"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking from the dispensary. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the last repair, the unit has been leaking water from the water dispenser spout and will leak for anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes after. I did confirm the customers complaint and removed the tube at the quick connect at the top of the door. I found that the tube at the top of the door would not leak when testing at the quick connect. I went ahead and replaced the tube, going through the door and found no difference in the amount of leaking. I gained access to the inlet valve and found the water tube that goes from the valve up to the top of the refrigerator door was scratched up and partially leaking at the valve, causing the issue. Ordering the water dispenser tube, and will return with the valve and spigot just in case. I rescheduled the customer to his requested Friday, 11/22. ; ordrng 1 W11227371 (Dispenser spigot) and 1 W11666461 (Water dispenser tube)"

"Arrived on site to follow up on microwave that was sometimes not starting. I first noticed that there is no light coming on in the cavity. Opening and closing the door made no difference. Sometimes if you try and start it the unit says to open and close door. Customer also had a video that showed no start and rapid clicking, which is a sign of issues in the interlocks. I'm ordering the interlocks and bulb to resolve all issues present. Confirmed with claims that the cavity bulb is covered, just not the hood bulb. Return visit set for 11/20. ordering necessary parts. When the basket began to drop, the stream would hit the top of the tub ring and cause water to spray out from between the lid and frame. Water pressure at the valve is 60 PSI. Valve on the unit is not opening all the way causing a more direct stream of water. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E9-locked rotor. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed; however, the washplate is making an abnormal noise and the tub assembly is shaking. I tilted the unit back and found the rotor bolt was missing and laying on the floor (photo). I removed the rotor and found a small amount of gearcase oil on the slider and clutch. I removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. I adjusted the leaving feet to level the unit. Also noticed during service, an odor of vinegar. Customer advised that they use vinegar as a softener and I recommended they didnt use it directly into the unit as it will deteriorate rubber seals and some metals, which I found some rust around the bleach cup (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the diffuser in test #3 and when the diffuser door began to open the customer identified the noise. I also found the unit not leveled and a different humming noise coming from either the condenser coils or from the back of the unit at the compressor. I removed and replaced the diffuser and pulled the unit out to find the access valve on the compressor was resting against the back metal cover and making the vibration/humming noise. I adjusted the sealed system tubing at the back near the compressor and the noise stopped. I put the unit back in its space and leveled the unit and unit is operating as designed. I tested the fascia heater in test 76 and found no voltage getting to the heater. I tested continuity to the heater and its good. I pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the hv control and retested the ice maker and ice maker fascia heater and the heater is getting 123V and in test 56, there no further error codes to the ice maker. The customer advised that the unit made 10 cubes of ice within a 24 hour period and that it has gotten a little better but it is not nearly making as much as it used to. I did find ice within the ice bin, but not very much. But I jumped the icemaker and found the icemaker would turn. I checked the temperature in the freezer and found the freezer at 2?F in the refrigerator at 38?F. I wouldve had and replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. "WRF535SWHZ10 Arrived to install parts. Found the door gasket installed prior, was badly deformed and not sealing well. I was able to reheat and recondition the gasket and correct the sealing issue. The left and right door closers were not lubricated, as required and I corrected. The door closing issue was due to the leveling legs not being set and after correcting, the issue was resolved. All drawers required lubrication and after applied, fully closed and stayed in place. I advised the customer on the repairs. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Checked for errors via test 56 and found E1, E5, for no cooling and timeout. Icebox Fan felt like it was not blowing as hard as it should be. I replaced the icemaker, icebox fan, and the control to resolve the errors and no ice condition. Unit cycles properly. Ice should return to normal production when temps drop. Repair completed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making noise when in use. Customer said noise comes from the freezer side. I checked the evap fan and found no ice or noise. Fan noise did sound slightly unusual, but it worked normally. I found the fridge was canted to one side, and just did not want to be level. Checked the floor and found floor was off level, and unit can not be squared. Once I moved unit back in the fan noise had gone back to normal, so noises seem to be tied to cabinet geometry which can't be addressed without some custom shim / floor work. Unit working as designed. No parts used."

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying clothes. Upon arrival I checked temps with the vent on and found it to reach 159 and when cycled off it would drop very slowly. I checked temps with the vent off and found the dryer to hit 179 and then when dropping it would drop much quicker. I inspected the outside vent and found lint all around the exit. Customer will need vent cleaned and advised them of getting a flap installed instead of the screen. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for washer making grinding noise. Customer stated that now the unit will not spin or agitate. I checked the bottom of the unit and found belt debris present. I pulled off the cover and the belt came off with it. I found the cam nut loose and allowing play on the cam up and down. This play caused the belt to fly off and grind against the pulley. I replaced the cam and belt and tested unit. Unit is now operating with no issues and operates as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. "WRS331SDHM06 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC at 15, with the machine in cooling mode. Test mode revealed the compressor operating, but thermals showed extremely low heat on the high side (95F) and no return heat form the condenser, denoting sealed system failure. The MFG BOM shows the machine as a start device compressor type, but this machine has a line VAC signal driven inverter and will need to be researched. I included photos of the compressor and inverter. Office to research and order parts. Please allow two hours for a sealed system service tech, all copper R600a. "KBSD618ESS01 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer had the machine shut off upon my arrival and it was fully defrosted. I found the doors were not in plane and the right door was nearly 1/2 farther out at the top corner than the left. When testing for sealing via vacuum and compression from operation of the doors, I found very little that could be detected. I temporarily adjusted the refrigerator cabinet and found the expected vacuum returned. The machine will need to be secured and a final adjustment made. The ice door may not be fully closing, as excessive ice was consistently found within the ice bin and I will inspect upon return. I turned the machine back in and advised the customer of my findings and to leave it in the running state until my return. Office to schedule GCO with the customer.
