"KUIX535HPS00 Arrived to inspect no ice. Passing completely through service mode, I found the internal drain pump not working and was able to correct. During the compressor engagement for the cooling cycle, there was no cooling occurring. I found signs of corrosion at the evaporator plate and underneath the associated areas as well. The sealed system has failed and will require the compressor, service port, non-dye drier and evaporator plate assembly. Please allow three hours for a complete sealed system rebuild. I found the machine was constantly running the drain pump and through a hard reset, I was able to get the pump to stop long enough to enter service test mode. F3E1 was the only stored error and I cleared for further testing. I found no issues with the water level sensing system and removed and replaced the control. After calibration, multiple service and customer mode tests showed the issue fully resolved. No leaks observed during service. W1CUV41APL1"

"WTW4800XQ2 Arrived to inspect shaking. I found the suspension was not dampening and the basket would bounce severely. I completed full testing and inspection of the machine and found no other issues or error codes. After removing and replacing the suspension and recalibration, the machine passed all service mode and customer mode tests. No leaks observed during service."

"KDPM604KPS2 Arrived to inspect washability issues. Service test mode had F7E1 and FAE2 stored and I cleared for testing. I found the screen assembly within the motor had jammed, leading to motor overheating and internal failure. I replaced the assembly and tested and the machine resumed normal functions. KDTE204KPS1 Arrived for machine not running. Service test mode had 7-2 as the only stored error and I cleared for testing. The motor would not operate and I replaced the assembly and re-tested. All functions returned and the machine operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Unit 2308. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking in freezer. Examined unit and found frozen drain. I was able to steam out the drain and clear the ice. Verified unit is draining into the pan now. Unit working as designed. Repair completed. No parts needed.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer constantly draining. Tested unit and found it caught in a drain loop that will not stop. Replaced control once I verified pressure line was clear and not kinked. Tested and verified proper operation. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11607637.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not drying clothes quickly. Tested unit and found it is heating, but has almost 100% blocked vents. With lint screen out, unit is actually blowing out the lint screen housing. Vent hose is crunched, but even straight it's not letting much air through. Advised customer they need to have a professional vent cleaning done, and also to replace that vent hose. Advised not to use the unit until it can breathe, or thermal devices will fail. Unit itself is working as designed. No parts needed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Found slight refrigerant leak at RC evaporator, dye showing. Customer had shut unit down after running an hour, so components should be fine. Evacuated remaining refrigerant and replaced RC evap. "Arrived on site to follow up on noisy washer not finishing cycles. I removed the entire tub and basket assembly, also removed wiring harness. Due to assemblies being almost fused together, entire assembly has to be replaced. I installed a new tub, gearcase, wiring harness, agitator, basket. I had to forcefully remove the spanner nut and block and transfer over, a long with the tub filter / cover. I assembled the unit and calibrated. Ran a cycle and found agitator clicking. Removed agitator and found some burrs on the tub that I sanded down. Unit now working as designed. Verified cycles starting properly. Parts used - W10584118, W10471566, W11025584,W10908289,E11454741. No water leaks found."

"Arrived on site to inpsect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the heating element was measuring open. I checked and verified that all other components are working properly. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. 279838"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave making a noise. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the noise by starting the microwave and I was able to identify the noise right away as being the flap for the vent assembly opening as the fan engaged. I was also able to replicate the noise for the customer by engaging the fan by itself. I explained to the customer that this sound is perfectly normal and the microwave is operating as designed. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher displaying error code F8E4 and continually draining. Upon further inspection i cleared the code and I gained access to to the float switch and found it was triggered by a small amount of water in the pan. I dried and set the switch and ran a test on the dishwasher and observed no issues and no leaks. The overflow appears to be a result of over suds since everything operating mechanically without issue. I form a good amount of suds in the tub. I advised the customer of proper detergent and rinse aid usage. No leaks observed during service. On parts installed.

