"Arrived on site for ice dispenser concerns. Per customer ice will get stuck in chute. Tested ice dispenser working,showed customer ice chute and ice cube size let customer know due to chute design some cubes can get stuck in chute and when dispensing and no ice comes out to stop and clear stuck ice."

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Tested unit and unit did trip. Restored power and put unit in test mode. Isolated components and unit individually never tripped breaker. Unit never exceeded 15amps and was on a 40amp gfci breaker. Ran unit again unter normal mode and did not trip. Customer was able to successfully use unit for over a year without issue until now. Spoke to PR. Recommended customer have breaker replaced and tripping is intermittent and no component is causing the trip. Customer will address the issue.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not powering on. Upon further inspection. I found there was no incoming voltage to the dishwasher. I found that the circuit breaker was tripped. I reset the circuit breaker. I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran through a test cycle and found all components are operating as designed. I could find no indication that any components are faulty or caused the circuit breaker to trip. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not filling. Upon arrival customer stated cycles would not start. Verified concern by starting a normal cycle, basket did not begin to spin for sensing. Motor and clutch could be heard engaging but basket showed no movement. Basket spun freely by hand. Inspected lower components and found evidence of overloading; rotor had been rubbing against rotor shield, melting the plastic and seizing rotation. Freed rotor from seized position and reassembled. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not cooling properly, found temperature at 25 degrees in RC, I found issue with control and thermistor. I replaced control and thermistor, unit tested good. Parts used wpw10384183 and w11546690"

Cx stated that unit will stop on middle of cycle. 4an diagnostics and no fault codes. Cx also stated that if door is left slightly open it will slowly open all the way and it never had that issue before. Checked under unit and found rear legs not touching the floor and bottom of dishwasher was pushed in slightly this could cause door to pop open enough to disengage door lock and stop washer. Can also cause door to galloping. Lowered rear legs so they were resting on floor and unit is level. If issue persists recommend replacing door strike and latch.

Upon arrival customer stated during spin cycle unit produces a high-pitched noise similar to a missed gear, and clothes wrap tightly around the agitator. Entered service diagnostics and ran automatic test cycle, no abnormal noises present during test. Retrieved fault history and found F7E5 (shifter fault) stored. Based on stored error and customer description, condition consistent with failed shifter function. Unit not shifting into spin during rinse, causing agitator to drive at spin torque and create noise and fabric wrap. Also suspect calibration was not performed after prior component replacement. Replaced shift actuator (W10913953) and performed calibration cycle successfully. Verified operation by running test cycle, all components engaged properly with no abnormal noise. Advised customer to capture video if condition reoccurs. Unit is now operating as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for concerns of setting off carbon monoxide detectors. Customer/builder stated that the oven had been turned on for approximately 2 hours without the vent running, which caused the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors to go off. Removed the bottom bake cover to inspect burner operation. Observed the flame pattern and found it to be even and consistent with a steady blue flame all the way around, indicating proper combustion. Preheated the oven to 350?F and allowed it to run for approximately 1520 minutes. Unit cycled on and off normally as designed. No gas odors, leaks, or improper combustion detected during testing. "Arrived on site to inspect oven door for front glass hanging loose. Upon inspection, found the bottom retaining clips had come loose from the glass, causing the outer glass panel to shift and not sit securely. Removed the oven door from the unit to gain proper access to the bottom of the door assembly. Realigned and resecured the bottom clips to the glass, ensuring the panel was properly seated and stable. Reinstalled the door onto the unit and tested for proper function. The glass is now secure, the door opens and closes smoothly, and unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have to recalibrate the ovens due to food items burning and getting overcooked. The customer also advised that they had the unit connected to Wi-Fi via the Whirlpool app on their phone but kept losing the connection and then just wouldn't connect at all, so they deleted the app. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E0-UI lost communication with the ACU. Cleared the code, and using my multimeter, I placed my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 381 degrees. My next five readings were 415, 383, 406, 367, 405 for an average temp of 396 degrees. I found the unit temps would never go below 367 degrees. Due to the control panel not connecting to Wi-Fi and the too high of temps, I am ordering the control panel and sensors. "Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make one or two slabs of ice and then will stop producing. She advised that she can turn the machine off and back on and that it will make another two batches, but then quit. I tested the ice machine and found very little water fly going inside of the reservoir. I removed the filter and found no difference in water pressure. I went to turn off the water supply but found the ice machine was. It's very uniquely installed and could not be removed. The customer was able to have her sprinkler installers turn off the main water supply. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit once water was restored. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer banging when spinning. Examined unit and found suspension has failed, resulting in an excessively bouncy tub assembly. Customer also mentioned black foam under the unit. I checked under the unit and found the shield had a hole rubbed into it from the cam, and will need to be replaced along with the belt and splutch. Unit is sitting on a leak pan with ridges, which are likely contributing to the shield getting squashed. On return visit we need to replace suspension, splutch, belt and shield, as well as increase the lift. Return visit set for 9/18. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Customer syayed the bottom of the freezer is working but the top of the freezer and Rc section are not cooling well. I found that when the door switch is closed the fan is not running. I verified correct voltage coming to the fan indicating a failed motor. I replaced the motor and now the fan is running and will circulate cold air. I advised the customer to give the unit a day before buying product to ensure it is now cooling properly. Only issue found was the fan. Call complete. No leaks. Installed WP2315549 EVAP FAN.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking and wont stop spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine would not stop spining and tripped the breaker. He then advised that when he lifted up the washer to check the motor that he found a gray milky liquid underneath the machine. He advised that he thought he figured out the spinning continuous issue and showed me the control board he replaced. He stated he bought it off the Whirlpool website to try and fix it faster than we could get out here but could not figure out the leak issue. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I checked underneath the washer and found the leak coming from the capacitor. I called the Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Sherelle SR# 7742350201. She advised that she noted the file and to go ahead and replace the capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11395618.

