"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher only draining. Upon further inspection, I found the light indicator on the panel flashing indicating an E4-overflow error. I gained access to the float switch and found water around the switch housing (photo). I removed the float housing and cleaned the water from the area and the float and reassembled and tested. The unit appeared to operate as designed; however, when the drain pump came on, I found water leaking from the sump seal and dripping down to the float switch (photos). I advised maintenance of my findings and also found a large amount of suds in the tub from the rinse aid dispenser door being left open and leaking rinse aid into the tub. I am ordering the pump/motor, pump gasket, housing, clamps, tubes, hoses, sump, sump gasket, impeller and CNOTE-2HR JOB and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out from its space and maintenance advised that they found water had leaked from the ice maker fill tube. I find the fill tube clamp was not fully secured and the tightening screw was stripped and the fill tube was loose causing water to leak. I found water damage to the floor and wall (photos). Using the installation kit from the ice maker kit prescreened for today, I placed a new clamp with screw on the fill tube and tightened/secured the fill tube (photo). Steamed out the icicle and observed for possible weeping valve. I watched for several minutes and did not see any water trickling. Tested a fill and verified proper operation of icemaker. Arrived onsite for breaker tripping intermittently and in standby as reported by home owner. Home owner reported swapping breakers in his panel and a different breaker same afci/gfci design tripped with the same tendencies. Tested polarity to be correct and voltage as 123Vac. Called whirlpool techline to report findings after being unable to recreate tripping during test cycles and forced draining. No error codes. Performed running amp draw on unit during drain and spin and found the peak draw to be 2.75 amps during hi speed spin while empty. Breaker did not trip while onsite during testing including a test 12 diagnostics cycle. "Arrived on site for a cooktop that is igniting itself. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they went to clean their burner, some of the burners ended up igniting. She advised that she tried to turn on all burners, and then turn them all off and found the burners would not stop lighting. She went ahead and unplugged the unit and has not attempted to test it out since. I plugged the unit in and attempted to lift up the grates to emulate what the customer had dealt with. I tested all burners three times to see if the unit would ignite improperly or burn up as soon as you hit the igniter. I found all testing pass and show no issues with the cooktop. I attempted to ignite each burner with a lighter and could not get any burners to light without releasing the gas at the burner switches. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nathan SR# 7740542003. He advised that based on all the information, the issue would have to be something like electrical supply, or the customer leaning over the knobs, causing it to ignite. He advised that since we cannot replicate the issue, I did not think it had anything to do with the Appliance itself. He advised that he noted the file. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Monica SR# 7740490471. She advised that she believed the issue to be a user error issue. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making noise when running water. Tested unit and found it would dispense properly, but after dispensing roughly a full glass or so, you would hear a thumping and flow would stop and you could not dispense again. I found that removing the filter relieves the pressure and you can dispense fine without it, indicating pressure is building up in the filter and locking up the valve. Advised customer to replace the filter, since house pressure does not look like it was changed at all. Customer will follow up if issue repeats with a new filter, but housing seems to be fine and dispenses with filter out with no issues. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found ice in the bin, but it was small in size as if the unit is not getting enough water. Customer advised that they have never replaced the water filter and the water filter indicator was lit up on the UI. I tested the ice maker and found it harvesting as designed then it filled as designed. I recommended the customer replace the water filter every six months. The unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts replaced."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found power supply wire(l1) in door harness plastic hinge encasing was sticking out and cut. Corrected wiring with butt connection and secured in plastic hinge encasing with zip ties. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Found unit not receiving proper voltage. Attempted to reset breaker multiple times and was finally able to get one leg to turn on a voltage was restored. Heated unit and showed customer unit working as designed. Advised customer to have contractor replace faulty breaker. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for initial not powering on. Disassembled unit found inner cabinet saturated with condensation. Condensation is building on console. Replaced console unit is now working as designed. Notified customer not to use unit until external ventilation is cleaned. Notify customer ventilation is not clean next wont be covered under warranty. Job completed

On arrival verified complaint of unit not spraying water. Customer had unit already uninstalled see quick pics. Verified voltage in polarity. Ran test and found sump motor is not activating. Verified pump is getting voltage. Replaced sump motor. Re-ran Diag and verified unit is now functioning job complete installed. W11613479 customer to reinstall unit.
