"Arrived on site to inspect wall microwave/oven combo control panel not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non-responsive. Customer advised they cycled power several times and it continued to fail. I cycled power and tested the unit and found the control not providing voltage. I removed and replaced the main control and when I went to cycle power, the breaker would not hold and the breaker next to it blew out (photo). I advised the customer to have an electrician look at the breaker and outlet, as well as, the dryer breaker and outlet. I checked the dryer plug and found the unit to be gas and wasnt using the 220V outlet. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator icing up on the evaporator. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it in and immediately it began to make the noise the customer described. I removed the ice bin and found the fill tube leaking water again when filling the ice maker. I found the fill tube extension that was previously installed had moved forward and water was spraying over the extension and down the back the unit onto the evap fan and forming ice. I adjusted the fill tube with a larger extension and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs and showed them what I had to the fill tube. No charge for service today as this was the same issue as before (04/22). No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

The customer advised the unit still makes ice and has been making ice since the previous repair. He advised the refrigerator section 4 found between 33?F and 50?F. The customer is using a metal temperature dial inside of his refrigerator to keep temperatures. Found the unit sitting at 4?F in the freezer section and 39?F in the refrigerator section. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7735054173. He had me check the thermistor readings on the freezer, refrigerator, freezer evaporator, and refrigerator evaporator thermistors. All checks showed accurate temperatures. He advised that the issue is with the temperature Diles that the customer is using due to the temperature Diles only recording air temperature and not product temperature. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that with the RC section set at 37 degrees (manufacturer recommendation), the fresh foods section is getting colder and their sodas are exploding. I found the customers thermometer reading approximately 28 degrees on the top shelf. I gained access to the fresh foods thermistor located behind the light assembly at the top of the fresh food section and tested k ohms. I found the thermistor reading 2.840 kohms which indicates that its approximately 75 degrees in the fresh foods section. I demonstrated to the customer by having them hold the old thermistor which is cold and the new thermistor which is at room temp and then checked ohms reading again and they should almost identical readings. I replaced the old thermistor with the new part and placed the unit in a long defrost. Cycled power to the unit to reset controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"GNE25JSKCFSS Arrived to inspect ice in FC. I found the left slide retractor was not engaging and pulling the door shut as designed. I was able to correct the issue and lubricate all the slides, causing the door to operate as designed. The unit had a considerable top-forward lean and the leveling legs were able to correct as well. I found no other issues with the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found console unresponsive. Verified console receiving proper voltage. Replaced console, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and wok area. CX complaint was all LEDS where out. I tested the modules and found two out, service pointer S-code S84638 covers the cost of 12 replacement lights. Replaced all ant tested. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the clutch and slider failures, I removed and replaced both parts and calibrated the unit. Tested in and unit is operating as designed. I retested and demonstrated for the customer as well No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is over heating and the floor and lower drawer handle gets very hot when using the oven. I explained to the CX how the unit vents and that hot air would blow out of the bottom and the vent directs the air flow to the floor. The lower drawer has a chrome handle and I explained that it could become very warm when the oven is in use. I showed the CX that the bottom of the cabinet under the oven has a large cutout and explained that this should be a solid bottom. I explained that this can cause hot air to get trapped in the drawer and cause the TOD to open when running a self clean cycle. I tested the unit at 350 degrees and found the oven cycling between 337-363 degrees leaving it with a 350 degree average temp. The CX stated the unit has not been burning product. At this time the unit is working as designed. I removed the vent per the customers request so the hot air would blow out instead of down at the floor. "Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the compressor would attempt to run for a few seconds and then the start device could be heard clicking off. Amp draw was a pretty steady 12 amps until disengagement. I tested a temporary start device and the unit started and ran, drawing a low of 1.3 amps initially and then climbing to 1.5 amps, which is reasonable for the temperature of the unit. I replace the start device and re-tested and the unit operated and cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Removed icemaker found no damage to fill tube heater wires,reinstalled icemaker ran fans passed,ran ice box thermistor passed,ran harvest test passed,ran fill test passed. "Arrived onsite and found unit operating with with no heat, verified problem is failed heater coil. Completed repair and advised customer on findings.

Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found latch intermittences. This will cause the unit not to go into spin leaving water in the tub and cloths wet. Replaced lock. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete . Office to run cc on file

"Arrived on site for microwave wall oven combo showing error code f6e8. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code f6e8 UI lost communication with. Microwave appliance manager. I gained access to the microwave appliance manager, I found the control sending proper dc voltage to the wide interface board. I found the wide interface board not sending voltage to the UI. I looked up the wide interface board W10120228 and found it discontinued

"Arrived on site and replaced all parts diagnosed on previous visit, after replacement ran a cycle and all functions are operating properly, job complete."

"Arrived onsite for Coils are not heating, not turning red. Upon arrival. Test unit and none of the cook top elements are energizing. Checked polarity and is incorrect. Uploaded pics on SD. Only getting 46v from L1-N. L2-N is correct at 12v. Recommended that customer call electrician Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes an intermittent knocking noise. I placed the unit in and tested the compressor in test 4 and could hear the faint knocking noise and the customer identified the noise as well, but stated it was much louder at times. I found service pointer #W11610345, which provides a correction to the noise. Per the pointer, I adjusted the filter drier at the back of the unit and retested and did not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and explained what was causing the noise and also advised that its a noise that is typically normal. I leveled the unit as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for front load washing machine being stuck in a drain. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes f8e3 overflow condition f0e1 load during clean cycle f3e1 water level sensor error f5e4 door not opened during cycle. We unstacked the dryer and gained access to the drain pump. We found the drain pump full of nursing pads. We removed the pads and tested the unit, we found it working as designed. We reassembled the unit and reinstalled ever

"Arrived on site for dishwasher start button not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no fault codes in . I found the unit running through a cycle as designed. I gained access to the console control W10222469 and tested the start switch. I found it not completing the circuit. I looked up the console and found it was discontinued