Arrived on site to inpsect washer dripping from door occasionally and dispenser not dispensing softener properly. Upon further inspection I found that the cause of the seeping water at the door is simply cause by a dirty surface between door and door seal. I advised the customer to wipe clean after ever use. I found that also the dispenser was not draining properly. I attempted to clean the dispenser however problem may persist. I am ordering the dispenser assembly. W11524105. Arrived onsite for washer not draining and moving during cycle. I found the drain pump ot be good reading at 20.1 ohms and drained when called. Suspension on the washer seemed blown. When a load of clothes are inside it could cause the washer to go off balance and end the cycle causing the water to not be drained. I replaced the suspensi9n and calibrated unit. I ran a test cycle and high speed spin. Unit now operates and spins as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11130356 SUSPENSION.

"Arrived onsite for washer knocking/thumping. Upon arrival I confirmed a knocking noise was present. I inspected the underside of the unit. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not advancing cycles. I ran a diagnostics test and it completed the test with no issue and no errors popped up. "Arrived onsite for f1e1 error code and f9e0 error codes and repeat nuisance tripping during preheat, verified proper voltage and filled out electrical checklist. Unit tripped 3 times during preheat and could not be reset immediately the first trip. After 3 rd trip complete preheat. Followed procedures outlined in SP W11525530. Advised customer on findings and the possibility of needing to use a compatible breaker to resolve the nuisance tripping. No parts used."

Arrived onsite and found first time use of oven tripped the breaker. Reset the breaker as consumer was unaware of outside breaker panel. Advised customer on heat priming of unit and recommended heat priming to break in unit for use. Unit in good working order and Abel to preheat at time of service. No parts

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed operating f8e4. No signs of leaking. Customer explained that it was intermittent and then after inspecting the drip tray it never was able to rest again. Found unit float switch mullion stuck half way seated plausibly having made partial contact throughout duration of use and eventually broken contact. Removed and fully reseated connection which immediately restored function and allowed the code to be cleared and normal operation resumed. Explained findings to Mr. Onsite. All checks good. No leaks

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise fro the fc around evap motor. On arrival customer provided a video of failure and I was able to find the water from ice maker fill tub in upper left fc corner was leaking down around fan motor. I added permagum 212643 and retested ice maker. Found leak removed and unit works as designed. Call complete ; ordrng 1 212643 (Permagum(from 432058))

"Arrived on site to test unit for unlevel doors. Inspected unit, found RC door is raised higher than the FC door. Adjusted leveling legs, doors match now. Unit is functioning as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Upon arrival customer stated the screen went black and the oven would not turn on. They cycled power but were not aware the breaker for the unit is located outside. Took voltage, found no voltage at the terminal block. Inspected breaker, found it tripped. Reset breaker and tested unit by engaging a bake cycle at 350?, after 4-5 minutes breaker tripped. Inspected all wiring, found no pinched or broken wires, no evidence of a short. Contacted service thread, per service thread followed service pointer (W11490386). Replaced control (W11113848), bake element (W10779716) and broil element (W11321472). Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a cycle at 500? Ran a 500? cycle for 30 minutes, reconnected ground strap after time expired. Started a 500? bake cycle after reconnecting, breaker no longer trips. Contacted techline to document SR#7740465144. Advised customer to continue running the cycle for another 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If issue returns recommend customer to replace the breaker, if issue still persists contact Whirlpool customer care for next steps. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated unit wont start a cycle, they got it to work a few times. Water will not fill and unit wont progress. Started a cycle on the unit, unit immediately started and began to fill and agitate. Unit progressed through each cycle and passed all tests. Could not mimic issue customer was experiencing. Gave a rundown on how the unit works and the two step process required to start a cycle properly. Replaced control (W11603810) as precautionary and ran another diagnostic, all components are properly engaging and unit is running as designed. Had customer start a cycle before leaving. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated after 8 hours of use the outlet GFCI would trip, not the breaker. Outlet was flashing a red light indicating that it needs to be replaced. Outlet has correct polarity and proper voltage. Took resistance at the plug from N-G, reading open. Per Whirlpool spec, electrical outlet that is used cannot be turned off by a switch. Recommend replacing outlet to a standard non-GFCI. If unit still trips, recommend replacing breaker to a standard non-GFCI breaker. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7740446671. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7740460466 and submitted picture of breaker. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed. replaced bake element w11182108, broil element w10856603, and main w11696067"

Further inspection found the two right legs were way off causing product to shake excessively. I reattached rotor made sure other parts were in good condition. No oil from gearcase all parts are in good condition. Leveled washer calibrated and ran it in customer service product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply no parts used.
