Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRQA59CNKZ00 that wont light in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Iconfirmed the customers complaint and found the refrigerator lights out. I gained access to thenLED module in the refrigerator section and found the door alarm start going off due to leaving the door opened for a few minutes. This would mean the door switches were working. I replaced the LED module W11470191 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Cleared fault codes and initiated diagnostic test cycle. During testing, UI buttons again became unresponsive, confirming intermittent communication and control issues. WMH31017HS09. Upon arrival verified microwave would not heat and was making a buzzing noise. Removed top, bent, and grill behind control panel. Verified diode had failed. Removed and replaced diode W11256462. Reinstalled vent plate and top grill. Placed cup of water in microwave and ran for 2 minutes. Water got hot and unit worked as intended. Advised customer to remove grease trap from underneath and clean with hot soapy water, soaking 10-15 minutes as needed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher displaying an F8E4 error code indicating water detected in the drip pan. Removed the lower access panel and drip tray to inspect for the source of the issue. Found a small amount of soapy water present in the drip pan. Cleaned and dried the drip pan thoroughly and inspected all accessible components, hoses, connections, sump assembly, and door seal areas for signs of active leaks. I ran diagnostic no error codes I tested on quick wash it had issues advancing. Further inspection I found the splutch has failed I replaced the part calibrated and then tested on quick wash. I waited for the quick wash to finish. The product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with a damaged door. Inspected the unit and found the internal door glass was broken. Verified that the door assembly was the source of the issue and determined replacement was required. Removed the damaged door assembly and installed a new door assembly. Checked door alignment and ensured the door opened, closed, and latched properly. Tested microwave operation after repair and confirmed all functions were working correctly. washer WFW5720RR0 upon arrival verified F71 fault code which is a tachometer, missing fault code. Removed and replaced stator w11746646 and rotor w11314361 and retested. Washer in high spin and it spun with no issues. Reinstalled back panel, moved washer to correct spot in laundry room. Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW6157PB1 that is going off balance and making banging noises during spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine had been working fine until the last load, where it went off balance and was making a racket. The customer has notnused it since. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension and basket and found both in good condition with the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I checked underneath and found nongearcase leaks with everything in good condition. I ran through anquickwash with blankets and found the machine complete the whole cycle without fail. I the unit is working and operating as designed, and I explained the issue appeared to be a load unbalance issue. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

Upon arrival customer stated unit intermittently produces a scratching noise during cycles, varying from no noise to a loud scraping sound. Ran a test cycle but was unable to duplicate the complaint during operation. Gained access to internal components and inspected blower wheel, finding no defects or obstructions present. Further inspection revealed idler pulley seized, causing intermittent drivetrain noise during drum rotation. Proceeded to replace pulley wheel and roller bearings using repair kit (4392067). I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid will not lock or unlock) error code. I tested the unit and conformed the customers complaint. Inspected underneath agitator and found no issues. Agitator itself looks good as well. Proceeded to replace W11239857 belt, W10721967 splutch and W11481722 actuator. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 not cooling. Found all fans working but the evaporator was frozen. Put unit in defrost but nothing happened. I removed the ice build up and installed a new heater w11650661. No other issues or leaks detected. Unit is cooling now.

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range turned off no power. On arrival, I verified when preheating the oven it trips the breaker. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping the breaker. No parts used product works as its designed. I recommend that the client leave the oven for one hour. I also recommended contacting a gfci breaker company to find the correct breaker for the range.

