"Arrived on site for washing machine, not filling properly and the drain pump staying on. I plugged the unit in and canceled the drain. I entered diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water, agitating and draining. When the unit went into a spin I could hear cpscreeching from under the unit. I gained access to the gear case and found it leaking, I also found the belt slipping on the cam pulley. The gearcase, pulley and belt all need to be replaced.

I found pipe dope was used on the compression fitting side of the line not allowing it to compress and seal. I removed the pipe dope and cleaned out the threads. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has a broken ice maker again. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint with the icemaker being bowed and not operating properly. The customer advised that the cubes that were coming out or normal sized and the unit seem to have been running fine for the last three months up until about a week ago. I called Whirlpool Techline due to ongoing issues and spoke to Rich SR# 7734974343. He advised that because the unit is not over filling and creating an ice slab, the issue would have to be something customer related or something odd that is not typical of normal operation. We checked the liner for the door up against the icemaker and did not find any deformities. He advised that the issue could be with the customer putting things up in the ice container to cool them down quickly or issues with excess frost build up around the ice maker due to the door being opened for too long. He advised that there would be nothing within the icemaker itself that would cause this issue unless if it was a failed icemaker but couldnt imagine having two bad icemakers in a row. He advised to replace the icemaker and to call back if any other issue persist. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making different size cubes and is clumping ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that ice is clumping inside his ice container and its causing him not to be able to dispense ice. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the fill cup on the icemaker frozen over causing the issue with water leaking into the icemaker and ice bucket. Removed the ice buildup and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. The customer also complained about his unit tripping the breaker when it was on the plug behind the refrigerator. He had the unit plugged into another outlet and advised that the unit has been working ever since on that outlet and extension cord. I checked his breaker box and found that the plug behind the refrigerator was a part of a series of kitchen plugs inside the kitchen and the lights above the kitchen. Did advise the customer that it is most likely that when the unit is playing the highest amount of amperage and other things are being plugged in and running, it is over-amping the breaker. With the unit not tripping the other breaker that they have the unit plugged into for over a week, it would indicate that the issue was not with the refrigerator. Advise the customer to get a dedicated circuit to his refrigerator for this issue to correct his problem. Call complete."
