Arrived onsite for a washer still displaying error messages. I found an F3E1 stored four times.The CX also stated the drain pump was staying on long after the tub had drained. I deleted the codes and ran the auto diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle and worked s designed. I disassembled the trap and the elbow at the rear of the tub and found it clean. While the unit was agitating during the diagnostics cycle I found more sudsing than usual. The CX stated that she does run the clean washer cycle. I told her that she might try running a different washer cleaner to see if she gets better results and explained what to watch for during a wash agitation cycle to make sure she was still not using to much detergent. The CX is going to get the washer clean and see if the issue persist. If the CX calls back and states the issue is still happening we will need to return with the pressure sensor and the main control.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not get hot. The manager stated another company came out and stated the was an element coil bad. I ran diagnostics and found the thermistors checking good but the outlet thermistor was getting above 113 degrees. I tested actual temp at the vent and was getting 122 degrees on high heat. I checked the resistance of the heater coils from the control and had 44 ohms meaning the heaters were good. I checked amp draw form the control and found no amp draw on the dual heater. I also found 208VAC between the blue and white wire leaving the heater relays meaning one of the relays is not closing and L2 is back feeding thru the heater. I found no fault codes in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the cabinet shaking slightly. I gained access to the gear case and found no signs of oil leaking. I inspected Ted the cam and belt, I found the belt loose. I replaced the belt. I leveled the unit to the laundry room floor. I pushed down on the basket and found the front rising slower than the rear. I am ordering new suspension rods to complete the repair. I reassembled the unit and calibrated it. I tested the water dispenser and the ice maker, I found no leaks from the valve or reservoir. I could not get the freezer door open to inspect the inside. I gained access to the compressor and found the drain tube iced over. I adviced the customer to leave the fridge off for 72 hours to let the ice melt.
