Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Pulled unit out and found metal ground still attached to terminal block. Removed green ground wire and metal ground. Relaxed bake element and broiler and board. Pre heated unit to 500? with ground off and unit pre heated correctly. No one was home to let the know to allow the 2 hour burn out. Connects green ground back on and advised maintenance guy to allow a 2 hour burn out.

I found the right side of the wrapper was not correctly installed into the frame, causing intermittent, loud vibration. The light circuit was not receiving voltage and the bulb showed the correct resistance. The main control will need to be replaced and the wrapper vibration issue will be corrected at that time. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer not progressing in cycles. Unit will just kick back to sensing. I tested the unit and confirmed an error for Long Fill. On previous visit SM mentioned the low flow issues and recommended having this resolved. I tested the flow and found a slow trickle of hot water (connected to cold side), and none from hot side (connected to cold side). The wall valves / spigot made no difference in flow no matter which direction they were turned, indicating they are wore out and must be replaced to restore proper flow. Unit will not work properly until customer replaces the valves and hoses. No repair possible since issue is in the supply. Call completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that not only do they have that moisture issue inside the refrigerator section, but they also have an issue with her icemaker now. They advise that their icemaker just completely stopped making ice several days ago. I attempted to jump the icemaker and found that the icemaker motor would not turn. I tried cycling the icemaker on and off and could not get the unit to start making ice. I checked the gaskets on the refrigerator and found all gaskets were sealing properly. I found the cabinet was separating from the liner in several spots around the refrigerator section. Went ahead and used silicone to seal off all the edges and I am ordering an icemaker for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit does not fill with enough water and did not know how to adjust the setting on how high to fill up the water. I did explain to the customer that this is a low water washer, and that it is designed to reduce the amount of water usage per load. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water drying in water, but at half the flow. I tested the hot water valve and found no water coming through the hot water valve. Customer advised they do not use hot water and have shut the hot water valve off. I did advise that they will need hot water for this machine as the unit will use hot water, depending on their wash temperature settings. I turned the hot water valve on and test the hot water valve again. I found it bringing in water at a good rate. I went ahead and replaced the water valve due to the cold water valve having reduced flow rate. I checked water pressure at the wall and found proper water pressure. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found the unit working and operating as designed, but did tell the customer that we cannot change the amount of water that is put inside the unit because its all due to programming. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was ran through a wash cycle and then at 3 oclock in the morning, it started making a whole Lotta noise. I did confirm the customers complaint And found the unit attaching to drain. I checked the float switch housing and found it full of soapy water, indicating an issue with oversuds in. I tested the unit after clearing up the water and found the unit working in operating as designed. I then started noticing water slowly dripping from the inlet water valve. I found that the hose had not been properly connected onto the inlet valve, causing the leak. I removed the hose and found the inlet valve, partially stripped. I attempted to re-thread the existing hose, and still found it leaking due to the strip in Laval. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer stated water will form in front of the unit starting on the left side and slowly growing bigger over time. Inspected unit found no leak points on the left side of the unit, found a water line a few inches under the front of the unit indicating unit is not leaking from anywhere on the backside but is going under the unit from the front. Inspected FC and found ice sheet forming on the bottom of the cabin. Frost pattern looks ideal, unit has a drain restriction causing water to freeze up on the bottom of the cabin. I placed he unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the water began to fill the tub, I found water leaking from underneath. When I checked to see where it was leaking from, I found the drain pump cracked and leaking (photos). Also found the toeplate shoved up inside the door in between the door panels and was causing the door to jam up when opening (photos). L2 to N (130) G to N (000.) Removed ground wire and preheated stove to 500 degrees. Temperature reached 500 degrees then rewired ground back on and preheated to 500 degrees. Again Temperature reached 500 degrees without tripping breaker product works as it's designed.

Removed ground and flipped breaker back on preheated to 500 degrees. Temperature reached 500 degrees without ground did not trip breaker. Rewired ground back on and checked polarity L1 to L2 (247.) L1 to N (123.7) L2 to N (123.6) N to G (000.0) Preheated to 500 degrees with ground temperature reached 500 degrees without tripping breaker. Last tech replaced bake and broil elements . Notified client to let range heat for one hour and a half.

"Arrived on site to inspect the oven not reaching temperature. Upon arrival, the customer had been running a test cycle at 375 so I took the temperature and it measured accurate however, I found that the bake is not igniting properly and takes about 5 pulses from the igniter to ignite. Since the oven was at operating temperature. I was not able to access the components in the cavity but I placed the unit into diagnostics and checked the status of the temperature sensor. I observed that the sensor was not reading the correct temperature. I am ordering a bake igniter WPW10324262 and upon next visit will install the temperature sensor and the igniter and check on the bake burner air shutter setting. I am scheduling for 10/9 no gas leaks observed during service ; ordrng 1 WPW10324262 (Bake igniter)"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher for top rack falling down. Upon arrival customer stated it doesn't fall off but it leans forward when pulled out. I found nothing wrong with the adjusters, tracks, or wheels on the top rack. I explained to the customer since the top racks only gp put so far that the front weight will cause the rack to lean since there is nothing holding the front up when pulled out. The unit is operating as designed at this time and no issues are present. No water leaks at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with door dropping to the bottom. I inspected the springs and found the springs to not have much retention and the pads to not be holding. I replaced the springs and pads and adjusted the hinges. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making grinding or squealing noise. Upon arrival unit was unplugged. I could not replicate the noise being made that customer showed. "WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect venting issue. I discussed the issue with the customer and found that it was excessive steam escaping from the microwave chamber, after heating. The customer had contacted the consumer assistance line for the MFG and had been given some incorrect information about venting of this model. The customer was advised of external venting and I corrected the information and verified there is not any external venting of this model and the steam that occurs, is normal. I tested all functions from within service test mode and found all cooling fans for the oven and microwave operational and other items operating as designed, with no stored error codes present. Operational test good."
