"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and found the unit would fill and then do nothing. I tilted the unit back and inspected the harness and didnt find anything visible, but when I lifted on the drain pump harness, the drain pump kicked on and drained the water. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the main control and tested the drain pump harness continuity and found the light blue wire good and the black wire open. I checked under the unit again and found where the harness had broken (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and mended the break for a temporary repair until I could return with the lower harness. Once I mended the harness, I tested the unit and found when the unit goes into a high speed spin, I can hear the the components make a loud screeching noise. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam and belt and scheduled return service for 03/06/24. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had just bought this machine and it has not worked since the day he bought it. He advised that the unit will tumble, but it is not heat at all. I checked voltage to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked all heating components and found everything showing that they were working as designed. I checked voltage going to the heater and found lying to voltage missing. Checked the motor and found that the connector for the motor had not been fully inserted onto the motor. Fixed the electrical connections and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range that is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will reach preheat temperatures but then will stop heating altogether and will not cycle back on until the customer cancels the cycle and then set a new bike cycle to preheat. I tested both elements and found both elements working. I went ahead and replace the oven thermostat and main control ran the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle. I found the unit cycling between 380?F and 318?F, giving the customer a big average of 349?F. Did advise the customers that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a prostyle cooktop that the knobs are easy to turn on and it will leak propane. I checked the valves and the knobs have to be pushed in to allow the knobs to turn on so they are working as designed. I used my gas leak detector and checked for leaks at the orifices and all connections finding no gas leaks present. The unit is working as designed. I did find the cooktop not installed correctly. There is no shelf support under the cooktop and it is supported by the cooktop trim in the back and on the sides and it sets on the cabinet facia trim in the front. I had the customer get their installation manual and I went thru the install pictures and explained all of this to the customer. I called safety and spoke with Marie to report my findings SR# 7738527778. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and I tested the voltage at the outlet and found no voltage. I checked the breaker (GFCI) and found it tripped. Recycled the power to the unit and retested voltage and got 248V. I attempted to test the unit and it would not turn on. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 248V from red to black; 148V from red to white; 58V from black to white and 124V from red to ground. I inspected the outlet and found the neutral terminal damaged (photo). I plugged the unit in and was able to test the unit and it is operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit begins to make a noise after approximately 20 mins of use. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel damaged (photo). All other components are good. I reassembled the unit and left it unplugged for safety and recommended they not use the unit until the blower wheel is replaced. I am ordering the wheel and scheduled return service for 03/05/24. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further , I tested temp,sin the FC= -1 degrees. I removed the ice maker cover and found the IM tray damaged and ice in the fill tube. I removed the ice maker and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the fill tube. Installed a new ice maker and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to replace board and interior light. Replaced both parts test unit by heating water for 1:30 minutes and 2:00 minutes and unit test good job complete.

"GSS25GSHBCSS Arrived to inspect no dispensing of ice. Upon initial inspection, I found the dispenser motor and solenoid had frozen, similarly to the prior service. I was able to get the ice maker to complete a harvest and fill cycle and found no issues with the amount of water dispensed into the ice maker. Further inspection revealed a large area at the bottom of the FC door, along the mullion that was gapped. Using a flashlight within the chamber, I could see an area four inches in length by 1/4 gapped. The area was allowing a large amount of air to circulate through the system, causing condensate to gather and then freeze within the FC chamber and resulting in the dispenser assembly seizure. I was able to re-form the mullion and then seal to prevent air movement and moisture incursion into the cabinet. I advised the customer of my findings and that there are few, if any, options to attempt further repair, if the door/gasket continues to not be able to conform to and seal along the mullion side. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival I I checked the wave guide and found that it was not damaged. I then replaced the filter board and the transformer and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

On arrival verified complaint of unit shutting down 10 minutes in and has to fully cool down before customer can start it back up. Replaced all fuses and thermistors as all checked good but still one of them is causing the failure. Job complete operational test is good.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking water inside of the washer when it is not in use and is also turning itself on randomly. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I did confirm that the inlet water valve on the hot side was leaking water very slowly. I replaced both the inlet water valve and the control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for MW making a noise. On inspection the magnetron is louder than usual. The unit heated stuff up just fine. Returning with magnetron,capacitor & diode. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/5 TUE !"

Arrived onsite for complaint of noisy operating and determined duct was rattling against back panel. Adjusted the installation. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer back panel issues. Upon further inspection, I found the back panel on the left side of the unit was separated from the chassis due to the screws being stripped out (photo). As a temporary fix, I used some washers, from my van stock, with the screws to hold the back panel in place until I can return to complete the repair. I am ordering the rear panel, screws and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service when parts arrive. Unit is operable at this time. No lint observed during service.; ordrng 6 WP90767 (Screw)s and 1 W11626083 (Rear panel) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived on site to test unit for ovens not getting to temp. Found customer using oven thermometers. Showed customer how to calibrate the unit. Test temp at 350? and unit test good at this time.

"Customer denied service, stated he has 2 other appliances to service on March 5th and hed like to get them all serviced on 1 day. Rescheduling for 3/5.; schdld next appmnt for 3/5 TUE !"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not running properly, tested unit found F7E3 error, present water coming into unit extremely slow, recommend replacing shift actuator, inlet valve and control as precautionary, ordered parts office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) and 1 W11614515 (Valve)"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not screwed into cabinet. I secured the unit to the cabinet to make sure it does not move. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for rattling noise, tested unit found a magnet stuck to motor pulley rattling against cover, removed magnets and tested, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived onsite for vent hood making a noise. On inspection the vent was not making the noise. I asked the customer what was she doing when the noise appeared. She said cooking, I turn all 4 burners on and with 30 seconds the noise appeared. On further inspection the fan started to wobble when heat was introduced to the environment. Installed new motor & fan blade. Test the unit and the noise does appear any more. The unit is operating as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for making a weird noise. Upon arrival was not able to replicate noise. Upon closer inspection blower wheel and motor looked fine. Idler wheel was showing signs of belt slipping. Replaced all rollers and idler wheel. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. Job complete."
