Upon inspection I found the oven temp sensor reading out of range I replace it and tested again and found no change even after calibrating the temperature. Upon arrival the customer stated the noise was coming from the IM and stopped when they turned the IM off. They also found lack of cooling in the RC. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F and the RC at 46?F. Upon further inspection I found the mullion broken and both RC gaskets torn. This was not allowing the RC doors to seal properly and letting warm air in. I also found the FC gasket not sealing properly, but it appeared to be due to over filling the FC. I found the IM frosted over and bad, indicating the need for the SP IM kit. In order to repair the unit it will need both RC gaskets, mullion, and IM repair kit. I found several parts had shipping . "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the reservoir, line, filter head, and PRV. I found the issue still occurring. I informed the customer of my findings and that it does not seem to be the unit.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the lights out. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was not pushed back enough into the cabinets as they would like. He found when he pushed it back on his own the light in the FC went out, but when he pulled it back out it would turn on. He was also concerned that water did not come out of the dispenser chilled all of the time. I checked temps and found the RC at 37?F. I informed the customer on the design of the reservoir and how it only holds a certain amount of water. That once it empties it will take a while for the rest of the water to cool down again. I also informed the customer on the way the unit cools and how to keep items away from the damper due to possible freezing. I pushed the unit back and found all lights working as designed. Drive down side for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found a unit had a stable 240 V connection as well as power being distributed throughout unit. Arrived onsite for temp concerns. Tested temps and determined that the advanced digital thermometer being used by the customer was sensitively reading air temp changes and was hi by 2 or 3f. Provided customer instruct on the design and verified temp with k type thermocouple. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Found icemaker passes all tests in diagnostics and found unit valve does activate and fill spout heater is working and there is not ice, however, unit valve may be shorting. Advised customer on possibility of valve failure, customer will call back if unit does not produce within days. At which point the valve should be replaced."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that both compartments are no longer cooling properly. I inspected the FC evap cover and found frost built up on it. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found it engulfed in ice and frost. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and it showed to be open. I tested ohms to the thermistor and found it way out of range. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the thermistor clip and removed and replaced the thermistor. I tested defrost and the element came on and began to melt the ice. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for approximately 24 hours. Also recommended they place some towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak from defrosting. I tested the unit and found the area where I removed the frost/ice is frosting up as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see any frost building up on the evap cover again, to call it in for service at which time the hv control, UI & defrost thermistor will all need to be replaced together. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear it making a loud vibrating noise. I found the vent cover not secured at the top front section of the unit (photo). Tightened the screws and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and pressed start and the unit shut down and the display went blank, but never lost power. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block and got 248V. Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoffs, thermostats and fuse and all were good except the element. I tested the element by disconnecting the WH4 connector and when I see start the unit stayed on. Eliminating this connector isolated the current to the motor and element. When I plugged the connector back into the control and sees start the unit shut down again. I the customer 56.15 (MS) for service//parts (motor, element & blower wheel). Customer advised they would purchase a new unit and the service/ fees of 22.72 (05.75+) (22.72 H49NY4). Unit reassembled and left unplugged. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect. He unit had F0E3, F2E1 and F6E2 stored in memory. I found the control acted erratically upon initial power up and I inspected the motor assembly. The CX experienced high water levels within the area and water had shorted the connection, burning both the motor and harness side, at the lower connection area. The control, harness and stator assemblies will require replacement. The pump and shifter both operated as designed. I advised the CX to NOT plug the unit in until repaired. Arrived onsite for cooktop with gas smell. Upon arrival I perform a gas leak test and found that there was a leak coming from the gas regulator fitting. I sealed the threads on the fitting and tightened it up and tested it again and found that the leak is now gone. Tested cooktop orifices and found no leaks there. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for wall oven with perceived temp issues. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found unit heating properly with no issues at all. I check fro codes and found no codes pertaining to the issue at hand. I did advise cx to remove the sheet of foil he had in the oven. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found ice bin frozen over caused by the dispenser door leaking air. I installed new dispenser door and tested unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC and FC light not working. Found FC gasket not sealing properly causing frost build up and door switch frozen in closed position. Removed excessive frost build up and light turned on. FC door switch tested good. Found top right corner of FC door gasket not sealing. Replaced gasket but new gasket has magnet strip twisted internally. Put original gasket back on and formed with heat gun. Tested unit, door is now sealing as designed. Advised customer to leave door closed to allow proper formation to settle. Unit is hooked up to under sink RO system. Advised customer of required water pressures for valve to function properly. He stated he would have installer check pressures. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for bubble appearing again in between cooktop glass. Spoke with the line and was advised to check pans as bowed pans(center bowed upwards away from cooktop) can trap heat and create issue. Took straight edge and found no gaps in pans. Ran automatic test cycle and found sound indicating failed bearing within gearcase. Inspected gearcase and found leaking oil. Removed belt guard and found cam, belt and gearcase will need to be replaced to repair.
