I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. The product works as it's designed with no parts used. I recommend that the client contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRMF706ESS00 not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in, and both compartments were room temperature. I found the RC and FC fans on and the condenser fan on. I checked the deli control and found no lights on. I gained access to the deli harness and found that all five wires were cut/broken. I removed the deli control and found no corrosion on the harness and no water in the reservoir. I placed the unit it in diagnostics and tested it and found that the compressor does not turn on. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and found the inverter board diagnostics LED flashing three times telling me the board has failed. I gained access to the ice maker harness and the fill tube harness and tested the fill tube in test 19. Also tested voltage and found 3VDC to the fill tube heater. I tested DC voltage at the LED board to the heater and found 3VDC (12VDC) telling me the LED board has failed. Using a tester inverter board, I placed it on the compressor and tested it, and approximately five seconds after the compressor came on, the inverter board shorted and arced. Using another tester board, I placed it on the compressor and tested and checked pressures at the previous sealed system repair and found the Low side going into a vacuum due to either a restriction or possibly being low in refrigerant. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the LED board, ice bin door, fill tube heater, inverter board, deli harness, deli control, drip pan kit, and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. Office to schedule return service, and the unit was left unplugged for safety. I inspected the bottom of the freezer and found a sheet of ice telling me that the FC evaporator drain is clogged. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the drain tube, and when I removed the tube, water came out of the tube. I took the tube to the sink and cleared it out, and poured hot water into the tube, and it flushed the tube out. I re-installed the tube and sealed the gap with silicone. I then gained access to the FC evaporator drain pan, and using my steamer, I removed the ice that had formed in the pan and drain. Cleared the drain with the hot water from my steamer. I reassembled the FC section and placed the unit in diagnostics, and tested the unit. I found the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed. "Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave/oven combination unit for an intermittent squeaking sound during microwave operation. Spoke with the customer regarding the issue and reviewed a video they provided. The noise in the video appeared to resemble a squeaking or rubbing sound consistent with either a turntable motor under load or debris caught under the turntable support wheels.To attempt to replicate the issue, I ran the microwave through five test cycles, heating a cup of water for 1 to 1.5 minutes each cycle. Throughout all test runs, no abnormal noises were present. The unit operated quietly, and all mechanical and electrical functions appeared normal.I inspected the turntable plate, turntable ring, and support wheels, and did not find any debris or obstructions. The turntable motor engaged smoothly with no unusual resistance. Based on the customers video, the noise was likely caused by either the turntable motor under temporary strain or an object caught on the turntable support wheels, but the issue could not be duplicated during todays visit.At this time, the microwave is operating as designed. Checked bottom of dishwasher and found fill valve just hanging there not secured to the dishwasher. Also found gasket on sump and motor damaged and all spray arms are clogged and both top and bottom racks are rusted. Tried turning the water to the dishwasher off but found it connected to the sink so advised customer to hot drain every day to prevent the unit to over fill. We will need top and bottom spray arms and top and bottom racks and sump and motor and fill valve. Cant test unit due to the leak dont know if control board is working correctly. Arrived on site for a dishwasher KDTE204KPS3. Found the left adjuster w11551537 was off track and had a loose wheel. I replaced it and advised the customer on how to raise and lower the rack. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT970SAHZ0 with a gasket coming off. I found the left adjuster rubbing the gasket. The upper rack seems to be warped and causing the issue with the gasket. Arrived onsite for RF burner not igniting. I found the ignitor sparking correctly but not igniting the flame. I found the spring funnel on the orifice to have come off. Placed the spring funnel back on but issue still occurs. It will light with a lighter. Will need to order W10836474 CAP BRNR FR AND W11678108 FLAME SPREADER SUPPRT. Arrived on site for a dishwasher JDTS3924SL0 with a loose handle. I found the screw was stripped on the right side. I replaced both screws w10826179 and studs w11157086. The handle is tight and the unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site. Nobody is available to sign.

Arrived onsite for F8E0 oven fan not running. I confirmed i can hear the motor hum but no airflow occurring. I found the blower motor to be receiving correct voltage but fan not moving. Motor on blower has failed. I replaced the blower and unit now operates as designed. Call complete. Installed W11598119 BLOWER.

Arrived onsite for unit with smoke odor. I pulled the console and found a fire had occurred and burnt all top components. Spoke with techline and they stated it seems like a leak occurred with the valve and created a electrical fire due to rust present near the valve. Unable to test as customer stated when plugged in it hisses and control is burnt up. Called safety and they wrote under original SR. Safety will contact customer with resolutionCase number techline 21749536.

"Arrived onsite for unit with poor cooling WRT541SZDM03 located in unit 2405. Repaired by replacing compressor w11580057, uv drier WPW10143759 access port W11506635. Pulled vacuum and charged to spec. Inspected all joints. Unit is now cooling with good low side pressure and positive heat exchange detectable on the discharge line. No leaks detected at time of servide. Water is off and disconnected prior to service. No signer available"

"Arrived on site for washer WTW5057LW0 with issue of leaking water. Upon arrival, inspected and test unit.Started a normal cycle with deep fill. Makes an odd sound during slow rotation while filling . Once filled begins washing as normal. Inspected pump, tub and hoses and all are good. Found water droplets on inner part of belt shield. the leak is coming from gearcase seal and water is leaking from over the gearcase and onto all lower components. Uploaded pictures to SD. Need to replace gearcase and all lower components . Ordering gearcase, cam, belt, actuator, motor, capacitor, wash plate, belt shield and spanner nut. "Arrived on site to test unit WFG320M0MS0 for gas smell. Customer stated strong odor present every time preheat runs. Verified issue, immediately upon ignition raw gas smell present. Accessed burner tubes and found air shutter fully open causing improper air-to-gas ratio. Adjusted shutter to approximately 15% open, strong odor still present. Adjusted to 5% open. Retested preheat cycle; odor has been eliminated and flame now clean blue with no rollout. Explained slight gas smell can be normal on initial ignition. Advised customer to always run vent hood during the use of the unit. Contacted SAFETY and documented under case number 21701164. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."
