"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, I found the refrigerator unplugged. I plugged in the refrigerator and found the unit turn on and attempt to cool. I found that the compressor was abnormally noisy and then shut off within 15 seconds. I gained access to the compressor and when the compressor kicked back on I found it pulling 2.5 A, before shutting off. I replaced the start device and tested the unit again. I found the same issue occurred, indicating an issue with the compressor. Ordering sealed system components and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that he didnt think that any water was getting to the unit because the dishes are not coming out clean. I ran the metro diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (single speed wash motor failure) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found all portions of the machine working properly except the wash motor would not recirculate the water. I spoke to RG and was advised that the only issue at this point was just with the fuse and that the Magnatron was just fine. I replaced the fuse and tested the unit multiple times. I found the unit heating and operating as designed without losing power or tripping the breaker. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11707984.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer explained that the unit will not finish cycles and its getting stuck at the spin. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. After clearing the error codes, I found the unit go immediately into a drain like there was water in it. I canceled that out and ran the unit back into diagnostics. I found the unit attempt to train again indicating the control was sensing water inside of the tub. I went ahead and check the pressure hose and found the pressure hose was in good shape and properly connected on both sides. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the house. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the hot and cold water valves adequately, drying in water and the unit draining properly without creating a siphoning condition. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have been finding small puddles of water at the bottom front just under the door. I found debris on the inner door glass and on/in the bellow that is keeping the bellow from securing when the door is closed allowing water to leak through the debris (photos). Also found the customer has a water softener system as well. I cleaned the debris from the inner glass and bellow area and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and fabric softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site for a fire happening under the oven during a inspection. They took care of fire but I found burner are completely covered in soot. Pics taken. All over burner and igniter. Arrived on site for oven not reaching temperature. Attempted to pull and check voltage/ sensor. Found unit was no even secured in wall. When attempting to removed the right side slide out with wooden panels. Took pictures underneath and found wood panels place but no secured and not all the way to the back for full support. Advised customer oven must be installed according to MFG guidelines. Unit cannot be removed and reinstalled safely at this time. Customer will wait for email and the contact builder.

Arrived on site for unit not dispensing water. Customer stated dispensing intermittent. On arrival found large puddle of water on kitchen floor. Unknown source of leak customer stated they recently had plumbing issues took pictures. No leak from unit at this time. Inspected unit found frozen Reservoir tank. Dethawed tank water is dispensing as designed to. Found water filter being used is incorrect and may be causing air gaps in the line that will cause freezing. Recommend customer Use proper whirlpool filter and use dispenser regularly. No parts used job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E2-failed motor. Cleared the code and continued with testing and immediately when the motor was to come on, the unit shut down and began to drain. I gained access to the sump assembly and removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11460946"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the drain hose or water supply hose banging against the back panel of the unit. They provided a video of the lid of the unit and I could see that the clothing was off balance. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the unit began to spin, I could hear the unit begin to make a loud popping or banging noise. I tilted the unit back and found the rotor bolt had began to back itself out and the rotor was loose on the stator and the rotor was slightly worn as was the slider. I removed and replaced the slider and rotor and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-heater failure. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the element not turning on. I found a burnout in the element and it was warm, but not hot. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing the date/time. Customer advised that the unit tripped the breaker approximately 1 minute into preheat. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and approximately 2-3 minutes into preheat, the unit shut down and I found the GFCI breaker tripped. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and back section of the unit. I tested voltage to the unit and got 251V. I removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and main control and disconnected the ground wire from the chassis. Cycled power to the unit and performed a burnout in Bake mode at 500 degrees. The unit reached preheat and I cycled power and reconnected the ground and reassembled the top and rear covers and performed another burnout in Bake mode at 500 degrees. The unit completed preheat again and is operating as designed. Customer has the Whirlpool app downloaded on their phone and the unit is connected to WiFi via the app. Job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the center burner is not igniting properly, but I could hear the ignitor arcing. All of the other burners are operating as designed. I inspected the burner cap and burner head and when I removed the burner head, I found the ignitor had dropped down inside the burner box and was not making contact with the burner head when arcing. I gained access to the orifice holder and ignitor and found the ignitor clip had come unsecured. I adjusted the ignitor and secured the clip and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."
