Polarity was correct not damage to wire harness voltage correct. Recommended client toleave on for 1 hour and 30 minutes. SR# 7740450186. Disassembled unit to inspect interlocks and tested good. Contacted SW for assistance. After series of test at control, inverter and switches. Am getting 120 at switch under load. Found that under load getting voltage drop from 120-0 at inverter. Recommend replacement of microwave appliance manager. Replaced appliance manager W11325787. Test unit and is now operating correctly"

The customer advised that the unit is not tripping the breaker but they are having a defrost issue in the freezer section. It is causing the whole unit not cool properly. I did confirm the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an open defrost sensor error message and tested the heater on forced defrost mode. I found the heater test pass, indicating an issue with the Thermistor and may be the control. Ordering the evaporator thermistor and rescheduled the customer to 12/9. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking from front right corner. I first noticed that the unit is not squared, and it's actually angled forward instead of towards the back. I pulled the toe kick off and found the rear feet aren't even on the ground and just floating. Unit has a bowed trim piece above it, and once I pulled the front feet forward to level it, the door is now hitting trim. The unit has front feet on flooring, and 1/4' behind that is tile / broken tile that's uneven. I ran the unit with the front panel off, and saw no leaks present but quite a bit of sudsing. I recommended using less soap since the house is on a water softener. In order to get the unit to fit and sit square the builder needs to come out and clean up the trim and all the tile and such under the unit so that it can be properly aligned, otherwise it will continue to drip if it's canted forward. Unit itself is working as designed, but builder needs to revisit the installation. Call completed, no parts used."

"Arrived on site to diagnose commercial style range making noise. On arrival customer showed me a video that clarified the noise. The sound I heard sounded almost like a transformer or a locked compressor rotor just buzzing. This noise has only ever happened a couple of times since they have had it, and both times it was when the unit was cold, and not in use. Function of the unit is fine. Last time the noise was heard was 11/19. I called tech line and sent the same video of the noise heard. Without being able to duplicate there is no recommended repair, SR7740455216. After further discussion this noise may be related to line noise coming into the control, affecting the transformer / filters. Customer will take additional videos and data in the event the issue becomes more frequent or continues to repeat. No repair made at this time due to being unable to reproduce. Call Completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying. Upon further inspection I ran an airflow test and found that the dryer is operating without issue however the airflow test did not pass indicating a restriction in the vent line. I found a kinked vent hose and straighten it out and tested aging however the test is still coming us as poor airflow. I verified that the dryer is heating properly. The customer will need to have maintenance check the vents and or clean. No issues found with the dryer and no parts installed.

I found a float switch open error indicating that the customer had something causing the float switch to be up. I found a lot of suds present in the unit when running diagnostics. I found the unit not to be making the noise described and the explanation they gave me indicates that something got hung up in the drain pump and finally got pushed out. I found nothing inside the drain pump. Unit operates as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. I made customer aware of suds. Call complete. No parts installed.
