Arrived onsite for washer not advancing cycle. I tested in diagnostics mode and found a F9E1 long drain present. I confirmed the unit was not draining. I continuity checked the harness from the control for the drain pump and found it to be reading open line and no continuity. I ohmed out underneath the unit on the drain pump and drain pump checked good at 21.7 ohms. The harness has a break in the y split and will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to test unit for strong gas odor. Upon arrival customer stated whenever the oven is in use it produces a strong gas smell to the point they have to open windows up. When unit is now in use there is no gas smell. Tested unit, unit is receiving proper voltage and has correct polarity. Started a bake cycle, when burner tube ignited noticed the flames are being pushed away from the burner holes too far. Also noticed the air shutter is open too much causing an improper air to gas ratio and allowing a larger amount of unburned gas into the atmosphere, producing a strong gas odor. Closed air shutter to about 10% open and tested unit, smell has been eliminated and the flames are now burning blue and a lot cleaner. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing items in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that items are freezing on the top shelf at the back wall and against the side wall that backs up to the freezer section. Also, items are freezing the in the top crisper drawer. I tested temps in the FC section=9 degrees. I test temps in the RC section at the top shelf and found it at approximately 40 degrees. I tested temps in the top crisper drawer and found 33 degrees and the lower crisper drawer at 44 degrees and I noticed the UI temp settings were set at FC=2 and RC=43. I explained to the customer how the unit operates as the unit only has one evaporator that cools the entire unit. I explained how the thermistors detect the temps and determine when each section has reached suggested temp settings. I explained how the cold air will run down the back wall and anything that is blocking the gaps between the back wall and the shelving can and will freeze. Also placing items against the side wall the separates the RC from the FC can and will potentially freeze. After researching the crisper drawer temps settings, I found the customer had the settings on meat, which is the coldest setting, which will explain why the produce has been freezing in the crisper drawer. I changed the setting to produce, which is the warmest setting and advised the customer that the cooling will take 24 hours to change and correct itself. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if cooling temps didnt change. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived onsite for broil feature not working correctly. Upon arrival I found the ignitor to be working and flame to be present. I tested the temp and found the unit to be cycling correctly to set temp of 500 degrees. Upon talking to customer he stated that he was going off of the manual which said to place food in after 5 minutes of setting pre heat. The reason as to why he was getting raw food is because the oven is not hot enough within 5 minutes of preheat to cook the food. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water or allowing ui functionality. On arrival found water leaking from inner hing under door as well as inner door frozen over with condensation leaking into insulation. Also found 4dcv instead of the 12dcv needed for ui to function but when I replaced control I found harness is breaking down in door. Found door is bad and needs to be replaced. "Arrived on site for washer not spinning out cloths or finishing cycles properly. On arrival confirmed issue and found F0e5, f7e9, f2e1. Found rotor locked error was due to broken slider and gearcase leaking oil. Found suspension rods coil allow washer to be pushed in such a way that mimicked dribbling a basketball quickly while touching the ground in the process. Didnt have W11130359 suspension at time of service and rescheduled customer for 11/19/24 to complete repairs with rods, w11393685 gearcase and w10734521 slider. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/19 TUE !"

"Arrived on site for washer off balance. On arrival confirmed failure. Found hub again was loose but the inner basket hole the gearcase rests in was hollowed out more and causing inner basket to wobble heavily and rust on gearcase shaft gearcase. . Found unit will need W10528947 hub, w10752719 inner basket, w11454734 gearcase, possibly w11130362 suspension rods. Was able to removed washplate. Suspension rods tested fine with push test but tub was to wobbly to allow unit to run towels without it possibly damaging outter frame. "Arrived on site to test unit for door not sealing. Upon arrival customer presented issue, top half of the FC door is not sealing causing frost to build up inside the FC. Removed all frost, heated the gasket to form it to the frame. Expanded the gasket as much as possible but door is still not sealing. Noticed a screw for the cam is backed out and rubbing on the bottom of the door, after tightening still no change and door is not sealing. Contacted service thread, per service thread will need to order a door, cam, and door stop. LSQ9010PW6 Arrived on site for a washer not draining. On arrival found that 5he door switch had failed replaced uploaded photo. Also found drain hose was so twisted under cab uploaded photo. Replaced part# s wp3363394 and wp8318084 them parts were needed but it didn't fix the on going issue ordering part#s WPW10096921 and wp661600 . Arrived on site for washer stuck on sensing. Found water still in tub and unplugged. Found f9e1. When running sensing light just blinks. Inspected and found wires to pump open. Did temporary wire repair. Completed diagnostic. Working as designed. Customer says it shakes more when clothes are in. Advised about soap usage and load size ordering harness and suspension. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the freezer section is the only one cooling. I inspected the FC evaporator cover and found approximately one inch of ice on the cover (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and found the thermistor is registering open when it should be closed. I tested the defrost heater and it is operating as designed. I advised the tenant they would need to defrost the unit by unplugging it at least 24 hours before we return to repair. Tenant advised she is only available on Saturdays so I advised the owner would need to contact the office to reschedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. Ordering the defrost thermistor and office to schedule return service.; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found E5 error. I tested the harvest in test 57 and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and I could hear the valve energize, but no water went into the tray. I found ice on the front of the ice bin door and under the ice bin door gasket (photos). Also found the ice bin door gasket badly crimped (photo). also found the unit doors had been removed during installation and not properly re-installed. I adjusted the RC doors and leveled the unit. I am ordering the fill tube heater, ice bin door, dual valve and will return with all prescreened parts, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Scheduled return service for 11/20/24. No water leaks observed during service and no parts installed today. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE ICE BIN DOOR, ICE MAKER, FILL TUBE HEATER, HV CONTROL AND TEST BEFORE REPLACING THE DUAL VALVE.; ordrng 1 W11226501 (Fill tube heater) and 1 W11399564 (Ice bin door) and 1 W11482383 (Dual valve)"

Test cook top and all burners except center burner are operating. Was not initially able to test oven due to burned up control and harness. Need to replace control panel and center burner.
