"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer icemaker is the problem not the refrigerator icemaker. Found the unit in the middle of a harvest and watched the icemaker return. Once the unit got to the fill portion of the cycle, found no water entering the unit. Checked the fill tube and did not find any ice blockage. The unit will need a new dual valve for repair. Arrived on site to follow up on compactir staying in the down position for aeveral hours before retracting. Called tech line and spoke with Steve SR7736623933. Based on available information and being unable to duplicate we opted to replace the motor due to it possibly overheating or failing. I went ahead and replaced the motor and ran it a few times. I found all working properly. I saw loose connections or damaged wiring on and of the switches. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the last time we tried to use the machine, it stopped mid cycle and produced a burning smell. Checked the terminal block and found no evidence of Burnt wires or grounding. Remove the back cover and found no evidence of burnt wires on the backside of the unit. Checked around the motor housing and could not find any issues there. Tested the unit and found the unit heating in tumbling for over 10 minutes and produced no abnormal smells. The customer advised of the issue happened within five minutes of starting the cycle the last time and they were unsure as to what the issue was. I did advise the customer that the only possible explanation I can give them is that it might be learned from the heater housing as there was some brownish lint on the heater housing. Did advise that can cause abnormal smells from time to time when the lint is burned. I called Whirlpool safety teM and spoke to Lukreshia SR# 7736599254. She advised to make no repairs. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"WA52M7750AV Arrived to inspect non-completion of cycle. The unit had 4C, bC2, 4C, dC, U6, bC2 and U6 stored in memory, newest to oldest. Suspecting a water issue, due to the complaint, I tested the valves and found water would enter, but it was exceptionally slow. I verified water level transducer operation and found it operating as expected, considering the water flow rate. There was notable bearing noise and I tested the unit within Extra High Spin mode and found that while elevated in expected sound levels, the bearings were likely ok.

"WM3470HVA Arrived to inspect shaking. I verified the shaking within service test mode and utilized high-speed imagery to verify the basket and/or spider assembly was bent. There was an out-of-round difference of approximately 8-9mm when viewed under high speed imagery and then was confirmed via manual rotation. The bearings were in satisfactory condition, with no discernible free-play. I advised the customer the only way to correct the issue would be to replace the spin basket, spider, rear seal and tub seal.

Arrived on site for tipping breaker every several hours. Upon arrival powered unit with non GFCI circuit. Customer states that unit has operated for about a week on the different circuit. Ran diagnostics and all components operate correctly. Forced defrost heater and is energizing and pulling 4.66 amps. Ran ice maker harvest and is operating correctly. Ran power cord to several other GFCI outlet and will not Tripp. Contacted techline for assistance. Tech had me check polarity to be sure neutral and ground are correct Tech recommended calling Square D breaker manufacturer. Unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit leaks just under the door just enough to soak a towel. I opened the door and inspected the door gasket and found it crimped in the upper left corner (photo) and found dry water streaks on the gasket all the way around the gasket. I removed the toeplate and found no evidence of a leak under the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the tub filled with water, I tested the motor several times and found water beginning to leak at the top left corner of the door gasket (photo). I advised the customer of my findings. This is indicative of a rare occurrence in this chassis that has been resolved by replacing the Orion control, No leaks observed during service. Customer stated a lot of condensation building up in RC and causing items to spoil quicker than they should. Sealed gap between liner and cabinet with silicone. Changed settings to recommended temps. Damper opening and closing properly. Evap motor engaging, frost pattern on evap is ideal. Heating element is engaging. Drain tube is sealed and no causing air leak. Gaskets are good and sealing. Spoke with Techline and was advised to have customer monitor since cabinet was sealed with disk icons and temps were adjusted to recommended. Arrived onsite for a MW that with a door that is not closing properly. Upon inspection I found that the hinges are getting stuck on the wood at the bottom of the unit this will need to be clearances to resolve the issue. I communicate this to the neighbor and the property manager .

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments somewhat cool, but the fresh foods section was approximately 60 degrees and the freezer section was approximately 35 degrees. I found frost on the evaporator cover. I removed the evap cover to find the evaporator engulfed in frost/ice. I tested the defrost thermistor and element in diagnostics and both failed. I tested voltage at the element and got zero volts.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working. On inspection the sprayer arm was not moving. Installed new pump and tested unit the arm is now spraying. The dishwasher is working as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal noises during the wash. Inspected unit and work area. Ran into diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (open motor circuit) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test, and as it got to agitation, heard the whole basket, spinning with the agitator and making a clicking sound. Checked underneath the washer and found the actuator, broken and evidence of a leak in gear case and belt slipping.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making noise when ever you open the rc door. Upon inspection I found that this in normal it is just the damper/defuser opening and closing. The was some condensation inside of the unit so adjusted the doors and the chassis to help seal the unit and the unit was no leveled.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only seems to leak whenever its filling in the fabric softener dispenser. Check the fabric softener dispenser and tub ring or and found paper towels watered up in the cup, where the water dispenses into the tub ring. Removed the obstruction and advised that this may well be whats causing the issue. The customer advised they also have an issue with their bezel being broken. Did confirm the customers complaint and will order the bezel. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water from the unit, inside and out. Upon arrival customer reports that there is water leaking in the RC and out of the ice dispenser ice door. The customer also reports that there is evidence of water appearing on the pantry door. I tested the ice maker and found that the ice maker thermistor is not operating properly. I tested the ice bin door and found it sealing properly. The customer stated they use a lot of crushed ice and I explained to run cubes after crushed to clear the chute of chips possibly blocking the ice door from closing fully. R/R ice maker and tested. Operational test good. Customer also reported that the FC door gasket has water that is continuously forming on it. I inspected the door gaskets and they are all sealing to chassis properly. I advised the customer to monitor the rail mullion to see it the mullion is sweating. If the unit continues to have water forming on only the door gasket, the office needs to order W11435360 FC door. If the mullion is sweating tech line needs to be called about a detached yoder loop. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for failed drive motor, customer stated that they have home warranty company and they sent out a technician to fix unit but technician stated that motor failed and it was still cover by warranty and called whirlpool and requested service for this unit, tested unit found that motor is functioning but unit has a major gear case failure damaging slider, clutch and rotor as well, all oil has leaked out and unit is now leaking water during operation causing rust, potentially unit will need motor and suspension