Arrived on site unit 723 to look at model AMV2307PFS08 for customer complaint of unit not heating. Found issue with the diode. I replaced diode u it tested good. Part used w11256462

Disconnected power to the unit and removed the necessary panels to gain access to all components. Entered diagnostic mode and performed operational testing to verify proper function of all newly installed components.Tested oven functions, blower operation, and control response. WRS315SDHM13 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with condensation on the separator. On arrival, I verified the condensation. I dried all condensation and inspected the gaskets FC and RC gaskets are in great shape and sealing as designed. I uploaded photos. Further inspection I found the bottom chassis had an open gap not sealing .I used silicone to seal the gaps. Product works as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model NTW4516FW4 not finishing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F0E5. I gained access to the underside of the washer and found presence of gearcase oil indicating failure. I replaced the gearcase and splutch and reassembled and calibrated and tested the washer and it is now operating as designed. No one on site to sign. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to test unit WTW4816FW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11603810) and applied power, drain pump energized for half a second and disengaged. Attempted to enter service mode, no reaction from control board. Cycled power, drain pump once again energized for half a second before shutting down. Control is defective from factory and will need to be re-ordered. Ordering part, rescheduled for 06/03.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control)

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDT531HAPM0 with issue of not draining and causing leak from door. Upon arrival, inspected unit. There is standing water in tub. Ran drain cycle and can hear pump energizes, but is not pumping water out of unit. I drained all water manually. removed drain pump for inspection and found impeller is spinning freely. I replaced drain pump W10876537. Test unit and is operating as de. No leaks present. Job complete

Refrigerator WRX986SIHZ03. Upon arrival customer stated that ice maker had only dropped 2 trays of ice within the last week. Ran diagnostics test 56. There was an E2 fault code, which is ice maker motor loss position. Check test 37 ice box thermistor tested ok, and test 36. Icebox fan when turned on was running at full speed. Check icebox temperature and it was at 8. Which is within specifications. Removed and replaced ice maker w11658802. Ran fill tests. Ice maker filked. advised customer that when the thermistor on the ice maker reaches temperature it will start to dump ice about 4 to 6 hours. Advised customer that the ice bucket should fill by the end of tomorrow. If theyre still having issues with the icemaker not making ice to call us back. Refrigerator is working as intended. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for a damaged lower rack tine row. Inspected the lower dish rack and confirmed that the tine holder row was broken, preventing dishes from being properly supported during operation. Removed the damaged tine row assembly and installed the new replacement tine holder. Verified that the new component was securely mounted and that the rack operated smoothly without any interference. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11608056