Arrived on site for console in lock mode . Replaced console and went to install door back on when outer glasss shattered. Found upper rack adjuster tab for wheels broken. Removed and replaced rack adjuster. Found vent leaking and inner door corroded. Ordering inner door and vent assembly ; ordrng 1 W11174980 (Inner door) and 1 WPW10469574 (Vent asse)

Verified panel was locked. Tried resetting control and powering off and then back on. Could not get control to unlock. Removed and replaced control console. Tested all functions and oven is working properly

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door, not closing. Upon further inspection, I tested the door functions and found that when closing the door, the upper right corner is rubbing on the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I gained access to the leveling feet and adjusted the right foot, and retested the door functions, and the door is now closing more smoothly. The unit completed testing and is operating as designed. The customer provided a clear glass cup that had white stains on it. I found the customer has a water softener system, so I checked the rinse aid settings. I found the setting too high and adjusted it to A1. I demonstrated to the customer how to adjust the settings just in case the lowest setting is too low. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not drying properly. Ran diagnostics and verified no error codes were stored in the control. Tested the heating element and confirmed it is functioning correctly. Upon inspection, found that the customer was not using rinse aid (Jet Dry), which is required for proper drying performance. Instructed customer on how to fill the rinse aid dispenser and explained that it may take 1015 wash cycles for the rinse aid to fully coat the tub and improve drying results. "Arrived on site to inspect oven not cooling evenly and burning food always on the right back side. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that they had consistent over cooking in the right back side. I checked tested the oven at 350 and used a thermocouple to measure temperatures. In the middle of the oven the average cycling temperature was 351 degrees. I then tested the temperature at the exact spot at which the customer was having the issue and measured 357 degrees average. I called techline to document and to report my findings. I informed techline that I could not find a reason why the food keeps burning and why there is a higher temperature at that area. I explained that the customer is getting consistent burning there and maybe there is a possible defect in the lining. I sent the photos of the results that the customer has been getting. I explained that the customer is using the correct bakeware and correct rack and that they are even giving it extra time to preheat. I also explained that they are getting undercooking when using convection. Techline advised the customer to call customer care. SR 7742375486"

"Arrived on site for no power to otr microwave. Outlet is getting power and correct polarity. Installed mini breaker . Unit is now tripping breaker with door open or closed . Found a switch on lower and upper interlocks has failed . Replaced both interlocks and 20 amp fuse .W11707984,W11551558,W11551761. Unit is now powering up and heating per WP specs. Maintenance is not on hand to sign ticket. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. I replaced both elements and ran unit on broil for 2 minutes. No tripping occurred. I ran the unit on bake to 500 and let it get to temp. Unit reached temp and no tripping occurred. I could not leave the unit running as it is vacant and customer not present. Call complete. Installed W10856603 BROIL ELEMENT AND W11182108 ELMNT-BAKE. Customer not onsite for signature.

