Found water pressure good to insolation valve but couldnt get water past isolation valve using hose bypass. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with all the upper lights in the RC not working. I found the FC light out also. I tested DCV at the FC LED and had correct voltage. I bypassed the FC LED and all the lights started working. The FC LED needs to be replaced. ordrng 1 W10695459 (Module)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and both water hoses disconnected from the unit with the water turned off at the wall. Also found stickers on the left side at the control panel and lid (photo). When I went to reconnect the hoses, I found the hot valve wiggling back and forth. I removed the control panel and inspected the valve and found the hot valve broken (photo). I removed and replaced the valve and reconnected the hoses and turned the water and found no water leaks at the valve. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The water dispensed into the tub with no leaks at the valve. When the unit began to drain, I found water coming from underneath the unit on the right side (photo). I tilted the unit back and found, where the drain pump mounts to the tub, the tub is cracked (photos). I drained the remaining water from the tub and customer placed towels around the unit to catch any water that might still leak. Arrived onsite for dryer making a squealing noise. On inspection found the dryer while spinning makes a squealer noise. Gain acc to the dryer and replace the belt pulley. Tested unit and it is running as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped making ice. Upon inspection I found that there was no code stored for the ice maker and the ice maker harvested and filled with water. Upon further inspection I found that the fc evap was iced over and the thermistor was not making good contact with the refrigerant tubing. I corrected this and checked the drain tube and found in clear and not sagging. I leveled the unit and made sure the doors sealed up perfectly

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not going into wash cycle. Upon arrival the customer showed me a video of the issue. Upon inspection I found that the cap was leaking oil and the actuator also failed. I installed the new actuator and cap and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine too hot and not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I found the cleaning needed light illuminated on the control panel. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and when the valve came on, no water dispensed into the reservoir. I found the water inlet hose not connected to the water valve under the sink. I reconnected the water line and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I turned the unit on and allowed it to operate and it is operating as designed as it made a slab of ice and when it dropped onto the cutter, it began to cut the slab into cubes. I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle on the unit to allow tit o clean and function properly.

Arrived on site to replace control board and console. Replaced all 3 parts test unit and unit test good.

"Arrived on site and found control panel is unresponsive, found power to control board is good and status light is on. No status light on control panel. Replaced control board and washer was idle and control panel was not plugged in but capacitor sparked and blew out. "Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not heating. On arrival customer told me things seemed to take longer to cook than expected, and burners don't stay red hot. I advised cycling of burners was normal, and this is how the unit is designed. I checked incoming voltage and found voltage and polarity good, but had attached itself to the L1 wire and cooked itself. Removed from unit and verified proper function. Repair completed."

"KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the FC at -4 and the RC at 37 and further inspected. The right RC door had a failed gasket with severe gapping, top to bottom. The rear drain tube was gapped and I corrected. RC average was 35, FC was 4. Due to my finding and readings, I suspect the evaporator had frozen, causing the cooling issues. I removed and replaced the door gasket and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and was cooling as designed. Unit set to basic defrost. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon arrival unit is running. Temped unit and is 42 degrees in RC and 20 degrees in FC. Ram diagnostics to for compressor and condenser fan. Compressor operates and pulls 1 amp. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommending replacement of control at this time.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying. The customer stated that the unit seems to dry in every cycle option except the regular selection and when set on regular the clothing will still be very wet when it completes the cycle and shows done. I tested the dryer confirming the customers complaint and found when the dryer is set on regular with the normal option selected the burner will only fire about every 10-15 minutes but on any other selection the dryer cycles normally. I found the moisture sensors not reading correctly because the clothes were not tumbling correctly due to the front leveling feet being lowered to far. I went to adjust the feet and adjusted the front left foot then when adjusting the front right foot the front of the dryer fell to the floor because both leveling feet were stripped. "Arrived onsite for MW door not closing all the way. On interior this unit is known to have door issues if the installation is not done to factory specifications. Found a 1/4 inch lip on the right side and a 1/8 inch on the left side of the cabinet cutout. The front,of the unit is resting on the lip of the cabinet and causing the door not to shut all the way. Going to level the unit out with shims, I only had to 2 shims today need 4. Rescheduling for Friday. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the bin full of ice and the customer advised that the drain pump isnt pumping the water out all the time. They advised they went to get some ice and found the bottom full of water under the ice. I checked the bin and found no water in the bottom and the unit was making a slab of ice. I allowed the slab drop to the cutter and drained the reservoir and could hear the dr pump kick on and it drained the water. I found the unit is on an RO system and the ice machine drain hose is connected to the main drain line under the sink (photos). The RO system is connected to an adjacent drain line that taps into the main line past the ice machine drain line (photo). I tested the external drain pump several times and it operated as designed each time. Due to the possibility of the external drain pump water level sensor failing, I am ordering the pump and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-SCHEDULE AFTER 10AM. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water. I tested temps and found the RC compartment at 38 degrees when set at 38. After speaking with the customer they stated it will stop dispensing water at all time of the day and night. I found the ice bucket full when I arrived. I tested the dispenser and found the water pressure extremely low. I removed the filter and the pressure was normal. I advised the customer to change the filter. The customer is changing the filter and will let us know if there are any other issues. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice and water. Customer said she changed the filter everything stopped working. On inspection the filer had to be forced out of the housing. But another filter in and the same thing happened. I replaced the filter housing and the water and ice still didnt work. I pulled the back panel off in the rc and found reservoir was frozen. Used the heat gun to defrost the reservoir. Then sealed the evap cover to keep the cold air away from the reservoir. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is not completing out cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Were on the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 ae9 (off balance pause) error code. Found the unit unleveled with the tub resting on the front panel and leveled out the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer advised that the unit has problems with her quilts, and that they did not spit out properly. I did explain to the customer that heavy duty items, such as sleeping bags, quilts, comforters, and other bulky items like that are not recommended for these machines. The customer advised that all she has our quilts, and that was the primary reason why she bought this washer. She advised the sales person told her that this machine was perfect for what she needed. I did explain to her the logistics behind that and did advise that she can attempt to run those kinds of loads, but that she will have a harder time completing out cycles due to off-balance issues or feeling issues. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice.on inspection found a block of ice in the ice bin and fresh cubes on top. I pulled the bin out and melted the ice block that had the auger frozen in place. Customer is going to see if the icemaker is working first before we replace the unit. Custom will call back if it stops working. It dumped a tray of ice while I was working on the unit. No way leaks dead during summer.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Replaced both hinges. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite and determined bar was not engaged properly to on position in timer gear. Corrected set unit to on position. Unit is now producing ice as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed front oven glass and console. Tested unit and it is operating as designed

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. On inspection I but the IM in diagnostics mode and it did not finish the test. I had to restart the IM to finish the test. I installed a new IM and ran the diagnostic on the new IM maker it finished the cycle the first time. Informed the customer that if it is not producing ice to call us back.

Arrived onsite for LF burner failure. Replaced burner and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite to to install a cooktop filter. Upon arrival I installed the new one

Arrived on site for warmer then normal temps and not making ice . Customer had cleaned coils on Sunday and fridge temps went back to normal since and is making ice . Did instruct on regular cleaning of coils . Also notice food pushed back on back wall . Instructed on proper air foil . No other issues found . No water leaks detected at this time . Job complete

Arrived onsite for a dryer that stopped working then the customer messed with the plug and it started working but doesnt heat. I tested the dryer and found it heating and working as designed when the plug is partially pulled out of the outlet. I found the outlet loose in the wall. I showed the customer and he is going to replace the outlet.

"Arrived on site. Ran diagnostics water and pump passed compressor powered on no frost on evaporator plate diagnosed a leak in the system unit will need a new compressor,evaporator,access valve and drier estimate for repair

"Arrived on site and found no ice production cycled icemaker and it ran properly and filled with water. Tests 1,2, and 37 all show good. Freezer is 3 degrees. At this time theres no measurable failures. Requested a customer continue to monitor refrigerator for operation.

"WRS325SDHB08 Arrived to inspect no ice. The customer said the unit had progressively went into failure, producing less and less, until it finally stopped ice production. FC temperature was -4?F. I found the ice maker stalled and I removed and replaced, after verifying line VAC was preset at its plug. The new ice maker operated within service test mode and designed and the unit filled as expected. The doors were very mis-aligned and I corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
