I ran into diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Around the answer an auto test and confirmed that the washer motor would not run. "Arrived on-site to test unit for gas smell. Upon arrival, builder stated that there is a strong gas smell present during preheat cycle. Tested unit found when preheat cycle begins strong gas smell is present. Gained access to burner tube and found air shutter opened too wide. Adjusted air shutter until only 10% is open, ran a preheat cycle. Gas smell is present during initial ignition but dissipates after a minute. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine that was not producing ice after recent sealed system repair. GC noticed a slow fill and recirc pump not allowing reservoir to fully fill, and the evaporator would only frost the outer ring. I replaced the valve and recirc pump to resolve the fill issues. I checked the pressure on the SS and found it consistently stuck on -12, but compressor sounds healthy. I evacuated the system and tested with 150psi nitrogen. Let the system sit for 15 mins and found no leaks at all. Vacuumed unit for 20 mins and charged to exact spec. I sat and watched the unit fully produce an ice sheet and harvest. Ice sheet is thick and full and generating normal size cubes. Unit has been consistently producing ice since I completed the repair. I noticed that the water line was dripping when I had pulled it out and was loose. I tightened the hose until it stopped dripping. I advised the customer of the dripping line and if it returns to replace the water line. At time of repair completed unit was producing full healthy ice slabs and harvesting. Pics added to SD. Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking multiple times to dry . Upon further inspection I ran an airflow test and the test result came back as poor airflow. Voltage tested good. I cleared the code. At this time the vents would need to be addressed by maintenance as it can cause a number of issues with the dryer. No parts installed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice and has a broken piece in the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the water feature and found no water coming from the dispenser. I checked behind the unit and found that the water supply had been turned on. I removed the filter and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I asked the customer if they replace their filter anytime recently and the customer advised that she has never replaced the filter. I did advise her that her filter is out and she will need a new filter to fix the ice and water supply. The customer showed me that the refrigerator door switch was broken and would not illuminate in the refrigerator section unless if the freezer door was opened. I did find part of the front left door gasket not mounted correctly and reset it in place then set unit to 350 and tested unit for 40 minutes, found after that time that front panel was between 90-100 degrees, reported findings to techline under sr#7740552852 and 7740507453 safety team. Found unit is working as designed and per techline front panel above door on cooktop has no limiting factor in how hot it can get due to it being on the cooktop/part of the door ventilation. Arrived onsite for sensor dry functions ending cycle prematurely and found over 30 foot duct in use and also dryer sheets in regular use. Advised customer that ducts exceeding 8 ft of pressure can cause disruptions in sensor functions and that it would be necessary to use the timed dry feature to regulate efficiency. All else checks good. No parts used

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not drying the dishes. Tested heater continuity. 28ohms. Tested heater circuit thermal fuse to be good. Tested heater function in diagnostics step 6 and pulled 6amps on the heater supply wire. Unit is supplying power and heating as designed. Advised customer on findings and on diagnostics reset. Advised customer on best use and care principles to optimize drying performance. All checks good. No parts.

"Arrived onsite for gearcase and related parts replacement. Wash tower was still unable to be conventionally removed so removed it in pieces and cut the plate nut off, after this I removed the gearcase and all underside parts and replaced the gearcase, cam, motor, actuator, capacitor and belt. Replaced wash tower and secured bolt with blue loctite. Ran factory calibration and proceeded to test by starting a normal cycle. All system pass checks. Arrived on site for a cooktop that is overheating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that his right front burner seem to be overheating at one point and would not stop glowing red. He advised that he turned off the element and has not used it since. I tested the unit on a low heat setting and found the unit overheating indicating an issue with the infinite switch. I replaced the Internet switch and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designs. Call complete. WP3149400.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they have had two instances where temperatures in the freezer section were getting into the 30?F areas and the refrigerator has climbed in temperature to. She advised that if she leaves it long enough, it will correct itself, but she has had two instances where it stopped cooling and keeping temperatures down where they should be. Upon entry, I found the refrigerator and freezer temperature is at 33?F and 0?F. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor was not overheating. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all components working and operating as designed. The customer stated that she was unaware as to what was going on with the unit prior to when it was not cooling as the unit is really quiet. She didnt know if she had left the freezer door opened or not but wanted to make sure the unit was working properly. I checked the freezer evaporator and did not find any evidence of any defrost issues of any kind. I went ahead and replaced the main control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10317076."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I want to replace the first filter extension and a the first filter extension was defective. I used another one to seal off the gaps and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed and found no water leaking from the fill tube when it went to fill with water. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not running / powering on. Issues appeared to be related to harnesses and DC load. I replaced the UI harness, upper Harness, door latch, pressure switch and filter. Tested with just console on, and unit powered on. Once powered on I started adding items back to the control. I confirmed all harnesses reinstalled and tested unit. Verified everything working as designed. No water leaks found. Parts used W11316771, W11316253, W11565030, W11316246, W11316252."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer making noise when in use. I ran the unit and heard an obvious clacking coming from the bottom end in both agitation and spin. I checked the bottom end and found gearcase oil splattered on the walls and on the stator. I removed and replaced the gearcase, rotor (due to scrapes in the teeth), and the clutch for allowing the slider to tick. Tested unit and found noise gone. Once a regular cycle started, unit started leaking out the bottom above the gearcase due to tub unnoticeably cracking during the process. Ordering tub and new Gearcase to resolve. Parts used - W10754448, W10915701, W11449841. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W11219115 (Tub)"

"NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for unit grabbing and snagging clothes. Upon arrival, customer showed clothing item got caught underneath agitator and started grabbing and snagging the item. Inspected agitator, tub hub and gearcase shaft and all components are tight and checks out good. Called techline and spoke with Brandon SR#7740556200 and stated unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."

"WTW4850HW3 Unit 1303. Arrived on site for unit making loud noise. Upon arrival, found cam teeth shaved causing gears to rub. Proceeded to replace W10721967 splutch assy and W11481722 actuator. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and turned oven on and it started to pre heat. Turned oven off and the display glitched and turn on and off. Hit cancel button again with out turning the oven on and the unit tripped the breaker. Turn breaker back on and just hit the cancel button and it tripped again. Replaced control board pre heated unit to 350? and unit pre heated correctly with no problems. Turned oven off by hitting cancel and unit did not tripped job complete.