"Arrived onsite for complaints of not drying well. Went to testing connections and running diagnostics. Connections secure. Heater element ohms at 13ohms room temp. Amp clamped the heater wiring and observed 6-7 amps during diagnostics cycle heater activation. Advised customer on findings and on best use and care principles for performance. No parts. Called techline to document findings. Spoke with Austin, SR#7742375117"

"Arrived on site to inspect the washer, not filling and not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the agitate and spin modes. I found the unit agitating as designed and spinning in a low spin. When I tested in high-speed spin, the unit failed to gain RPMs. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the clutch and slider, and found a scratch of groove in the clutch and some scratches on the slider. I removed and replaced the clutch and slider and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the high-speed spin function, and the unit continued to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10734521, W10754448"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11603810"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of them attempting to get ice and only little slivers of ice came out of the dispenser and when they opened the FC door, they found the ice chute full of ice. I opened the FC door and found the ice chute full of ice again (photo). I removed the ice and tested the dispenser, and after several tests, a cube of ice got wedged in between the ice door and its housing (photo). Also found that due to the ice clumping in the chute, the ice is beginning to leak and drip down to the tray and overflow the tray and flow down the front of the FC door causing water streaks to form. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the history, complaint, and my findings today. Jonathan advised that if I could not duplicate the issue, then no repairs could be made. I expressed my concerns that the customer provided a video. Jonathan believes the ice container needs to be cleaned to keep the ice from forming clumps and dropping down into the ice chute, and clogging it up. Jonathan recommended having the customer contact customer service to discuss replacement of the FC door since the damage is cosmetic. Jonathan advised that all info documented today would go on the previous SR#7742124495. I advised my customer and the property manager of my conversation with techline and provided them with the SR number and recommended they contact customer service to discuss a resolution. Before I left, I removed the ice container and inspected it, and found a small piece of the bin broken. I replaced it with the container that was prescreened for today's service. No water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed. WPW10558423"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises and getting off balanced. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While the valve was testing, I found the unit is not getting enough water, which would explain why the unit is getting off balanced. Once the unit had finished with testing, I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath the unit to find belt shavings in the pulley shield. I removed the belt and pulley to find gearcase oil on the cam assembly and underside of the pulley (photos). When I reassembled the parts and placed the belt back on, I found the belt stretched, which is possibly what is making the screeching noises. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the valve and will return with all prescreened parts. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE GEARCASE, CAM, BELT, AND VALVE. No water leaks were observed during service and return service scheduled for 09/16/25.; ordrng 1 W11038689 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly. Customer stated cycle begins sensing, then after 510 minutes ends and displays done. Verified issue; during sensing only the agitator engaged while basket did not. Entered service mode and found stored F7E5 (shifter failure) error code. Accessed bottom end components and tested voltage at clutch connector, measured 120V present, confirming clutch failure. Replaced clutch (W10754448) and slider (W10734521) as precautionary. Performed calibration cycle in service mode, cycle completed successfully. Initiated normal cycle, unit sensed and filled as designed. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that had a control panel that looked melted. On arrival found the right side of the microwave was melted / burned. Customer had said they had some oil cooking that caught fire, and the resulting flame had melted / caught fire on the control panel. Called safety with findings, 7742362057. Microwave is far too badly damaged for repair. Customer advised they would need to replace the unit since its not fixable and not the source of the damage. Call completed."

Arrived on-site for filter light not turning off. I checked the water flow with the filter inn and out. Flow was good. I showed the customer how to reset the light. No parts used.

Verified that ice machine was not turning on. Disconnected drain pump and plugged in power cord and unit came on. Plugged drain pump back in but would not drain. Removed drain hose from sink and found tape plugged drain tee. Removed tape and reinstalled drain hose. Plugged power cord back into drain pump and unit powered up and drained fine. Advised cx not to use tape to make connection tighter. Advised cx to cut the drain hose end back to make connection tighter. Ice maker is working as intended