I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (single speed wash motor failure) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed the wash motor had failed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model MVWC565FW1. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the latch W11307244 and tested the unit. I found the machine making a squealing noises when it went to spin. I checked underneath and found no evidence of a gearcase leak or failure but did find the belt and cam worn. I replaced both parts (W10721967 and WPW10006384) and tested the unit again. I found the machine working ajd operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRMF3636RZ00 water not dispensing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit had been replaced by the vendor due to installation damage and they were given the filter from the old unit. When the water began to dispense, it wouod slowly stop so they put the other filter in and it eventually did the same thing. I checked the manufacturing date for the unit and advised the customer that the filter was installed approximately 9-10 months ago. Customer advised that they got the unit in January 2026. I tested the water dispenser and was barely flowed. I removed the water filter and retested the dispenser and water flowed as designed. I recommended that the customer get a new filter and should they continue to have issues to call it in for service. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the dispenser in test 25 and it operated as designed. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to test unit WRS315SDHM13 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated unit was leaking from the rear of the refrigerator. Applied power to unit and tested water dispenser operation; no leaks were present during dispenser use. Cycled ice maker and monitored fill operation. During fill, verified water leaking from valve housing. Proceeded to replace valve (W11645245) and retested both dispenser and ice maker fill functions. Verified leak has been eliminated and all water connections are secure. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found failed console, replaced console W11600370 and tested unit is now running as designed, provided customer with WI-FI team number so the WI-FI can be connected properly, at this time unit is running as designed job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer leaking during the steam cycle. Spoke with the customer regarding the issue and gathered information about when the leak occurred. Customer stated that only two clothing items were placed in the dryer while using the steam cycle. Reviewed the owners manual with the customer and explained that the steam cycle is designed to operate with a full or properly sized load to ensure correct steam distribution and performance. Running the cycle with only a few items can cause excess moisture accumulation and may appear as a leak. Performed operational testing of the dryer and ran the steam cycle under normal conditions. Unit completed testing successfully with no leaks or abnormal operation observed. Verified all components were functioning as designed. No repairs were necessary at this time. Customer was advised on proper steam cycle usage. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer WFW560CHW4 not starting properly and giving error. Inspected and found error code for door latch. Replaced latch W11565030 and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4005SW0 not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error F7E5 shifter fault. I gained access to the underside of the machine and found evidence of gearcase oil and the cam. I am ordering the gearcase and retuning with prescreened parts. W11454372. Scheduling for 6/9. arrived on site for dishwasher KDPS324SPS0 with issue of door not opening correctly. Upon arrival, test unit and closing door felt weird and opening took a little more than usual force to open. I replaced latch W11412299. Test unit and door now opens and closed smoothly. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDF330PAHS5 with issues of not drying dishes and randomly not washing dishes. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F7-E1 no heat. I ran automatic test cycle and unit fills, washes, drains and heater energizes correctly. Found during wash, the upper spray arm intermittently gets hung up at rear of manifold. Arrived on site to inspect washer WFW560CHW4 not draining. Upon further inspection, I found several pieces of debris in the bellow drain area. I removed the debris and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain pump failure, F8E3-overflow, and F0E2-over suds. I cleared the code and manually tested the valves and drain pump to find that the drain pump attempts to pump the water out, but is unable to. I gained access to ths drain pump and filter and removed the filter to find a large amount of debris inside. I removed the debris and vacuumed the drain hose to clear it as well. Reassembled the unit and retested and found the unit is operating as designed. Maintenance personnel was on-site while I serviced the unit and witnessed the debris in the bellow and in the filter. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WFW560CHW4 error code. Upon further inspection, the maintenance staff advised that the unit is showing error code F5E3-door unlock failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E3 and found the tenant has been using the unit as there was a load in the unit. Maintenance advised that they cycled power to the unit and it started working again. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found the door strike mounting screws were loose which could have caused the error. I tightened the screws to the strike and retested and the continues to operate as designed and I found the door is closing more secured. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Refrigerator WSF26C3EXF01. Performed odor check. Slight broccoli-type smell detected. Removed drawers and bins from refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected air return and evaporator panelno food particles found. Ran vinegar solution through drain pan and tube in freezer section. Wiped air vent and drip pan in refrigerator section with vinegar solution. Advised customer that if odor is inside liner or insulation, it cannot be removed. Suggested pulling all items, turning unit off for 24 hours, and wiping down with vinegar solution. Noted dirty condenser coils and advised cleaning yearly. Refrigerator working as intended. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE

Arrived onsite for washer WTW4855HW3 drain pump running continuously. Inspected and found error code f3e1 pressure system failure. Unit would not reset. Replaced control W11607637. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

WDP540HAMZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water custer thinks its the seal. On arrival, the client stated that the dishwasher is no longer leaking . It leaked once, and she thought something might have been stuck in the seal. I ran diagnostic no error codes. The product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site for dishwasher KDTM405PPS1 that is not filling with water. Tested unit on arrival and found ir does fill with water. I ran a wash cycle ans verified that all spray arms are working, drain is working, and heating element is also working. I can find no failures with the unit, and whatever issue might have been present seems to be resolved. No parts used.

Vent hood UVL6036JSS2. Arrived on-site to find lights on. Lights flickered when switching between off, low, and high, especially low to high or high to low. Suspect rocker switch. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I found oil in the evaporating pan. When I pierced the drier, I found no pressure in the system. Using my nitrogen, I pressurized the system to find a leak in the yoder line coming out of the cabinet. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV drier and cut the Yoder line and brazed a coupler onto the line. Pressurized the system again with 250psi of nitrogen and checked for leaks in the repair and found none. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures. Pressures held for approximately 15 minutes, then I installed 77g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I plugged the unit in and monitored temps and the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. Unit is operating as designed and no water connections to the unit, job completed. WPW10143759, W11506635, W11455472