What did confirm the customers complain but also found an F10 E4 (diverter cant find positions) error code. When trying to run the unit through diagnostics testing, found the unit flash, the F10E4 error code. Check the connections at the diverter and out the control and found both connections were proper. Ordering the control and wash motor for repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Pump and motor) and 1 W11629911 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. After testing, I tilted the unit back and found where the cam pulley had rubbed/cut through the pulley shield (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and advised that they are placing too many clothing articles in the unit causing it get weighed down too much and the tub is dropping to the floor. The customer advised that their clothing isnt getting clean. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use as the customer has a water softener system. I recommended they wash small/medium loads and with a deep water wash. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit stopping midd cycle. Test unit and found shorted keypad error. Ran unit and unit test good at this time couldnt duplicate problem. Job console.

"WRS325SDHB08 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The production has been intermittent for the last several months and if the customer messed with the door, ice maker and associated parts, it would start working again. The issue was two-fold and the ice maker would fail in test mode, not rotating back to the home position intermittently, also I found the light switch was not being fully depressed, due to a mismolded door. I replaced the ice maker and the door will need to be installed upon deliver. I advised the customer the issue may not fully resolve due to the door switch issue. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not working. Upon further inspection, I checked the unit and it is cooling properly. I found the control no on when the door was open. I then found the lever to the switch lying on the bottom shelf and I was able to take my needle nose pliers and turn the arm on the switch and the lights came on. I am ordering the door switch and scheduled return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11123941 (Door switch)"

"CDT845P3N3D1 Arrived to inspect intermittent operation. I found abrasions on the UI from the mounting screws. Lowering the unit, fully corrected the issue, as this is a proximity sensing UI and the mounting bracket/screw combination was, in conjunction with the wood cabinet, causing the buttons to register touch, whenever the door was closed. I verified the repair and was able to re-create the issue at will, several times.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not powering on the console. Tested unit and found good power at the control, control LED blinking normal. I tried unplugging the unit several times to try and reset. Unit still did not come on. Control seems fine, but UI is unresponsive. Advised customer we likely need to replace the UI or UI harness to resolve. ordrng 1 WD21X10490 (Door Latch) and 1 WD21X31905 (User Interface Board) and 1 WD21X22916 (Ui Harness) and 1 SmartHQ (SMARTHQ FOR REPROGRAM) and 1 WD05X30298 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator ice melting. On inspection the Fc was 5? the ice maker was 22? and the ice bin was 36?. I looked at the coils and they were semi clogged, I clean them up. And retested the FC, it was still at 5? but I noticed that the FC had moisture on the shelfs. I pulled the unit out and found the drain had a air leak. I fixed the air leak and told the customer to defrost the FC. She was going to empty the unit out and open the FC door to defrost the evap if it had any ice buildup. No water leaks detected during service. This was a call back."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has led light out in the rc. Upon in I found this to be true, I replaced the led light with a new one and found that this resolved the issue. (Used in led module)"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad wash motor. Replaced sump and motor

Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator with no cool in the RC. Upon arrival I found frost built up in the freezer. I steamed the freezer and cleared the frost. I removed the evaporator cover and found a block of ice plugging the drain hole. I cleared the frost and ice build up from the intake and outtake at the evaporator. I tested the heating element and it is operating as designed. I tested the evaporator fan and it is operating as designed. No leaks observed during service. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite to inspect washer that wobbles and shakes during operation. Upon arrival I tested the suspension and found that the suspension is worn out and needs to be replaced. R/R suspension. I calibrated the washer, leveled it, and I tested the washer and found it working as designed. I ran a rapid wash cycle with towels and the washer worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Ran through service test number 15 and found the ice level sensor working properly. Ran through service test 36 with the ice box fan, and found it running. Checked the icebox thermistor and found it within range. Was able to harvest the icemaker and fill the icemaker properly. When going into the icemaker error codes indicated an F5 for timed icemaking, or a bad icemaker thermistor. I did not have the icemaker on hand. Ordering the icemaker in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Icemaker)"
