"Arrived to inspect continuous ice production issue. I measured temperature and the FC showed -8?F, plenty cool for ice production. I heard the unit attempt to cycle and fill and the ice that was dropped was hollow and very wet, indicating a likely short-cycled ice production. The RC measured at 33? and was set to 42. I removed the water supply line and found a large amount of debris from the supply within the home. I flushed with approximately five gallons of water and found no more visible signs of debris. I noted the ice maker would short cycle after about 10 minutes repeatedly. I R/Rd the ice maker and tested. The CX requested the filter and I added it to the charge. I added a 6? offset increase to both the FC and RC chambers. No leaks observed during service."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve had two other repair companies service the unit and could not repair the unit and advised that previous techs disassembled the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E2. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I performed another diagnostics test and again the unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a timed dry mode for 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested one more time in diagnostics and timed dry mode and the unit continued to operate properly. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the compliant, prior service, and my findings. Andrew advised that the float switch might have been stuck, but if the unit is operating properly, not to replace any parts. Provided SR#7735140500. "Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit not cooling and I pressurized to 140 psi and monitored. Seeing no change in 10 minutes, I lowered the pressure to 120 so I could monitor on both gauges accurately, for an additional 10 minutes. Seeing no change, I thoroughly swept the system from both directions with nitrogen and R/Rd the compressor and vacuumed to 340 microns. Holding vacuum for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service. "KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect vibration. I found the lower air dam for the condenser was vibrating on the lower unit pan. I corrected the placement issue and secured the panel. Further testing revealed the issue was resolved. The drain tube was starting to form gapping and I sealed and re-mounted. The chassis required squaring and after, the doors operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making excessive noise when in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it sounds like the motor is shorting out when the unit is running and thought there would be an issue due to the excessive noise in the washer mix when in use. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit to an auto test and the customer advise the sound it was making when the unit was in agitation. Did explain to the customer that the sound that I was hearing was normal and not sound like a failed functional part. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7735145460. He had me run through a couple checks and all tests ran as designed. He advised that this is normal for these washers and to not make any repairs. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes the ice gets stuck in the ice chute when they dispense cubed ice. Check the ice container and found all the cubes were proper sizes and there was no clumping going on in the ice container. Tested the unit five times and was able to dispense cubed ice as designed. I did not find any obstructions inside the ice shoot or the ice container causing the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7735137927. He advised that the issue would most likely be due to ice clumping in the ice container and that the reason why we cannot replicate it right now is because the ice is not clumped. Checked all door gaskets and found all door gasket sealing properly. He advised that this is a Yusen care issue and the consumer will need to dump the ice bin out once every week to two weeks and to make note for the repair. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that seems to be getting warm in rc at time cx informed me that they had only episodes this twice and never again. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found Rc at 28* set to 37*fc at 4* and falling . I tested the rc thermistor and found that is was good I then tested the rc Evap thermistor and found it good. Arrived onsite for ar Andover that is having Intermittent sparking issues. Upon arrival I tested the unit and found that the unit lit and it had good flames. I tested the heating element and found it good, I then checked the thermistor and found that it was showing out of range. "Arrived onsite for a dryer that will dry one load and then when the cx puts another load in the unit would flash its drum light and it would not power on till it sits for a while. Upon inspection i checked for power at the wall and found good voltage, I then checked the terminal block and found that the was a loose connection there I corrected this and tested the unit ad found the unit operating as designed. I the tested the unit for airflow and found that it had poor airflow then contacted to the vent hose and good airflow when disconnected. I advised the cx to have the event checked to clear any developing clogs in the vent. Unit otherwise is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that trips the breaker when bake is turned on and broil was staying on prior to the last visit. I found the broil element burned off on one side and the element grounded to the chassis. I replaced the broil element and tested. I found the bake relay on the new control that was replaced on the previous visit not closing. I suspect it blew when it tripped the breaker on the previous visit. I replaced the control and tested. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed control per Techline. Par was a run without. Spoke with AM and he has the part. Spoke with DW and verified he has part.

"Arrived to inspect non-operation. The unit was flashing F9E1 upon arrival. I found the correct resistance at the drain pump, but when measured from the control, it was an open load. The harness had failed at the junction for the drain pump at the lower tub area and I was able to make a temporary repair to remove the standing water. There is no enough available wire to ensure harness integrity and the lower harness will need to be replaced. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower Harness)"

"Arrived on site for washer getting off balanced ,vibration and not finishing load . Found oil leaking from gear case . Ordering gearcase , cam , hub , belt ,wash plate if needed No water leaks detected at time of service. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin empty and unit turned off. Turned the unit on and placed it in diagnostics. I found the cleaning light illuminated. Tested all the components and found the valve slowly dispensing water, the reservoir drain pump has failed, the evaporator is dirty and at the end of the test, I found the on/off light blinking showing the bin thermistor is out of range. I tested the thermistor and did find it out of range. I tested the cutter and found it getting 10.6VAC and 4.8ohms well within range. I tested the unit in a normal mode and found the unit is making a good slab of ice on the evaporator but due to the evaporator needing to be cleaned, the slab would not drop too the cutter. I am ordering the reservoir drain pump, bin thermistor and cleaning solution and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 12/07/22 at which time, the reservoir drain pump, bin thermistor and valve will need to be replaced. Recommended that the customer wait to clean the unit until after repairs have been made due to the reservoir drain pump failing. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying the dishes and the door falling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code F7e1 no heat in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water, and the wash motor coming on. I found the heating element coming on. I inspected the hinges and found the friction pads missing. I recommend the thermostat and friction pads be replaced. The office will reschedule when we have eta on the parts.; ordrng 1 WP661566 (Thermostat) and 2 WP8268961 (Friction pads)s"

Arrived onsite for a malfunction cooktop. Upon arrival I found that no one was home i contacted the office and the office attempted to reach customer but was not successful. I waited 10mins and no one showed. I then tagged the door and moved on. Office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site for no cool. Compressor not running,power cycled unit compressor powered on ran for a few minutes then shut off,odd noise from compressor,ran diagnostics powered on compressor no heat from discharge tube,odd noise from compressor.
