sound deadening material placement and after correcting, the pan clipped into place. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site for not drying clothes . Found unit will tumble but not heat . Checked voltage at terminal block and found its dropped a leg of power . Flipped breaker and still losing leg of power . "Arrived onsite for a rang with a oven door gasket that would not stay in place. Upon inspection I found that the oven door gasket would not stay in place on the right side. It was also Brought to my attention that oven door seemed to to be warped. Upon further inspection I found that the was slightly uneven I adjusted the door and got it within reason from left to right, i the replace the door gasket and checked the door for a good seal and found that the door was sealing up just fine. Job complete."

"Arrived to inspect no cooktop without power. The CX was unsure of the correct operation of the unit due to incorrect information published within MFG documentation. I advised the CX there are several methods of cooktop lockout and this one is solenoid driven, and must have line VAC present to maintain gas supply to the cooktop. I demonstrated by igniting one of the burners and unplugging the unit, causing the cooktop gas supply to be interrupted and the flame to extinguish. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service. Warranty applied to this service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found drain hose pinched not allowing unit to drain correctly making unit over fill and leak. Corrected drain hose test unit and unit test good job complete. No leaks present at this time.

Arrived on site for a dryer that has a torn door gasket. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and replaced the door gasket. Advised customer to give the adhesive at least 12 hours to dry. Tested the unit in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer not agitating/spinning correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f7e1 and diagnostics indicating a motor related issue. Upon further investigation I found that the cam assembly has slipped down along with actuator falling out of place. Replaced actuator cam and capacitor. Reassembled and tested unit and found no leaks and unit now pull the cycling through all settings is designed. Call Complete
