Arrived onsite for oven door lose parts. On inspection the CX was showing that the top right and left upper corner where the stainless meets the glass was lose. I informed the CX that there is only double side tape holding it on and that is how it came from the manufacture.

Upon arrival confirmed issue and found cause of failure for icemaker was due to debris getting trapped in the teeth is it rotated around causing it to get stuck. I recommend the customer run a couple of cycles with vinegar to clean the unit out.

"Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and the compressor operating. I test3d temps inside and the showed to be -6 degrees. The customer advised that they unplugged the unit and after a few days, plugged it back in and it made an unusual rumbling noise. I advised the customer that it couldve been the compressor kicking on. I advised the customer that the unit is operating/cooling as designed and no repairs are needed at this time. Upon further inspection, I checked the door gasket before opening the door and found the gasket not sealing at the top of the door. I pushed on the door and it sealed properly. When I opened the door I found a large amount of frost built up in the door and on the shelves. I closed the door and it closed securely and when I went to open it again, the door was difficult to open due to the suction that was created. I advised the customer that the frost issue is from the door not being closed securely. I recommended that they remove the food items and unplug the unit to allow it to defrost. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice build up in freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice in the bottom of the FC section similar to,when the FC evaporator drain tube is closed. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed the back cover to gain access to the drain tube. Removed the drain tube and ran water through the top and it back filled out. I blew through the tube and debris came out of the tube. I ran hot water through the tube again and it flowed through the tube as designed. I re-installed the drain tube and using my steamer, I defrosted the ice in the drain tube at the evaporator and the ice in the drip pan. Tested flow through the drain tube and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating at all and leaving dishes wet at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code for no heat. Ran test and found hotspots on element. Removed element and tested. Found no continuity and OL. Also found element blistering Replaced element. Tested unit and unit is now functioning properly. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the float and ran the diagnostics cycle to check for leaks. There were no water leaks present at the time of serviceCall complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer displaying an F21 error message. I found multiple F21 errors stored. The CX also stated they had a suds message appear. I ran the diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed and the pump drained all the water out in a timely manner. During the diagnostics cycle the machine had a bunch of suds in it when agitating. I found the machine showing 999 cycles without running a clean cycle. I explained to the customer that the unit needed to have a clean cycle run with a washer cleaner to remove the excessive detergent build up. I also explained that it could take multiple cycles and to lay some towels at the back of of the unit when running the cycle incase suds come out of the vent. The washer is working as designed at their time.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with flames coming out the sides and knobs. Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be an older unit and the customer had already performed some repairs by replacing the burners. Customer advised that once they replaced the far end burners and turned it on, flames shot out from the vent/control area and the burner valves on the far end. I removed the burners and disassembled them and inspected and found one the burners had damage to the welds and the ignitor harness would not connect correctly to the ignitor. I replaced the damaged burner with a new burner that the customer provided and I adjusted the connectors on the ignitor harness. I removed the cooktop cover and inspected all gas lines, connections and electrical and tested the connections with my liquid gas leak detector and found no leaks or damaged wiring. I reassembled this unit and tested the two far end burners and after approximately two minutes of the burners being on a huge flame shot out from under the burner assembly and valve knobs. Customer was present during testing and witnessed the issue. I turned the burners off and immediately unplugged the unit and turned the gas off.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue issue and found no ice in bin. Found temps at 0/37 on arrival. Found water cutoff to unit. After restoring water I found unit functioning as designed with no leaks. Informed customer to give unit 48 hrs to fill bin. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling the refrigerator section very well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer temperatures are perfect and they have had no problem with the freezer but the refrigerator seems to go outside of refrigeration temperatures before it begins to call and is spoiling some of their products. Inspected both evaporators and did not find any evidence of a defrost issue. Took pressures off the compressor and found the compressor running at 155 psi and five psi on high and low sides. Spoke to CS and was advised that these are proper operating pressures for this unit and that that would indicate there is no leak within the unit. Advise the issue would have to be electrical or a dc short issue. He advised me to go over the script with the customer pertaining to five door refrigerators and DC voltage issues.

Arrived onsite for washing machine with failed hot water valve causing f8e1.

Arrived on site for range not allowing oven or control functions to work. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found cause of failure was due to outdated wiring connected to range. Unit was connected to a two worried setup instead of the 3-4 prong wiring needed for proper functionality. Range working as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not finishing cycle. On inspection ran the unit in diagnostics mode and when it was supposed to start draining it the UI led were jumping back in forth on the UI. It finally went into drain mode. Replaced the control board and retested. It completed the diagnostic mode with out a issue. CX said that it all started when the unit was in cycle and the power ent out. They tried to restarted i. When they did it tripped the breaker. They reset the breaker and it came back on put would stop in the middle of a cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that wasnt allowing selections to be pressed. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had completely frozen and they were unable to use the unit until the power cycled the unit. All components tested good. I found 124vac on line 2 and 120 vac on line 1, while the unit is not in use. I turned the unit onto a timed dry and measured voltage again. I found line 1 has dropped to 115 vac. I spoke to SW, the break is most likely breaking down during a load causing voltage to drop. We recommend the breaker being replaced. Job complete."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port, 3 way valve and dye drier, noting no pressure within the system. I elected to instal the parts due to a questionable braze on the factory installed drier. Prior to vacuuming, I pressurized to 140 psi and observed a pressure drop of 3 psi within 5 minutes. I elected to isolate the Yoder loop with two service ports and observed a loss of 80 psi in 30 minutes, while awaiting tech assist to answer. Contacted MFG tech Bruce. I advised of my findings and was assigned file# 7735002189. I advised the CX they will be contacted to arrange product exchange. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that started not cooling correctly again in the RC and there is frost building up again in the RC. I found frost buildup on the outside of the evaporator cover. I tested the thermistors in diagnostics and the evaporator thermistor was reading open. As soon as I moved the unit to gain access to the rear of the unit the display changed from showing open to a pass state. I could not get the unit to fail again. I removed all the frost and replaced the thermistor. I had 3.045 Kohms at the control to the new thermistor and it read 72 degrees which was the correct temp. I replaced the main control since it had read open for no good reason. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the oven fans were making a winding noises. Replaced the fans and the noise is gone. Pre heated unit to make sure the noise did not come back once heat was introduced into the equation. Noise is gone.

I also found the unit leaning forward. The customer complained that the center door mullion wouldnt catch the guide sometimes and I explained it was because the unit was not level. I leveled the unit and all doors are even and are working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is leaking. Found water valve threads stripped and replaced valve. Unit was not installed at time of service for testing.

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the previously broken adjuster and tested. The CX had decided not to pursue the dispenser. No leaks observed during service.
