Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all operating as designed except the middle burner flame would go out when switching from low simmer to medium. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and previous repairs recently made to this unit. Chris advised to replace the middle burner valve and provided SR#7736493885. I removed and replaced the center valve and checked the gas line connections with my liquid gas leak detector and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found no error codes. I performed tests 15, 19, 36, 37, 45, 57, & 58 and all tests passed. I found the right RC door gasket badly torn (photo) and the interior liner of the left RC door was badly sunken in at the front and right side (photos). When the unit began the spin mode, it became loud and got louder as the spin RPMs increased. I tilted the unit back and checked the rotor and bolt and it was on tight. I removed the washplate/agitator and found a robe belt wrapped around the spindle of the gearcase. Removed the belt and placed the washplate/agitator back in position and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found both front shocks are not attached to tub. Took pictures. After reconnecting them ran washer and a drain and spin cycle and it is working properly and not moving excessively.

"Arrived onsite for water on the floor by refrigerator. On inspection I pulled the back cover to see if I could spot where the water had come from. The water was turn off, I turn it back and the icemaker dump ice and filled the tray. I saw no water leak, I then dispense water out the front to see if it would leak. I still saw no water leaks. I did notice the moulin was extremely hot to the touch as was the compressor. I clean the coils out and the moulin cooled down to normal temperature. I never could fine the water leak, I informed the customer that it could been a ice that melt and filled the over flow pan and leaked out. The evap in the freezer had no ice buildup on it and the heater ohmed at 24ohms. The bi metal,was 4 ohms.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the RC evap drip pan kit, RC evap fan/harness assembly and drain tube. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. I removed the tube and cleaned it out and re-installed it and using some silicone, I placed a bead around the opening of the drain tube and sealed the gap (photos). I disassembled the RC section and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the RC evaporator. Removed and replaced the evap drip pan and evap fan/harness assembly and secured the evaporator to the back wall. Cleaned up the ice and water and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit . No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Round the end of diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. Tested the unit in manual diagnostics testing the spin and agitation. Found agitation working properly but the agitator only spinning when calling for the unit to spin. Checked underneath the unit and confirmed a broken slider. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site. Hello for a Cody top. That is having a hard time. Turning burners on. Inspected unit and work area. Found multiple burners knobs taped and broken. The customer advised that they thought that the burner initially was closer to the same temperature as the other burners but it felt like it was getting hotter. Turn the unit onto a medium setting and found the unit cycling on and off as designed. Turn the unit down to a lower temperature setting and found it cycling off a lot more frequently. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Leon SR # 7736484541. He advised that based on my checks, the unit is working as designed advised that the right front burner is the hottest burner, and will not have the same set temperatures as a lower wattage burner. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"WRS571CIHZ02 Arrived to repair door harness. gauge wires had failed and I elected to also correct the two large ones. After soldering and heat shrinking all wires within the harness and applying automotive grade sheathing, the wire issue was corrected and the unit operated as designed within service test mode.

Arrived onsite for a washer to possibly replace previous diagnosed parts. I removed the front panel and tested the washer in a light wash. There were no leaks until the unit started agitating and water started running out around the gearcase from the tub seal.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped making ice and not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found that the dispenser would work and the ice maker would fill with water after I removed the filter. I recommend to the customer that we replace the filter . The customer decided to contact whirlpool directly to see if they can get a concession or have them send out a new one for them.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect washer intermittent operation. F1E2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket assembly leaning to the right, against the inside of the cabinet and the gear case had been leaking for some time. I removed and replaced the gear case and corrected the chassis setup. I calibrated the control and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for washer restarting cycles on its own, same as before. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code F1E2 motor drive module over voltage , F6E3 communication- HMI cannot hear ACU. Cleared codes for future reference. Called tech line for assistance. Kurt- SR#7736483065. Notified tech of issues and also found hat home has an electrical issue. As the unit runs , the home lights in the laundry area, hallway and bedroom dim and flicker. Tech stated that a drop in voltage could be resetting the control and reset the cycle. Tech line recommendations are to have the customer correct the Home issue before further diagnosing. I was able to run a quick wash successfully without error during the visit.

Upon arrival ran diagnostics and ran manual test cycle , a manual overview test cycle as well as quick spin cycle and both test passed. Then ran a normal wash cycle and unit is operating correctly. Did find Suds during every test without any detergent Instructed customer that over sized loads and oversuds can cause clothes to be too wet upon completion. Unit is operating as designed. Found the convection and fan come on one time and start to slowly spin, but would not spin at normal rate of speed. Spoke to JC and was advised to replace the control. Replaced the control and tested unit again. Still had the same issue. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rich SR # 7736428746. He advised that the motor barely turning would indicate a failure of the convection fan motor. Gained access to the heater and found the heater measuring proper resistance at 25.6 ohms of resistance but the heater only getting 40 V. Check voltage at the freezer harness connector and found the same voltage going into the cabinet. Went to replace the control in the control sent with me, would not illuminate the user interface. "Arrived onsite for a cooktop with no power. The customer stated the cooktop had power but the fan would not run, the knobs were crooked, the emblems around the knobs are not readable, and they were not sent one of the burner caps. I found the fan gasket not installed correctly over one of the bolts and it was pushed inward binding the blower wheel. I corrected the gasket and tested the fan finding it working as designed. The customer was only sent four burner caps and one of those caps was the extra melt cap for the 5000 BTU burner head. The front right burner cap was not there. I found the manifold twisted causing the valves to all lean to the right and it was causing the knobs to look crooked. I found the writing on the cooktop around the knobs very hard to read. I found the grease filter that was sent with the cooktop to small and not fitting in the chamber correctly. Ordering the W11512355 manifold, W11476218 cooktop, 5EA. WPW10559494 bezel, W11579391 burner cap kit, and W10905834 filter. "WOC97ES0ES03 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed parts. I found the door switch safety linkage had been rubbing on the main part of the microwave cavity and replaced the inner door. Further inspection revealed the entire weight of the unit was resting in the front of the cabinet, causing the door mis-alignment and inability to fully actuate the interlock switches. The incorrect alignment also caused wear of the interlock and I removed and replaced. The error was caused by the switches incorrectly timing and cutting off voltage to the inverter. By replacing the switches, the unit heated at every test with no further parts. The incorrect installation was corrected by adding shims to remove the weight off the front of the unit and subsequently, the rear-ward tilt, causing undue stress in the chassis. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not draining. Upon arrival I tested the unit and found that the unit would not drain. Upon further inspection I found the the drain hose was clogged. I cleared the clogged from the hose and tested unit again and found that the unit is now operating as designed job complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R134 4.5oz. Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."
